Definitions

  • the invention relates to the field of sports shoes. It relates to a sports shoe, in particular a ski boot, comprising at least one closure and tightening device intended to bring two parts of the shoe together, comprising a first attachment means connected to one of the parts of the boot. the boot and a second attachment means connected to the other part of the boot and coming to hook to the first attachment means, one and / or the other of these means being connected to one of said parts of the shoe by a deformable element.
  • Document FR 2 417 953 discloses a rigid-shell ski boot comprising a clamping device having, according to the position of a steel-wire loop, two different rigidities.
  • the shoe has two hooking means cooperating with each other to bring two parts of the shoe together.
  • One of the attachment means is attached directly to one part of the shoe, the other is connected to another part of the shoe via a strap.
  • This strap consists of rings connected to each other and has due to its structure of elastic deformation properties.
  • a loop of steel wire joining the two ends of the strap is removably mounted thereon.
  • the binding of the fastening means to the boot is rigid and allows a low flexing latitude of the skier's leg
  • the attachment of the attachment means to the shoe is flexible and allows a wide latitude of flexion of the skier's leg.
  • Such a shoe allows the swelling of the instep of the user when performing flexion movements.
  • the transmission of efforts of the foot to a gliding device linked to the shoe is imprecise when the buckle does not join the ends of the strap and the driving of the machine is affected.
  • Document FR 1 573 229 also discloses a device for closing and tightening a ski boot comprising a tensioning lever with articulated toothing on one part of a shoe and a hinged loop on the other part of the boot, the loop being intended to engage in the toothing of the lever.
  • the loop consists of two U-shaped elements. A first element which is intended to engage in the toothing of the tensioning lever, slides in a second element which is articulated on the shoe.
  • Helical springs housed in the arms of the second element recall the first element in a rest position minimizing the length of the loop.
  • Such a device allows deformation of the shoe by deformation of the loops when the closing and clamping means are locked.
  • the structure and, therefore, the realization of this device is complicated. This device uses in particular small parts moving relative to each other in a humid environment where ice can form. The operation of this device is therefore delicate and unreliable.
  • EP 1175841 discloses a shoe according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a sports shoe overcoming the disadvantages mentioned and having an improvement over the shoes known from the prior art.
  • the invention provides a shoe whose closure and clamping devices are reliable, have a simple structure and allow to a certain extent the swelling of the instep of the user during leg flexion movements. .
  • the sports shoe according to the invention is characterized by the characteristics of the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the rigid band advantageously comprises substantially transverse or vertical folds allowing, until a certain rate of deformation, an easy deformation of the band biased in tension.
  • the rigid band moves with respect to the shoe via a connection with a light.
  • At least one deformable element may comprise a semi-rigid band and a rigid band attached at one of their ends to the shoe and to one of the fastening means at the other of their ends.
  • At least one deformable element may comprise two assemblies comprising a semi-rigid band and a rigid band, the two sets being linked to the shoe at two distinct points and being linked to the same attachment means.
  • the ski boot 1, shown in Figures 1 and 2 mainly comprises a rigid rod 3 consisting for example of synthetic material on which is articulated in the malleolar region a collar 2 also made of a rigid synthetic material.
  • This shoe has at the front and rear of its sole conformations allowing it to be attached to a ski via a binding.
  • the rigid structure of the shoe constituted by the upper and the collar receives an internal comfort boot 4 with tongue 5 to distribute the pressure of the boot on the foot and lower leg of the user in the most uniform manner possible .
  • the collar 2 is closed on the front of the leg of the user by means of two flaps 7 and 6, the flap 6 partially covering the flap 7.
  • the rod 3 has on the top of the foot a notch closed by two flexible flaps 8 and 9 respectively connected to the rod on either side of the notch.
  • the flap 8 partially covers the flap 9.
  • the collar comprises two means 10, 20 of closure and clamping for clamping it around the lower leg of the user and to press the flap 6 on the flap 7.
  • the rod comprises a closure means and tightening, allowing to bring the two opposite edges of the notch and to press against the comfort slipper the flap 8 on the flap 9.
  • the closure and tightening means 10, 20 of the collar comprise firstly a base fixed on the collar 2 on which is articulated a tensioning lever 11, 21 in pivot connection with a tie rod 12, 22 linked to a loop 13, 23 and on the other hand a rack 14, 24 fixed to the rod via a deformable assembly 18, 28.
