Definitions

  • the invention relates to a facade, consisting of the facade elements supporting profiles on which at least partially spaced a mounting channel is provided and the facade element is held by a pressing bar, wherein the pressing bar can be fastened by fastening means in the mounting channel and wherein at least between the facade element and the Profile a seal is arranged.
  • the facades described above are well known. They are executed, for example, as mullion-transom constructions.
  • the profiles can be made of wood, aluminum or steel, for example.
  • welded mounting profiles that act, for example SSkanalartig.
  • the cross-sectionally substantially U-shaped mounting channel is directly, that is at least partially attached to the underside of the U to the steel profile, for example by a welded joint.
  • a seal in particular a U- or hat-shaped seal is provided which surrounds the fastening channel.
  • the mounting channels run vertically or horizontally in the longitudinal direction and even with the vertical arrangements, the plugged seal during assembly still does not hold, as this is only loosely placed on the mounting channel.
  • the facade element is mounted and fixed by the pressing bar, the facade element is pressed against the leg ends of the hat-shaped seal, and so also fixed the seal in position.
  • the lateral ends of the seal so unfavorably protrude from the profile that they are not automatically pressed by the facade element to the profile, but jam in an undesirable manner. This inevitably leads to disassembly of the facade element in order to then realign the seal again.
  • EP-A-0 416 731 discloses the attachment structure of a metal profile made of extruded material.
  • an aluminum profile has a laterally integrally formed on the main profile further profile, which receives an additional profile.
  • sealing elements or flexible elements are used between the profile part and the additional profile.
  • the publication DE 298 24 037 U1 shows a screw channel having fastening means for the seal.
  • the structure of this channel is very complicated and the channel is directly connected to the supporting profile.
  • the heat transfer is solved by the design of the screw quite unfavorable.
  • a slippage of the seal is not prevented because it is formed in two parts and may slip due to the slipping over the channel if necessary when screwing the first mounting screws. This can lead to leaks or squeezing the seal and you risk that you have to solve the entire bracket again during assembly when the seal has slipped.
  • the invention has therefore set itself the task of providing a facade available that is easy and error-free mountable.
  • the facade consists of facade elements supporting profiles, in particular steel profiles on which at least partially spaced a mounting channel is provided and the facade element is held by a pressing bar, which can be fastened by fastening means in the mounting channel and wherein at least between the facade element and the profile a seal is arranged , between the seal and profile, a one- or multi-part bar is arranged, wherein the bar extends mainly laterally adjacent to the mounting channel, which is characterized in that the bar between the mounting channel and the profile is fixed by means of a resilient out of the bar heruasADD leg, or the strip is held clamped by a strip holder between the mounting channel and the profile.
  • the inventive design of the facade, according to which the bar extends mainly laterally adjacent to the mounting channel, is particularly favorable because also the seal is located next to the mounting channel on the profile and in In this area the gasket requires appropriate support from the bar.
  • the strip also serves to aid the seal.
  • the seal is guided by the strip and is preferably held by the strip in a position that the seal during assembly of the facade element is not prone to jamming.
  • the insulation in the sealing area can also be improved by the strip proposed according to the invention. For a certain flexibility of the seal this may not be made too thick. But a stronger seal would basically improve the insulation effect.
  • the strip which is arranged between the profile and the seal and optionally, for example in a further embodiment of the invention, is formed as a component separate from the seal, makes it possible to improve the insulating effect without reducing the flexibility of the seal because the strip is arranged as a separate component between the gasket and the profile and so increases the effective thickness of the insulation, especially in the weakened areas of the gasket, in the region of the profile and thus the heat insulation is improved.
  • the use of the proposed strip leads to a certain stiffening or fixation of the seal, in particular during assembly.
  • the invention achieves that the seal remains in the desired area during assembly and does not threaten to overturn.
  • the invention provides that the seal can be fixed to the strip. This additionally reduces the risk of the seal falling out. From this, as already from the first-mentioned variant according to the invention, results in a significantly simplified assembly and a smaller number of assembly errors.
