Description

Gebiet der ErfindungField of the invention

The invention relates to a building facade with a framework (also called framework) from posts and bars.

Hintergrund der ErfindungBackground of the invention

Building facades are becoming increasingly important in contemporary architecture, both in public and private buildings. For example, you are in the DE 198 30 087 C2 . DE 34 19 538 C2 . DE 195 16 778 A1 and DE 890 19 78 U1 described.

The stand or framework formed of vertical posts and horizontal bars can be in the manner of a truss a over several floors extending building wall or even completely or partially form a roof. In the openings formed by the posts and bars glass is usually used. The system supplier supplies mullions and transoms and other accessories, which are regularly made to measure in the customer's workshop and assembled at the construction site; under certain circumstances it may happen that the parts are also brought to the intended dimensions and installed on site.

For the aesthetic effect of a building façade of the type mentioned, builders and architects generally aim for particularly slim posts and transoms, so that the façade as a whole makes a slight impression and the front almost completely looks like glass. Windows pose a particular problem in view of these objectives, as they can easily interfere with the overall aesthetic effect of the facade, as in the prior art. A window is understood to mean an opening (turning and / or tilting) window. If windows are provided in the state of the art for the building façade of posts and transoms, the homogeneity of the façade is usually interrupted in a disturbing manner as a result.

The demand for the most graceful stand construction of posts and bars including the window is opposed to the demand for the highest possible stability of the entire system.

As a material for the studs and posts of the studs and the windows provided for this particular aluminum or steel and wood come into consideration (apart from glass, gaskets, plastic, etc.). These materials are known in the art used, with aluminum preferably on the outside and wood is preferably used inside. On the outside, the high weather resistance of aluminum and, on the inside, the aesthetic and haptic properties of wood are emphasized.

In view of these objectives, the state of the art already knows the combination of aluminum / wood. However, the prior art systems suffer from shortcomings in the above requirements.

The DE 41 42 151 A1 and the DE 298 15 819 U1 describe facade arrangements with a window according to the preamble of claim 1.

Aufgabe der ErfindungObject of the invention

The invention has for its object to make a building facade of the aforementioned type so that it meets good aesthetic requirements for slimness and homogeneity with good stability, simple and inexpensive to produce and can be easily assembled on site.

Kurzbeschreibung der ErfindungBrief description of the invention

The object of the invention is achieved by a building facade according to claim 1.

It is disclosed that the window has a sash made of wood, which is optionally provided on the outside with a metal cover, and that the sash is covered in the closed state of the window on the outside substantially of a metal frame attached to the post or bar frame. Preferably, the cover is made so that the sash outside "invisible" or at least almost "invisible".

The metal is preferably aluminum, in special cases, stainless steel and / or copper and / or bronze.

Although the state of the art knows window sash made of wood, but he sees to produce an inside continuous wooden surface, as it is regularly sought by the architects, before that also attached to the post or bolt parts made of wood exist, which is visible to a viewer from the inside of the building. In the prior art was also prejudiced in the idea that both the frame of the sash and the counterpart should be on the post or bolt made of wood, so that the fittings for opening the window (ie turning and / or tilting) on both sides in Wood grooves run.

According to the invention, however, forms a frame made of metal, especially aluminum, without wood attached to posts or bars counterpart to the sash. The window sash thus hits in the closed state of the window against such a wood-free frame and conceals it.

The frame of the window sash is preferably pulled close to the post or the bar, i. between the sash of the window made of wood and the post or bar (on the vertical parts of the window frame it is the post and on the horizontal parts of the window frame it is the bar) so only a relatively deep shadow gap of a few millimeters height or width remains, so Seen from the inside, no metal parts, in particular of the frame, are visible. If required, a lamination, in particular wood, a wood veneer, or decorative film can be applied on the room side. If the posts and latches are also made of wood, a completely homogeneous and aesthetically appealing wooden construction will be created for the beholder inside the building as well.

In this way, a construction can be achieved that appears to the viewer as consisting of only two components. Although the construction comprises a frame, a sash and a post, only two of these components are visible to the viewer, namely the frame and the post on the outside, and the sash and the post on the inside. Overall, a construction is also achieved which, compared to known facade constructions, less steps, levels, surfaces and components, which also less attack areas are achieved for weather-related influences.

Conversely, on the outside, a slim and uniform aluminum construction without "disturbing" wooden or sealing parts is created. The construction according to the invention of a frame made free of wooden parts makes it possible to make it so narrow that it does not form a foreign body in the facade with respect to the posts and bars. It is possible to achieve a high stability of the facade including the window constructions while still substantially adapting the externally visible width of the frame of a window to the width of the uprights and transoms so that, for example, in the external view, 50 mm wide frames and also approximately 50 mm wide posts or bars parallel with a very narrow recessed joint in between, which is for example 20 mm wide.

The preferably made mainly of aluminum frame has an inner part, which is connected to the outer part of the frame by thermally insulating partitions.

With the construction according to the invention commercially available fittings, for example, known for plastic windows fittings can be used.

