Abstract

The railway rail (2) foot support assembly has a support plate (3) with a grooved top surface (5). The grooves are of sawtooth shape and engage corresponding grooves (4) in the bottom surface of a guide plate (15). The guide plate may be moved along by the width of a groove to adjust the rail gauge setting. The guide plate is rotatable through 180 degrees to adjust the gauge setting (S1,S2) by one half of a tooth width. The sides (19,20) and top surface (18) of the guide plate are symmetrical. One side can press against the rail foot (13) to hold it to gauge. Grooves (29) on the top surface accommodate a rail clip.

Description

The invention relates to a mounting arrangement for rails, with at least one guide plate which is fastened with a clamping device on an upper side of a track rail and displaceable relative to a rail foot, said upper side of the track rail having a toothing, in which a counter-toothing on an underside of the guide plate engages and thereby fixed the rails against lateral displacement.

Numerous types of fastening for anchoring grooved grooved or Vignole rails have already become known in the prior art. If track stools are used in such a mounting arrangement, then it is possible to mount tracked rails without concrete sleepers or similar connecting elements. In such a mounting arrangement, a substantial sound insulation is possible. In the prior art, a mounting arrangement is known in which the track stool has on its upper side a toothing with parallel ribs, with which a guide plate is fixed, which has a counter toothing. The guide plate is displaceable so that it can be applied to the rail foot. With a hook screw and a mounting bracket, the guide plate attached to the rail foot is fixed on the track stool. In general, two guide plates are used, which are to be applied to one side of the rail.

The document DE-C-60509 is considered to be the closest prior art. It discloses a fastening arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.

In the known mounting arrangements, there is the difficulty that track gauge errors, for example, due to rolling tolerances of the rails, can be compensated only very roughly. Corrections of the lane are possible per se, but very complex and not suitable in practice. For example, track corrections are possible by inserting spacer plates between the guide plate and the rail foot. However, such spacer plates are susceptible to corrosion.

The invention has for its object to provide a mounting arrangement of the type mentioned, which allows finer track corrections and which is suitable for different rails and in particular rail foot widths. A toe correction should be possible even after the concrete rail of the track stool.

The object is achieved in a generic fastening arrangement according to claim 1.

In the fastening arrangement according to the invention, for example, general rolling tolerances of the rails can be corrected finer than heretofore. Correction is also possible after setting in the track stool. In the inventive mounting arrangement, the previously used track stool can be used. The toothing of the track rail and the counter-toothing of the guide plates may have the previously used tooth spacing of, for example, 4 mm. Such a toothing is comparatively little polluted and prone to corrosion. For example, track errors can be corrected by 2 mm with the mounting arrangement according to the invention. For this it is only necessary that the guide plate is rotated 180 degrees. The invention thus enables a finer track correction without additional parts and without the assembly to make more complex. The fine correction made possible by the invention has the following significant advantages:
  • Due to the smaller tracking errors, the wear on the rail and wheel can be significantly reduced.
  • The smoothness and the ride comfort can be significantly improved.
  • Curves are less extended and the necessary maintenance costs less.

Further advantageous features emerge from the dependent claims, the following description and the drawings.

The fastening arrangement 1 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 has a track stool 3 to be incorporated, which is in particular a cast part and which has an upper side 5 has two teeth 4. The two teeth 4 are separated by a region 26 of each other, in which the top 5 is flat and thus not toothed. In the area 26 there is a rail 2 which is merely indicated here. The teeth 4 are formed by ribs 27, which run parallel to each other and parallel to the rail 2 to be fastened, as the figure 5 reveals.

Diese betragen beispielsweise 4 mm.The rail 2 to be fastened is in particular a grooved grooved rail or Vignol rail. This is supported in the area 26 on the track stool 3 with a foot 13. The foot 13 can be of different widths and in particular the rail foot width can be different. For attachment of the rail 2, a guide plate 15 are applied to each of these opposite. These two guide plates 15 have on a bottom 17 each have a counter toothing 16 which meshes with the teeth 4 in the assembled state. The counter-toothing 16 is also formed by parallel ribs 22 and 23 (Figure 6). The tooth spacings of the teeth 4 and 16 are the same. These are for example 4 mm.

