Abstract

Eine Betonwerksteinplatte (1) zum Belegen oder Pflastern von begehbaren Flächen, insbesondere im Freien, bei welcher auf einer in Gebrauchsstellung unteren Betonschicht (2) eine obere Schicht (3) aus aneinanderliegenden, zumindest bereichsweise kantigen Körnern (4) zur Bildung einer rauen Oberfläche angeordnet sind, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanten (5) und/oder Spitzen (6) der die Oberseite bildenden Körner (4) zumindest teilweise abgerundet oder abgestumpft sind.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Betonwerksteinplatte zum Belegen oder Pflastern von begehbaren Flächen insbesondere im Freien, bei welcher auf einer in Gebrauchsstellung unteren Betonschicht eine obere Schicht aus aneinanderliegenden, zumindest bereichsweise kantigen Körnern zur Bildung einer rauen Oberfläche angeordnet sind.
Derartige Betonwerksteinplatten oder Pflastersteine sind bekannt und haben den Vorteil, dass sie selbst unter ungünstigen Bedingungen bei Nässe, Frost oder Verschmutzung weitgehend rutschfest sind. Jedoch sind derartige Betonwerksteinplatten oder Pflastersteine aufgrund ihrer zerklüfteten Oberfläche schwer zu reinigen. Die zwischen den an der Oberfläche angeordneten Körnern befindlichen Vertiefungen, die von den rauen und kantigen Körnern begrenzt werden, können relativ schnell mit Staub, Laub und dergleichen zugesetzt sein, so dass die Rauhigkeit und Schönheit erheblich nachlässt. Selbst mit einem harten Besen lässt sich eine solche Verschmutzung nicht immer zuverlässig entfernen, so dass die Körner der Oberfläche und ihre Zwischenräume die gewünschte Rauhigkeit und Schönheit nicht mehr erzeugen.
Es besteht deshalb die Aufgabe, eine Betonwerksteinplatte oder dergleichen der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die eine ausreichend raue Oberfläche hat und dennoch leichter gereinigt werden kann.
Zur Lösung dieser scheinbar widersprüchlichen Aufgabe ist die eingangs definierte Betonwerksteinplatte dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanten der die Oberseite bildenden Körner zumindest teilweise abgerundet oder abgestumpft sind.
Versuche haben gezeigt, dass eine derartige ausgebildete Betonwerksteinplatte eine gute Oberflächenrauhigkeit hat, so dass einer Rutschgefahr ausreichend vorgebeugt ist, dass aber die Reinigung mit einem Besen oder mit einem Wasserstrahl erheblich erleichtert ist, so dass nach einer Verschmutzung die ursprüngliche Rauhigkeit und Schönheit schnell und zuverlässig wiederhergestellt werden kann. Dabei wird als Betonwerksteinplatte auch eine solche angesehen, die als Pflasterelement oder als Pflasterstein verwendbar oder ausgeführt ist oder einen Pflasterstein bildet.
Besonders zweckmäßig ist es dabei, wenn auch den Vertiefungen zwischen den einzelnen Körnern zugewandte Kanten oder Spitzen dieser Körner abgerundet oder abgestumpft sind. Somit kann auch in den Vertiefungen haftender Schmutz mit einem Besen oder durch Abspritzen leicht wieder entfernt werden.
Dabei ist es besonders günstig, wenn die an der Platte freiliegenden Kanten der Körner abgerundet oder abgestumpft und die in den Beton der Platte eingebetteten Teile der Körner kantig, spitz und/oder scharfkantig sind. Dadurch ergibt sich einerseits die gewünschte gute Reinigungsmöglichkeit an der Plattenoberfläche bei gleichzeitig dennoch fester Hälterung der einzelnen Körner in dem PlattenWerkstoff, beispielsweise Zement, Baukleber, Beton oder dergleichen.
Nachstehend ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung näher beschrieben. Es zeigt in stark schematisierter Darstellung:

Eine im Ganzen mit 1 bezeichnete Betonwerksteinplatte, die auch ein Pflasterelement darstellt oder ein Pflasterstein sein kann, im Folgenden auch kurz "Platte 1" genannt, dient zum Belegen oder Pflastern von begehbaren Flächen insbesondere im Freien. Auf einer in Gebrauchsstellung unteren Betonschicht 2 ist eine Schicht 3 aus aneinanderliegenden, zumindest bereichsweise kantigen und/oder spitzen Körnern 4 (Fig.2) zur Bildung einer rauen Oberfläche angeordnet. Dabei ist vor allem in Fig. 2 angedeutet, dass die Kanten 5 und Spitzen 6 der die Oberseite bildenden Körner 4 zumindest teilweise abgerundet oder abgestumpft sind, so dass sie von Verschmutzungen leichter gereinigt werden können, obwohl die Platte 1 ihre Rauhigkeit und Schönheit behält und vor allem durch einen solchen Reinigungsvorgang wieder erhält.
Dabei können auch den Vertiefungen 7 zwischen den einzelnen Körnern 4 zugewandte Kanten 5 oder Spitzen 6 abgerundet oder abgestumpft sein, um das Lösen von Verschmutzungen aus solchen Vertiefungen 7 zu erleichtern. Somit kann eine begehbare Fläche, die mit insbesondere aneinanderstoßenden Platten 1 belegt ist, effektiv mit Besen oder Wasserschlauch und Wasserstrahl gereinigt werden.
Dabei ist in zweckmäßiger Weise vorgesehen, dass die an der Platte 1 beziehungsweise an dem Pflasterstein freiliegenden Kanten 5 der Körner 4 wenigstens teilweise oder bereichsweise abgerundet oder abgestumpft und die in den Beton der Platte 1 beziehungsweise in die Schicht 3 eingebetteten Teile der Körner 4 kantig, spitz und/oder scharfkantig sind und bleiben so dass sie entsprechend gut in der Schicht 3 verankert sind. Dabei kann diese Schicht 3 beispielsweise aus Zement, Baukleber, Feinmörtel oder Feinbeton bestehen.

Claims (3)

  1. Betonwerksteinplatte (1) zum Belegen oder Pflastern von begehbaren Flächen insbesondere im Freien, bei welcher auf einer in Gebrauchsstellung unteren Betonschicht (2) eine obere Schicht (3) aus aneinanderliegenden, zumindest bereichsweise kantigen Körnern (4) zur Bildung einer rauen Oberfläche angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanten (5) und/oder Spitzen der die Oberseite bildenden Körner (4) zumindest teilweise abgerundet oder abgestumpft sind.
  2. Betonwerksteinplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Vertiefungen (7) zwischen den einzelnen Körnern (4) zugewandte Kante (5) der Körner (4) abgerundet oder abgestumpft sind.
  3. Betonwerksteinplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an der Oberfläche der Platte (1) beziehungsweise des von ihr gebildeten Pflasterelements freiliegenden Kanten (5) der Körner (4) abgerundet oder abgestumpft und die in die Schicht (3) der Platte (1) eingebetteten Teile oder Bereiche der Körner (4) kantig, spitz und/oder scharfkantig sind.
