Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Vorsteuern einer Hub-Kolben-Kraftstoffpumpe einer Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeugs, wobei die Brennkraftmaschine ein Hochdruckrail und damit verbundene Einspritzventile aufweist. Hierbei wird aus den Eingangswerten Kraftstoffvolumenentnahme vevphh aus dem Hochdruckrail durch die Einspritzventile pro Hub der Hub-Kolben-Kraftstoffpumpe, Kraftstoffvolumen vdaavst , welches für eine Änderung des Solldruckes Δp soll_rail im Hochdruckrail pro Hub der Hub-Kolben-Kraftstoffpumpe benötigt wird, Hubvolumen vkdavst , welches der Kolben der Hub-Kolben-Kraftstoffpumpe zur Verdichtung des Kraftstoffes von Niederdruck auf Druck im Hochdruckrail pro Hub der Hub-Kolben-Kraftstoffpumpe benötigt, sowie Volumenverlust vvlfghdp durch nicht optimalen Liefergrad aufgrund von Damfblasenbildung im Kraftstoff pro Hub der Hub-Kolben-Kraftstoffpumpe Schließ- und Öffnungszeitpunkte für ein Mengenstellwerk der Hub-Kolben-Kraftstoffpumpe bestimmt.