The plates 15 are each releasably secured to the track rail 3 by a clamping device or other suitable mounting arrangement. The clamping device has, for example, according to Figures 4 and 5, a hook screw 8 which is mounted with a hook 9 in a groove 6 of a guide plate 15 slidably. On the free upper end of the hook screw 8, a washer 11 and a nut 10 are placed, with which a mounting bracket 12 is pressed under tension to the foot 13 and at an upper side 18 to the guide plate 15. The per se known mounting bracket 12 is made of a steel bar in the form of a W and is elastically on the rail foot 13 and in a recess 29 on the guide plate 15 at. But there are also other suitable fasteners conceivable that could be used here. One of these will be explained below with reference to FIG. For sound insulation, an insulation mat 25 is disposed between the foot 13 and the track stool 3.

The mounting plates 15 each have oppositely laterally open slots 21, which are selectively used for receiving the hook screw 8. In the Arrangement according to Figure 5 is the one of the two slots 21 is not visible because it is covered by the hook screw 8. After loosening the nut 10, the guide plate 15 can be rotated in its horizontal plane by 180 degrees, so that now the other slot 21 receives the shank of the hook screw 8. The two guide plates 15 can be moved after loosening the corresponding nuts 10 on the track stool 3. By this displacement, the two guide plates 15 can be applied either with a stop surface 19 and 20 respectively to the narrow side 14 of the rail foot 13 shown in FIG ,

In order for a correction smaller than the distance D1 is possible, the counter-toothing 16 is arranged offset with respect to the stop surfaces 19 and 20. As a result, according to FIG. 6, the abutment surface 20 is arranged at a distance D2 to the nearest rib base 28, wherein this distance D2 is only half as large as the distance D1. As shown in FIG. 6, an outer half rib 23 has an edge 24 extending in the plane of the second stop surface 20. The distance D2 is for example 2 mm. If now one of the two guide plates 15 is rotated by 180 degrees, the result is different positions of the active stop surface 19 and 20. This results, for example, from FIG. 1, in which the arrangement of the guide plate 15 shown here with solid lines and the order 180 degrees position shown with dashed lines. In the position shown by the dashed line, here the active stop surface 19 is 2 mm or the distance D2 to the right than the active in the other position stop surface 20. In one position thus a track S1 and in the other position, a track S2 defined. These two gauges S1 and S2 differ by D2 or for example 2 mm. Without the offset counter toothing 16, the difference between the track widths S1 and S2 could not be smaller than the distance D1 or 4 mm.

Of course, the two guide plates 15 can be rotated independently of each other by 180 degrees. In principle, a design is conceivable in which only one guide plate 15 has an offset counter-toothing 16. After concreting in the track stool 3 and the laying of the rail 2 is thus at a later date a correction of, for example, 2 mm possible, with only the guide plate 15 must be rotated by 180 degrees. Of course, also corrections of 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, etc. are possible. These steps are merely preferred examples. Basically, other distances are conceivable.

The comparatively large tooth spacing of 4 mm has the advantage that the guide plates 15 can be produced inexpensively by forging as before. This also results in a little contamination-prone positive connection between the track stool 3 and the guide plate 15. After assembly, the mounting arrangement is covered with concrete, so it is located in the so-called lower concrete area. Possible are full insulation as well as a mounting in conventional track installation. As already mentioned, different tracked rails 2 can be used.

Durch eine entsprechende Wahl des Lagerteils 34 ergibt sich hier eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit, die Schiene 2 in der gewünschten Position zu fixieren.FIG. 7 shows a fastening arrangement in which a guide plate 30 is used, in which the upper side 31 can be flat. In addition, the above slots 21 are not required here. As can be seen, the guide plate 30 is arranged at a distance from the rail 2 on the track stool 3. In the space 32 between the guide plate 30 and rail 2 engages a projection 33 of a bearing part 34 which is made of an insulating plastic. The projection 33 abuts against the guide plate 30 and the rail 2 and has a vertically extending passage 35 which receives the hook screw 8, which biases a spring tension plate 36 down and thereby presses the bearing part 34 on the guide plate 30 and on the rail 2 , A cover 37 made of plastic forms a protection and is detachably mounted from above. The known per se bearing part 34 is available with different width approaches 33. The width varies at intervals of 2.5 and 2 mm. The available widths are for example 45 mm, 47.5 mm 50 mm and 52.5 mm. By an appropriate choice of the bearing part 34 results here an additional way to fix the rail 2 in the desired position.

The invention thus allows for different types of attachment without much effort a much finer correction of the track gauge and thus the tracking of the rails 2 can be better maintained.