  • the invention is not limited to use in a steel facade.
  • the invention can also in the same way other facade systems are used.
  • a development of the previously described facade provides that the bar interacts with the seal.
  • a fixation of the seal is even better than already given by the arrangement of the bar next to the mounting channel.
  • the strip is arranged, for example, next to the screw, with a two-sided arrangement is provided. At certain areas both sides of the bar are connected to each other, so that a fixation can be done for example on the mounting channel.
  • the strip and / or the seal then have corresponding connection means by means of which a retaining cooperation of the strip with the seal is effected. This makes it possible that the seal is very safe now be arranged and slipping completely avoided.
  • a further embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the strip can be fastened to the fastening channel, in particular on the outside of the fastening channel. This is a simple and inexpensive way to attach the bar given. The slip resistance is increased even further.
  • a further aspect of the invention is characterized in that the fastening channel is connected to the profile in a plurality of connecting regions and air gaps extend between the connecting regions.
  • the fastening channel is connected to the profile in a plurality of connecting regions and air gaps extend between the connecting regions.
  • air gaps extend between the connecting regions.
  • the strip can be fastened below the fastening channel or between the fastening channel and the profile, preferably in the connecting regions or in the air gaps.
  • the strip is made in a preferred embodiment of the invention of hard plastic (for example, PVC or other stable plastics). At the same time, this material also offers advantages in contact corrosion.
  • the bar can also be made of hard rubber. In principle, it is also possible to form the strip of metal, in which case the Isolier bin is worse.
  • the fastening channel is connected to the profile in a plurality of connecting regions and air gaps extend between the connecting regions, into which projections of the strip protrude.
  • the fastening channel is welded onto the steel profile point-wise or in certain areas, and corresponding air gaps are formed between these welding regions, the connecting regions, through which the fastening channel is spaced from the profile.
  • the strip has corresponding projections which protrude into these air gaps, ie in the areas under the mounting channels and can also serve to attach or fix the strip on the profile or mounting channel.
  • the installation is carried out after welding the mounting channel on the profile and a surface treatment of the profiles and before installing the seal.
  • the bar is inserted into the air gap between the profile and the mounting channel.
  • the strip has clamping means for fastening the strip to the profile or to the fastening channel.
  • the clamping means provide an easy to install or disassembling arrangement on the bar.
  • the bar is to be attached to the profile or on the mounting channel.
  • screws, plastic screws, rivets may be provided.
  • the use of plastic screws helps to improve the insulation.
  • the strip by gluing on the profile or on the fastening channel.
  • the projection of the strip carries the clamping means. This makes it possible that the clamping means cooperates in a favorable manner with the fastening channel and so keeps the strip and thus the seal in position.
  • the clamping means is formed by at least one resiliently protruding leg from the bar.
  • the clamping means is realized in a simple manner, this can be obtained for example by bending out of the flat strip material or is alternatively sprayed or glued to this.
  • leg bears against the profile facing the mounting channel side.
  • the leg is supported on the mounting channel and jammed the bar between the mounting channel and the profile.
  • the strip has a connection arrangement, in particular a connection cam, which cooperates with a corresponding connection element, in particular a recess in the seal fixing.
  • a connection arrangement in particular a connection cam
  • a corresponding connection element in particular a recess in the seal fixing.
  • a kinematic reversal is conceivable in which, for example, the bar has a recess which cooperates with correspondingly projecting sealing parts of the seal.
  • the bar with the seal firmly connected for example glued or formed integrally therewith.
  • the invention is not limited to a two-part design. It is quite possible that the seal carries the bar and so undergoes a fixation or support during assembly.
  • the strip extends at least in sections or over the entire length of the seal.
  • the arrangement can be improved if the seal is supported as possible over its entire length with the bar. The risk that the seal is jammed during assembly decreases accordingly.
  • the bar is not only an assembly aid, but also an insulating effect to unfold and, of course, this insulating effect over the entire length of the seal is recommended.
