Claims (19)
- Eine Kanal auskleidende Struktur für eine Abflussrinne (C) oder einen Auffanggraben (F), einschliesslich eines vorgefertigten Elements (1), welches einen Boden (10) umfasst, der dabei den Boden eines Kanals (C) bildet, insbesondere eines Kanals anliegend an ein Strassenbett (S), Schienenbett oder dergleichen, welches seitliche Teile (11, 12) aufweist, die allgemein nach oben geneigt sind, um die unteren Teile der Kanalwände zu bedecken, wobei das vorgefertigte Element, welches aus verstärktem Beton hergestellt ist, eine Vorderkante (13) und eine Hinterkante (14) besitzt, wobei das vorgefertigte Element mit einem Erweiterungselement in der Form eines Netzes (4) zur Verfügung gestellt wird, welches in mindestens einem Seitenteil des vorgefertigten Teils eingelassen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das vorgefertigte Element (1) mit einer Geomatte (2) im Zusammenhang steht, welches nach oben von besagtem vorgefertigtem Element absteht, im Wesentlichen in der Form eines Verlängerungsstückes von mindestens einem Seitenteil des Elements, wobei die Geomatte (2) durch Anschlussmittel an das Erweiterungselement (4) fixiert ist, wobei die Anschlussmittel Erdnägel (5) sind, um das Gitter (4) und die Geomatte (2) miteinander an den Boden zu fixieren. - Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden des vorgefertigten Elements longitudinale Furchen (10') aufweist, welche, wenn mit Erde gefüllt, das Vegetationswachstum am Boden besagter Furchen mit der Entstehung einer Pflanzendecke, die den negativen Umwelteinfluss vermindert, erlaubt.
- Struktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorgefertigte Element entfernbare Gewinderingbolzen hat, die in Gewindegehäuse eingepasste sind, welche in das Material der vorgefertigten Elements eingelassen sind sind, um die Handhabung und die Installation des Elements erlauben.
- Struktur nach einer der vorhergehenden Anspruche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorgefertigte Element im Wesentlichen halbringförmige Stahlkappenelemente hat, die in das Material des vorgefertigten Elements zur Handhabung und Installation des Elements eingelassen sind.
- Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geomatte aus synthetischem Material aus einer Gruppe besteht, die Nylon, Polypropylen, Polyethylen und Polyethylen hoher Dichte umfasst.
- Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erdnägel (5) die Form eines umgedrehten U's, eines umgedrehten L's oder eines umgedrehten T's besitzen, um das Gitter und die Geomatte durch das Einschlagen dieser in den Grund zu verbinden.
- Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gitter (4) ein Metalgitter ist, welches mit Korrosionsschutzbeschichtung ausgestattet ist.
- Struktur nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Korrosionsschutzbeschichtung aus einer Verzinkungsbehandlung besteht.
- Struktur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorder- und die Hinterkanten (13, 14) des vorgefertigten Elements Enden mit Furchen und Vorsprüngen derart in komplementärer Form haben, dass die Vorderkante eines vorgefertigten Elements in das entsprechende Gehäuse der Hinterkante eines aufeinander folgenden, vorgefertigten Elements in Bezug auf die Flussrichtung des Wassers im Kanal greift.
- Struktur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorder- und Hinterkanten (13, 14) des vorgefertigten Elements derart wechselhaft gestufte Enden aufweisen, dass die Vorderkante (13) eines vorgefertigten Elements auf die Hinterkante (14) eines darauffolgenden vorgefertigten Elements in Bezug auf die Flussrichtung des Wassers im Kanal überlappt.
- Verfahren zur Installation der Kanal auskleidenden Struktur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche folgenden Schritte beinhaltet:- Einebnung und Modellierung der auszukleidenden Oberfläche, und Entfernung von Bodenmulden, kleinen Erhebungen, Geröll und Geäst;- Bildung eines Grabens oberhalb des Hangs;- Positionierung einer Ecklasche der Geomatte (2) innerhalb des Grabens, Fixierung mit Erdnägeln (5) und Bedeckung mit aus der Grabung gewonnenen Bodens;- Ausbreitung der Geomatte (2) entlang der Linie der grösstmöglichen Neigung des Gefälles und Überlappung angrenzender Geomattenbahnen in die mögliche Richtung des Wasserflusses;- Fixierung der Geomatte (2) an den Boden;- Installation eines vorgefertigten Elements (1), welches Teile eines Metallnetzes (4) mit einer Korrosionsschutzbeschichtung aufweist, das von den Seitenteilen (11, 12) des vorgefertigten Elements absteht; und- Verbindung des mit Korrosionsschutzbeschichtung ausgestatteten Metallnetzes (4) mit der Geomatte (2) mit Hilfe von Erdnägeln (5).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, in welchem die vorgefertigten Elemente durch griffige, entfernbare Gewinderingbolzen gehandhabt und installiert werden, die in Gewindegehäuse eingepasst sind und in das Material der vorgefertigten Elemente eingelassen sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, in welchen die vorgefertigten Elemente durch griffige, im Wesentlichen halb-ringfömige Stahlkappenelemente gehandhabt und installiert werden, die in das Material der vorgefertigten Elemente eingelassen sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, das zusätzlich das Befüllen der longitudinalen Furchen (10') am Boden der vorgefertigten Elemente mit Boden und die nachträgliche Ansaat dieses Bodens umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, das zusätzlich die Wasseransaat der longitudinalen Furchen am Boden der vorgefertigten Elemente umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 11 - 15, das zusätzlich die Bepflanzung von Sträuchern und Stecklingen an den Hängen durch L-förmige Schnitte in die Geomatte umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 11 - 16, das zusätzlich das Auffüllen der Geomatte (2) mit Kulturboden umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, das zusätzlich die Aussaat des Bodens unter der Geomatte (2) mit einer geeigneten Saatmischung ausgewählter Pflanzenspezies, und die Düngung und Bewässerung des Bodens umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 11 - 19, das das Auffüllen der Geomatte (2) mit Schotter und damit die Asphaltierung der befüllten Geomatte auf diese Art umfasst.