Thus, the invention combines the very good thermal and aesthetic properties of a substantially existing wooden window sash with the equally good thermal engineering and beyond generally technical characteristics (stability in small dimensions, processing, design, eg by powder coating and / or veneer) aluminum window frame.

Fertigungstechnisch weist die erfindungsgemäße Lösung besondere Vorteile auf:Manufacturing technology, the solution according to the invention has particular advantages:

The system supplier only needs to supply relatively few components that can be delivered on site, i. usually in the workshop, easily cut to the required level, sawn, pre-assembled and mounted on the site in a simple way to the facade.

The system manufacturer delivers system goods with a finished surface to the consumer or middleman. There is no need to produce wood profiles on site. Thus, both the manufacturer, as well as the customer (middleman; supplier) and the end user's storage costs are reduced overall.

Processing technology does not require on-site vulcanization for seals. This represents a significant advantage of the present invention, because vulcanization is possible only with great technical effort, so for example can not be performed on a construction site, but z. B. must already be made in advance by the system supplier.

The invention also makes it possible to match the front plane of the glass panes in the windows of the façade to the front plane of the glass panes in the openings, so that overall the front glass fronts lie in one plane over the entire façade. This is an aesthetic advantage not to be underestimated when reflections occur in a facade. Overall, a very high proportion of glass is achieved on the facade.

Also, the construction according to the invention allows the front surfaces of the frame and the front surfaces of the cover profiles, which cover the posts and bars on the outside, lie substantially in one plane, which also substantially promotes the aesthetic appearance of the facade.

Another manufacturing advantage of the invention is that the system encoder only three frames are to produce, namely a frame substantially of aluminum (with optionally thermal dividers made of plastic), a window sash made of wood and optionally a metal cover (preferably made of aluminum) for the outside of the sash.

The window construction according to the invention allows a large number of design options, in particular, the aluminum colors used outside can also be taken in the interior of the facade or the window.

Another embodiment of the invention provides that a seal arranged between the metal cover on the sash frame and the glass pane of the window in a plane parallel to the glass pane has a substantially smaller width than the metal cover. This results in an aesthetically pleasing image without disturbing rubber seals or rubber cloths or the like even when the window is open from the outside.

Riegel befestigten Teile erreicht.Another preferred embodiment of the invention provides that at least one of two thermal separation webs, which are provided on the frame, extends largely in the direction parallel to the glass sheet plane. As a result, a very small overall depth of the parts attached to the post or bar is achieved with high thermal separation effect.

Another preferred embodiment of the invention provides that seals with different strengths can be mounted on the casement in order to install glass panes of different thickness can.

In this case, a particular manufacturing advantage can be achieved in that the said seals have a thickness greater than 1.5 mm, preferably greater than 2 mm. This allows for easy on-site processing by Miter cut, which in the window corners, the seals are easily mounted in a good sealing manner. The converging seals in the corners compress the miter cut by cutting and oversizing. Furthermore, vulcanization of the sealing corners is not necessary in the windows according to the invention.

The above-described embodiment of the thermal separation webs of the frame so that a majority of the mass of the divider extends parallel to the window plane, at the same time allows the advantage of forming a stop surface for a seal on the sash on the thermal divider in a simple and stable manner.

Another preferred embodiment of the invention provides that between the frame and the post or bolt adapter seals can be mounted for the different strengths can be specified so that different glass thicknesses can be used.

Beschreibung bevorzugter AusführungsformenDescription of preferred embodiments

Figur 1 zeigt schematisch vier quadratische Fenster 20 und zwei kleinere Fenster 20'.According to FIG. 1 there is a building facade 10 with bottom 12 and roof 14 of a framework of posts 16 and bars 18. Between the vertical posts 16 and the horizontal bars 18 thus arise openings, for example rectangular or square openings. Depending on the construction, other rectangular or polygonal shapes may arise. In the remaining free openings glass panes are mounted in a conventional manner. However, these glass panes do not allow opening the facade. To open the facade windows 20 are installed in selected compartments between the posts and bars. FIG. 1 schematically shows four square windows 20 and two smaller windows 20 '.

This in FIG. 2 enlarged detail A shown FIG. 1 shows that a frame 24, which covers a still to be described window sash substantially and the firmly connected to posts 16 and bolt 18, the same view width plus. The joint 22 has as the posts and bars. The posts and bars are covered on the front side of cover shells, which define the optical appearance widths of posts and bars and are described in more detail below. Between post or bolt and frame 24 is a recessed joint 22 of significantly smaller width than the frame or bolt or post. The invention described in more detail below makes it possible to reduce the width of the window frame to 50 mm or less. Also, the width of the cover 16 and bolt 18 covering cover shells can be reduced to the same degree, wherein the width of the joint 22, for example, to 20 mm or less can be reduced.

Details of the construction that makes this possible are in the FIGS. 3 to 5 shown in more detail. In the figures, the same components are provided with the same reference numerals.

FIG. 4 shows the window sash as it is movable while FIG. 5 the window sash behind FIG. 4 together with the bolt or post and components attached thereto. FIG. 5 is a section along the line BB after FIG. 3 and 2 Thus, including a bolt 18. A cut in the horizontal direction elsewhere in the window, which includes a post 16, looks essentially the same.

