Claims (5)
- Margeur de machine pour le traitement d'éléments en plaques ou en feuilles, comprenant un dispositif d'alimentation (2) de plaques (6) et une table de marge (7) munie de moyens de positionnement avant (14) et d'un dispositif pour le transport (4-5) desdites plaques (6) en nappe contre lesdits moyens de positionnement avant (14), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens d'entraínement (9) pour l'entraínement synchrone dudit dispositif d'alimentation (2) et dudit dispositif de transport (4-5) et un dispositif de commande (12) pour moduler la vitesse desdits moyens d'entraínement (9) selon au moins un profil de vitesse, déterminé en fonction du cycle de ladite machine (13) et pour réduire la vitesse desdites plaques (6) contre lesdits moyens de positionnement avant (14).
- Margeur selon la revendication 1 comprenant un volet mobile (8) coopérant avec le bord avant d'une pile (1) d'éléments en plaques (6) du dispositif d'alimentation (2) et des galets (3) pour l'introduction desdites plaques (6) sur la table de marge (7), ledit volet mobile (8) et lesdits galets (3) étant reliés avec lesdits moyens d'entraínement (9) par des moyens de liaison cinématique (10, 11).
- Margeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant un dispositif capteur (15) adjacent auxdits moyens de positionnement avant (14) et relié audit dispositif de commande (12) de la vitesse dudit moteur, pour synchroniser l'arrivée desdites plaques (6) contre lesdites butées (14) avec le cycle de ladite machine (13).
- Margeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la longueur de la table de marge (7) est choisie pour comporter un nombre pratiquement entier de plaques (6), en sorte que la vitesse du dispositif d'alimentation (2) en plaques (6) est la même que celle du dispositif (4-5) pour le transport desdites plaques (6) en nappe lors de l'arrivée d'une desdites plaques (6) contre lesdits moyens de positionnement avant (14).
- Margeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'entraínement (9) sont indépendants de ceux de ladite machine.
