Claims (14)
- Table opératoire (1) motorisée du type comprenant un plateau (2) horizontal pour supporter un patient, muni au moins en partie d'un rail latéral (3) pour accessoires, ledit plateau (2) étant fixé sur un châssis monté sur roues, caractérisée en ce que ladite table (1) comporte un bloc de contrôle (7) du déplacement de la table opératoire (1) fixé sur le rail latéral (3) et couplé à un socle comprenant un bloc moteur (8) fixé à ladite table opératoire, ledit bloc de contrôle (7) comprenant des moyens de commande pour actionner le fonctionnement ou l'arrêt dudit bloc moteur.
- Table opératoire (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de contrôle (7) est fixé sur le rail latéral de manière amovible.
- Table opératoire (1) selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit bloc de contrôle (7) constitue des bras de guidage (6) de ladite table opératoire.
- Table opératoire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le couplage du bloc de contrôle (7) et du bloc moteur (8) est réalisé électriquement ou optiquement.
- Table opératoire (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le couplage du bloc de contrôle (7) et du bloc moteur (8) est réalisé au moyen d'infrarouges, ledit bloc moteur (8) comprenant un capteur d'infrarouges.
- Table opératoire (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que les infrarouges émis par ledit bloc de commande (7) sont directifs et présentent une zone d'émission limitée à une surface entourant le capteur infrarouge du bloc moteur (8), ladite surface étant inscrite dans la surface supérieure dudit socle.
- Table opératoire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la commande émise par ledit bloc de contrôle (7) au bloc moteur (8) consiste en des ordres de déplacement codés, non spécifiques à ladite table opératoire (1).
- Table opératoire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite table (1) comporte en outre un détecteur de fixation dudit bloc de contrôle (7) sur ladite table opératoire (1), ledit détecteur de fixation désactivant le bloc moteur (8) en l'absence de fixation dudit bloc de contrôle (7) sur ladite table d'opération (1).
- Table opératoire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit bloc moteur (8) est disposé sous le plateau (2) de ladite table opératoire (1), et de préférence centralement par rapport audit plateau (2).
- Table opératoire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit bloc moteur (8) est relié à au moins une des roues de ladite table opératoire (1), et de préférence une roue disposée centralement par rapport audit plateau (2).
- Accessoire pour table opératoire motorisée (1) du type comprenant un plateau (2) horizontal pour supporter un patient muni au moins en partie d'un rail latéral (3) pour accessoires, ledit plateau (2) étant fixé sur un châssis monté sur roues, caractérisé en ce que ledit accessoire consiste en des bras de guidage (6) de ladite table opératoire (1) fixés de manière amovible sur le rail latéral (3) dudit plateau (2), lesdits bras de guidage (6) comprenant un bloc de contrôle (7) du déplacement de ladite table opératoire (1) couplé à un socle comprenant un bloc moteur (8), et comportant des moyens de commande pour actionner le fonctionnement ou l'arrêt dudit bloc moteur (8).
- Accessoire selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le couplage du bloc de contrôle (7) et du bloc moteur (8) est réalisé optiquement et de préférence par infrarouges, les infrarouges émis par ledit bloc de contrôle (7) et reçus par un capteur infrarouge dudit bloc moteur (8) étant directifs et présentant de préférence une zone d'émission conique dont l'intersection avec la surface supérieure du socle forme une surface de détection comprenant le capteur infrarouge du bloc moteur (8).
- Accessoire selon la revendication 10 ou la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la commande émise par ledit bloc de contrôle (7) au bloc moteur (8) consiste en des ordres de déplacement codés, non spécifiques à ladite table opératoire (1).
- Système opératoire comprenant une pluralité de tables opératoires (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 équipées d'un accessoire selon l'une quelconque des revendication 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le nombre de bras de guidage (6) est inférieur ou égal au nombre de tables opératoires (1).
