Claims (5)
- Einrichtung zur Konfektionierung eines Kabels bestehend aus Baueinheiten zum Festhalten und Beschneiden des Kabels,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Messerkopf (5.1) mit einem Messerpaar (5.2) vorgesehen ist, mittels dem der Konfektionierung des Kabels dienende Bearbeitungsschritte durchführbar sind, wobei das Messerpaar (5.2) das Kabelende (1.1) anschneidet, die Isolation entfernt und Crimpkontakte (2) mit mangelhafter Crimpverbindung vom Kabelende (1.1) trennt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Antrieb (13.1) für die Bewegung des Messerkopfes (5.1) in y-Richtung und ein Antrieb (14.1) für die Bewegung des Messerkopfes (5.1) in x-Richtung und ein Antrieb (14.4) für die Betätigung des Messerpaares (5.2) vorgesehen sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Messerkopf (5.1) ein Sensor (7) zur Kabeldetektion integriert ist, der mit dem Messerkopf (5.1) mitbewegbar ist und der relativ zum Messerkopf (5.1) bewegbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Messerkopf (5.1) ein Behälter (16) angeordnet ist, der Isolationsreste, Kabelreste und abgetrennte Crimpkontakte aufnimmt und der mit dem Messerkopf (5.1) mitbewegbar ist und der Messerkopf (5.1) relativ zum Behälter (16) bewegbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Stirnwand (5.4) des Behälters (16) am Messerkopf (5.1) angeordnet ist und die andere Stirnwand vom Sensorgehäuse (7.1) gebildet wird, wobei die eine Stirnwand (5.4) bei der Relativbewegung des Messerkopfes (5.4) gegenüber dem Behälter (16) den Inhalt des Behälters (16) entfernt.
