- Les figures 1 et 2 illustrent, dans deux vues en coupe et partielles, un premier mode de réalisation d'une borne selon l'invention montée dans un appareil électrique et équipée d'une plaquette de compensation, respectivement dans une position desserrée et une position serrée de la vis de borne,
- Les figures 3 et 4 illustrent, dans deux vues en coupe et partielles, un second mode de réalisation d'une borne selon l'invention, montée dans un appareil électrique et équipée d'une plaquette de compensation, respectivement dans une position desserrée et une position serrée de la vis de borne,

Claims (14)
- Borne de raccordement électrique comprenant :une cage formant un cadre délimitant une ouverture recevant une plage de connexion d'un appareil électrique et permettant l'insertion d'un câble à raccorder,une vis de serrage destinée à serrer le câble entre la plage de connexion et, soit la cage, soit ladite vis,et un levier indicateur de la qualité de serrage de la vis, ledit levier étant destiné à coopérer avec une ouverture prévue dans le boítier et étant mobile entre une première position dans laquelle il indique un état serré de la vis et une seconde position dans laquelle il indique un état desserré de la vis, ledit levier (12) étant fixé à une pièce élastique (11,1,7,26), ladite pièce étant apte à être déformée directement par la vis (9) pendant son déplacement, entre une première forme correspondant à un état serré de la vis (9), et une seconde forme correspondant à un état desserré de la vis (9), caractérisée en ce que ledit levier (12) comporte une première extrémité coopérant avec ladite ouverture (14) et une seconde extrémité fixée à ladite pièce (11,1,7,26) de manière que la déformation de la pièce élastique entre la première forme et la seconde forme engendre un déplacement angulaire correspondant du levier indicateur (12) entre la première et la seconde position précitées.
- Borne de raccordement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce élastique précitée est une pièce de compensation du desserrage (11,1,7).
- Borne de raccordement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le levier précité (12) est venu de matière avec la pièce élastique précitée (11,1,7,26).
- Borne de raccordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la pièce élastique (11,1,7,26) comporte une plaque ressort (11) disposée entre la vis (9) et la plage de connexion précitée (7), ladite plaque (11) étant déformable par la vis (9) entre une forme bombée correspondant à un état desserré de la vis (9) et une forme plate correspondant à un état serré de ladite vis (9).
- Borne selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit levier (12) s'étend à partir d'une extrémité de la plaque (11) en formant avec ladite plaque (11) un angle d'environ 90° en position aplatie de la plaque (11) correspondant à un état serré de la vis de borne (9), et un angle d'environ 120° en position bombée de la plaque ressort (11) correspondant à un état desserré de la vis (9).
- Borne de raccordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le levier précité (12) coopère avec un évidement (16) prévu dans le boítier C de l'appareil électrique, de manière que ledit levier 12 soit escamoté à l'intérieur dudit évidemment (16) dans la première position précitée de l'indicateur (12) et fasse saillie du boítier C dans la seconde position dudit levier (12).
- Borne de raccordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit levier (12) forme un voyant (13) comportant deux zones (13a,13b) de couleurs différentes, l'une ou l'autre des deux zones (13a,13b) étant apte à être amenée en regard de l'ouverture (14) prévue dans le boítier C, en fonction de l'état serré ou desserré de la borne B.
- Borne de raccordement selon la revendication 1, comprenant une cage (1) réalisée par découpage et pliage d'une bande métallique de manière à former un cadre délimitant une ouverture (6) pour l'insertion d'un câble (29) à raccorder, une vis de serrage (9) destinée à serrer le câble (29) entre une plage de connexion (7) et le fond (3) de la cage (1), deux branches d'extrémité (17,33) de fermeture du cadre élastique de la cage (1) séparées dans l'état desserré de la vis (9) par au moins un jeu axial J1 s'étendant dans la direction de déplacement de la vis (9), des moyens de butée déterminant un premier seuil de serrage après le rattrapage du premier jeu J1 en début de serrage de la vis (9), la cage (1) devenant plus rigide lors du vissage poursuivi de la vis (9) pour augmenter la force de serrage au-delà dudit premier seuil, et revenant ensuite à sa géométrie initiale au desserrage de la vis (9), ladite cage métallique (1) possédant une structure élastique à double pente telle que l'effort axial de traction engendré dans la borne B lors du vissage croít plus rapidement dans la deuxième pente que dans la première pente, le passage de la première pente vers la deuxième pente s'effectuant après dépassement du premier seuil de serrage, caractérisée en ce que le levier précité (12) est fixé à l'extrémité libre de l'une (17) des branches d'extrémité précitées (17,33).
- Borne de raccordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la pièce élastique est venue de matière avec la plage de connexion (7).
- Borne de raccordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un moyen d'accrochage (25) apte à retenir l'indicateur (12) dans la seconde position correspondant à un état desserré de la vis (9) jusqu'à ce que la vis (9) soit dans un état complètement serré.
- Borne de raccordement destinée à être placée dans le bornier de connexion d'un appareil de protection électrique D comprenant un mécanisme M de déclenchement, ladite borne B étant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, et étant caractérisée en ce que le levier précité (12) est agencé de manière à agir sur le mécanisme de déclenchement M de l'appareil D à partir d'un certain degré de desserrage de la vis (9).
- Borne de raccordement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce élastique précitée comporte une lame élastique (26), ladite lame (26) comportant un levier (12), ledit levier étant venu de matière avec ladite lame (26), ladite lame (26) étant mise en contrainte entre la vis (9) et l'enveloppe (28) de l'appareil D de manière que le serrage de la vis (9) engendre une déformation de la lame (26) entraínant un déplacement correspondant de l'indicateur (12) vers la première position indiquant un état serré de la vis (9) et que ladite lame (26) polarise l'ensemble vis (9)/borne B vers le haut en position non serrée de la vis (9) indiquée par la seconde position de l'indicateur (12).
- Borne de raccordement selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la lame (26) a une forme bombée en position non serrée de la vis (9) et a une forme aplatie en position serrée de la vis (9).
- Appareil de protection électrique comportant au moins une borne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
