Erfindungsgemäß weist die Zahnspitze auf einer Seite mehrere treppenartig angeordnete Taschen auf, wobei im Zahnhalter an entsprechender Stelle ein Durchbruch vorgesehen ist, so dass die Taschen von außen zugänglich sind.