  • Each deformable assembly is attached to the collar and to one of the racks 14, 24 by means of rivets.
  • the closing and clamping means 30 of the foot comprises on the one hand a base fixed on the rigid rod 3 on which is articulated a tensioning lever 31 in pivot connection with a tie rod 32 connected to a loop 33 and on the other hand a rack 34 fixed on the rigid rod 3 via two deformable assemblies 38, 38 '.
  • the sets 38 and 38 ' are respectively fixed to the rod by means of rivets 37, 37'. These two sets meet at the level of their common attachment to the rack 34.
  • Each deformable assembly is similar to the assembly 18 shown unsolicited in FIG. 3.
  • the assembly 18 comprises a semi-rigid strip 16 and a rigid strip 15. These strips have sections substantially rectangular whose length varies between about 22 mm and about 32 mm and whose height is between about 0.5 and about 1.5 mm.
  • the rigid band does not have the same profile as the semi-rigid band. Indeed, the rigid band has folds 42 to 45. The folds allow the rigid band to deform (especially bending at these folds) relatively easily when it is stressed in tension at these ends. Once deformed at its folds, as shown in Figure 4, the rigid band becomes very difficult to deform when it is stressed in tension. This band may also have vertical bends (not shown), that is to say perpendicular to the folds 42 to 45.
  • These bands may be made of different materials and in particular thermoplastic polymers, thermoplastic elastomers, polyamides, polyolefin , of thermosetting polymers, polyurethane, natural or synthetic gum, impregnated fabrics or reinforcements. They may in particular be obtained by overjection for example on plastic or metal.
  • the assembly 18 comprises at its ends holes 40 and 41 allowing it to be assembled to the shoe and the rack by means of rivets.
  • one of the attachment means is connected to the boot via a deformable assembly 58, composed of a semi-rigid band 56 and a A rigid band 55.
  • the semi-rigid band 56 is attached to the shoe by a rivet 57 and the rigid band 55 is connected to the shoe via the same rivet 57 passing through a slot 59 of the rigid band 55.
  • light allows the rigid band very little deformable to accompany the movement of deformation and elongation of the semi-rigid strip 56 in case of pulling the assembly 58 in itself. moving with respect to the shoe via the light 59.
  • the maximum deformation, shown in Figure 6, is reached when the rivet 57 reaches the end 59 of the light opposite to the pull point of the assembly, the force tension on its end connected to the attachment means being represented by the arrow F in Figure 5.
  • the dimensions of the light 59 are calculated so that this threshold is reached before arriving at a too large deformation threshold of the semi-rigid band 56, to prevent deterioration or loss of its deformable characteristics.
  • the rigid band 55 which is very little deformable and can no longer move, then imposes on the assembly 58 a new indeformable overall behavior, whereas the semi-rigid band 56 could still be deformed.
  • the rigid band is still dimensionally stable, unlike the previous embodiment, and its displacement associated with the deformable semi-rigid band gives a result equivalent to a deformable assembly up to a certain threshold.
  • An unrepresented variant of this embodiment consists of placing this particular connection with light at the level of the connection between the deformable assembly 58 and the attachment means.
  • FIG. 7 illustrates a third embodiment of the invention similar to the previous embodiment in which a deformable assembly 58 is composed of a rigid band 55 connected to the boot by a light 59 through which a rivet 57 passes.
  • the assembly 58 comprises in addition a semi-rigid band 56 positioned within the slot 59, fixed on the one hand to the rivet 57 and on the other hand to the rigid band 55.
  • the semi-rigid strip 56 is deform, compressing on the example shown in Figure 8, while the rigid band 55 will move relative to the shoe through the light 59.
  • the rivet 57 reaches a more extreme position within the light 59, the whole will lose its deformable character.
  • a sports shoe equipped with such sets has a particular behavior when the user flexes his leg. Indeed, the bending movements tend to inflate the volume of the feet and these swellings are allowed by the deformation of the deformable assemblies.
  • the deformation of the shoe is initially mainly retained by the semi-rigid bands more elastic than the rigid bands, then, in a second time, when the rigid bands are deformed (in particular at their folds) or displaced mainly by the rigid bands which do not deform and / or move substantially more under the swelling efforts of the shoe.
  • a slip sport shoe of this type is comfortable and allows to properly transmit the efforts to a gliding machine to which it is linked.
  • the semi-rigid strips provide a return function in the manner of a spring.