FIG. 4 shows the sash 26 of the window with a handle 28. The outside of the window is in FIG. 4 so left. A metal cover 30 is mounted on the outside of the sash 26 in floating mounting by means of rotary connectors 36 or mounting clips. The glass pane in the casement is thus clamped by the wing-aluminum profile to the wood out. In this way, different thermal expansion coefficients of the materials wood and aluminum are taken into account by the sliding mounting of the aluminum profile. A seal 34 seals a glass pane 32 of the window. As shown in the figure, the metal cover 30 is made of aluminum and the gasket 34 is made of a proper sealing material, for example, a rubber material or the like. As FIG. 4 shows, the outside visible front side of the metal cover 30 has a substantially greater width than the outside front surface 34b of the seal 34. An inclined surface 34a of the seal 34 extends to the glass pane 32. As usual, the glass pane 32 is a double pane. On the wing frame 26, a seal 38 is mounted in a groove and another seal 40 at the room-side end of the sash. In a modification of this embodiment would also embodiments with Dreischeibenisolierglas, a Dämmpaneel o. Ä. Possible.

A groove 42 serves to receive a suitable fitting (not described here). The visible for a viewer from inside the building inside 44 of the sash 26 is a wood surface because the sash 26 is mainly formed of a wood body 46.

FIG. 5 shows the sash 26 of the window in cooperation with the components that belong to the fixed parts of the building facade, ie in particular the bolt 18 or post 16 and the front-mounted components attached thereto. The boundary line between the movable window sash 26 and the stationary components is thus marked by the seals 34, 38 and 40. As mentioned above, a section through window sashes and posts looks exactly like the cut FIG. 5 ,

On the bolt 18, a mounting rail 48 is attached made of aluminum. On the outside, a cover shell 50 made of aluminum covers the components between this cover shell and the mounting rail 48. A known as such clamping profile 52 made of aluminum is pulled with a screw (not shown), which is screwed into a screw 56 against the mounting rail 48. In this case, a spacer 58 is clamped between elastic seals, which in FIG. 5 characterized by cross-hatching.

According to FIG. 5 the frame 24 is provided with dividers 60, 62 made of plastic, which cause a thermal separation between the outer parts of the frame 24 and an inner part 64 of the frame. The separating webs 60, 62 effect a distance between the outer part of the frame 24 and the said inner part in the direction perpendicular to the window plane, wherein the separating web 60 is reinforced close to the window sash 26 in the thermal separation effect that a large part of the mass of this separating web is parallel to Window level extends. As a result, the thermal distance is increased at the same time low depth.

As FIG. 5 shows, the wood body 46 of the window sash 26 is pulled far toward the latch 18. The same applies to the post 16. Thus remains between sash 26 and bar 18 (or post 16) only a very narrow and deep shadow gap 68 such that from the inside only the inside 44 of the wood body and the inside of the bolt 18 (or. Post 16) can be seen, both in the illustrated embodiment of wood, preferably similar wood. In the illustrated embodiment, the shadow gap 68 is only 5 mm wide and significantly more than 5 mm deep, so that overall creates a harmonious and homely wood effect on the inside.

A seal 70 seals the glass pane 32 in the sash 26. Different thicknesses are provided for the gasket 70 so that glass panes 32 of different thicknesses can be used.

FIG. 5 further shows the above-described groove 42 in the wood body 46 opposite a further groove 72 in the existing aluminum part 64 of the window frame. The two grooves 42, 72 serve to receive fitting parts (not shown).

Further shows FIG. 5 a vertically raised edge 74 on the aluminum inner part 64 of the frame, which serves as a water barrier, so that any penetrating water remains in the recess 24a of the frame and can not penetrate inwardly to the wood.

A formed on the divider 60 wall surface 60a extends parallel to the window plane and serves as a seal stopper for the opposite seal 38 on the sash 26th

Entsprechendes gilt für die Verglasungsdichtungen 78.Next shows FIG. 5 an adapter seal 76, whose strength is variable, so that different adapter gaskets 76 can be selected with different strengths to install glass panels 32 different thickness can. The same applies to the glazing gaskets 78.

The variable seals 70 and the combination of the variable seals 76, 78 enable a variety of glass thicknesses.

On site, at the customer, no cutting lengthwise processing of the wooden parts is required, as well as no vulcanization.

Due to the described design of sash and the components to be fastened to the post, it is possible for the system manufacturer to easily provide lengths for the aluminum trim frame 24, the aluminum cover 30 and the wood body 46 of the sash 26. On site, these parts can then be measured in a simple manner according to the circumstances and cut and mounted. The mounted frame is insensitive to stagnant water, however, inside a full real wood look is possible. Is used in a modification of the in FIG. 5 illustrated embodiment, the wooden body 46 of the sash 26 is not as far as shown drawn on the latch 18 (or the post 16), it is also possible to attach to the outside of the sash a wooden panel, which then largely covers a larger shadow gap 68.