  • the fastening channel is formed in cross-section U-shaped or channel-like, wherein the fastening channel preferably forms a screw and in particular the lower portion of the mounting channel provides the leg a plant.
  • the mounting channel can itself independently form a screw, in which the fastening means, for example a screw, or a screw bolt or the like can be screwed.
  • the inner walls of the U-shaped channel form the cooperating with the threads of the fastener areas.
  • it is of course also possible to introduce a screw bar in the mounting channel or other types of attachment such as insert longitudinally adjustable sliding blocks and so on.
  • the strip is held by a strip holder on the profile or on the mounting channel.
  • the bar is determined by arranged on the bar elements on the profile.
  • a separate component namely the strip holder is provided, which ensures that the bar is held on the profile.
  • the strip holder may be significantly shorter than the bar itself and handling is therefore much easier.
  • the strip holder is held jammed in the air gap between the profile or bar and mounting channel. With such a way of fastening no additional fastening means is needed, the attachment is very fast and easy, yet reliable.
  • a further variant of the invention provides that the strip holder is formed profile-like or clip-like. It is further provided that the strip holder is connected as a single part at least with a lateral part of the bar.
  • the strip holder has adapted to the underside of the mounting channel contour, which results in a simple manner a positive connection, namely, when the strip holder is pressed from below against the mounting channel, when this is supported there.
  • the positive engagement facilitates a safe and reliable installation.
  • the strip holder is to be connected by a clip connection with the bar.
  • Such an arrangement is very simple to accomplish without tools during assembly and also open again without destroying.
  • the last holder is e.g. designed as a cut profile product.
  • the strip holder is equipped so that both strips are held.
  • the strip holder is preferably arranged under the attachment channel and protrudes under this right and left to cooperate there with the respective strips, which in turn holds the seal or the foot portions of the hat seal, which engages in the fastening channel.
  • Fig. 1 shown schematically.
  • the view shown here is a section through the vertical post.
  • the façade is formed on the back by the profile 4, which is designed here for example as an I-steel beam.
  • a fastening channel 3 is provided on the outer, short transverse side of the I.
  • the mounting channel is in principle a little bit spaced from the profile 4 and connected only by partially arranged welded joints with this.
  • the fastening channel is formed in cross-section substantially U-shaped and has in this embodiment, a screw bar, which is inserted longitudinally. But it is also an arrangement possible in which waives this separate screw bar and the fastening screw 9 is screwed as a fastener directly into the wall of the mounting channel 3.
  • the pressing bar is pressed against the mounting channel 3, wherein the pressing bar 6 on the Façade elements 7 acts and so presses the facade elements 7 against the profile 4 and so attached to the profile construction and holds.
  • a seal is provided between the pressing bar 6 and the facade element 7, a seal is provided. Also, a seal 2 is provided between the facade element 7 and the profile 4. The seal 2 is arranged on the inside of the facade.
  • the seal 2 shown here is formed in cross-section U-shaped or hat-shaped and overlaps the mounting channel 3. At the respective lateral edges of the seal 2 correspondingly thicker areas are provided which cooperate sealingly and optionally resiliently with the facade elements 7, if this through the press bar 6 are pressed against the profile 4.
  • the hat-shaped seal shown here forms an inner, only through the fastening means 9 penetrated, uniform sealing plane.

Since the bar 1 at least partially without the mounting channel 3, this ensures that the seal is fixed and held in position for mounting. It is provided that as a connection arrangement preferably, for example, a connecting cam 10 is provided which engages in a corresponding recess or groove in the seal fixing, so clamping or holding. Of course, a kinematic reversal is also conceivable, ie an arrangement in which parts projecting from the seal engage in a clamping manner in a recess in the strip.
  • the strip has clamping means for fastening the strip on the profile 4 or on the fastening channel 3.
  • This clamping means consist for example of at least one resilient, protruding from the bar leg 11.
  • This protruding leg 11 can be obtained in a simple manner from the strip material by, for example, a corresponding leg is formed or bent. The leg 11 is then on the lower portion 8 of the mounting channel 3 holding or clamping.
