Claims (13)
- Elektrische Antriebseinrichtung (2) für einen Läufer (3), insbesondere zum Antrieb eines drehbar gelagerten Pumpenlaufrad einer Kreiselpumpe, mit einem den Läufer (3) beinhaltenden Nassbereich (4) und einem von diesem getrennten Trockenbereich (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein feststehender, ein elektromagnetisches Drehfeld erzeugender Wicklungsteil (6) den Nassbereich (4) vom Trockenbereich (5) trennt, wobei die Wicklungen (9) des Wicklungsteiles (6) mit einer Kommutatoreinrichtung (10) verbunden sind, und dass der drehbare Bauteil zumindest auf eine dem leitend Wicklungsteil (6) zugewandten Seite eine erste Magnetfeldeinrichtung (16) aufweist, welche mit dem Wicklungsteil (6) elektromotorisch zusammenwirkt.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kommutatoreinrichtung (10) im Trockenbereich (5) angeordnet ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kommutatoreinrichtung (10) als, vorzugsweise feststehender, mechanischer Kommutator (10a) ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Trockenbereich (5) zumindest ein den mechanischen Kommutator (10a) kontaktierendes, umlaufend ausgebildetes Bürstenpaar (11, 12) angeordnet ist, wobei vorzugsweise das Bürstenpaar (11, 12) von einem drehbaren Bürstenhalter (13) gehalten ist, welcher Bürstenhalter (13) durch einen Bürstenhalterantrieb (17) angetrieben ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bürstenhalterantrieb (17) einen Rotor (21) mit Rotorwicklungen und einen mit diesen verbundenen drehbaren Hilfskommutator (24) aufweist, welcher von einem vorzugsweise feststehenden Hilfsbürstenpaar (22, 23) kontaktiert ist, wobei für den Rotor (21) eine feststehende zweite Magnetfeldeinrichtung (26) vorgesehen ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bürstenpaar (11, 12) vorzugsweise über Schleifringe (14, 15) mit einer Lastspannungsquelle (UL) und das Hilfsbürstenpaar (22, 23) mit einer Steuerspannungsquelle (Ust) leitend verbunden ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mechanische Kommutator (10a) als Flachkommutator ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Läufer (3) und/oder der Bürstenhalter (13) auf einer feststehenden Achse (7) drehbar gelagert ist, wobei vorzugsweise der Wicklungsteil (6) fest mit der Achse (7) verbunden ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kommutatoreinrichtung (10) als elektronischer Kommutator (10b) ausgebildet ist, wobei der elektronische Kommutator (10b) vorzugsweise in das Gehäuse (1) integriert ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wicklungsteil (6) im Wesentlichen als Scheibe (6a) ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wicklungsteil (6) im Wesentlichen als Topf (6b) ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und/oder zweite Magnetfeldeinrichtung (16, 26) durch ein permanent magnetisches Material gebildet ist.
- Antriebseinrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und/oder zweite Magnetfeldeinrichtung (16, 26) durch zumindest eine Wicklung gebildet ist.
