Claims (10)
- Dispositif destiné à renouveler les moyens de réception du matériel de fixation des voies sur les traverses des voies ferrées,
caractérisé par le fait que
le dispositif est constitué de• un dispositif d'appui (1) destiné à réceptionner les traverses (2) devant être traitées,• un rail de roulement (3) parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du dispositif d'appui le long de chacun des deux côtés longitudinaux extérieurs des dispositifs d'appui, l'écart entre les deux rails de roulement correspondant à au moins la longueur de la traverse de voie la plus longue devant être traitée,• au moins un dispositif pouvant coulisser sur au moins un des deux rails de roulement et pouvant être enlevé du rail de roulement, destiné à desserrer et retirer le matériel de fixation relié à la traverse de façon démontable,• au moins un dispositif pouvant coulisser sur au moins un des deux rails de roulement et pouvant être enlevé du rail de roulement, destiné à enlever les chevilles reliées à la traverse de façon non démontable,• au moins un dispositif pouvant coulisser sur au moins un des deux rails de roulement et pouvant être enlevé du rail de roulement, destiné à insérer les chevilles neuves ainsi qu'à appliquer et fixer le matériel de fixation des voies pouvant être relié à la traverse de façon démontable. - Dispositif destiné à renouveler les moyens de réception du matériel de fixation des voies sur les traverses des voies ferrées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'appui (1) est décrit comme une construction dont la structure est faite d'éléments en acier assemblés, qui présente des dispositifs permettant de loger un cadre de levage et/ou de loger le bras pivotant d'une benne amovible.
- Dispositif destiné à renouveler les moyens de réception du matériel de fixation des voies sur les traverses des voies ferrées selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'appui (1) présente des dispositifs de jonction par assemblage et /ou friction sur ses faces avant orientées dans le sens longitudinal pour l'extension modulaire de l'élément en direction longitudinale grâce au montage de dispositifs d'appui supplémentaires conformes à l'invention.
- Dispositif destiné à renouveler les moyens de réception du matériel de fixation des voies sur les traverses des voies ferrées selon au moins une des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'appui (1) présente des dispositifs de nivellement au niveau de la surface du sol pour ajuster l'élément sur le plan horizontal.
- Dispositif destiné à renouveler les moyens de réception du matériel de fixation des voies sur les traverses des voies ferrées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'appui (1) est conçu sous forme d'une alvéole de traverse, qui se compose de traverses disposées côte à côte sans espace intermédiaire et sur un plan à peu près horizontal.
- Dispositif destiné à renouveler les moyens de réception du matériel de fixation des voies sur les traverses des voies ferrées selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif destiné à desserrer et détacher le matériel de fixation des voies relié à la traverse de façon démontable est composé d'au moins un portique pouvant être déplacé sur les rails de roulement et surmontant les traverses de voies devant être traitées perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal des rails de roulement et d'au moins une tirefonneuse montée sur ce portique, celle-ci pouvant basculer autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du portique ainsi que pouvant basculer autour d'un axe perpendiculaire par rapport au plan à peu près horizontal constitué par le dispositif d'appui.
- Dispositif destiné à renouveler les moyens de réception du matériel de fixation des voies sur les traverses des voies ferrées selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif destiné à enlever les chevilles est conçu comme une structure à portiques (7) pouvant être déplacée sur les rails de roulement, dans laquelle est intégré un nombre de porte-outils (8-10) correspondant au nombre d'alésages dans lesquels seront logées les chevilles devant être traitées dans la traverse, ces porte-outils étant équipés de dispositifs en principe connus pour prédécouper, expulser et/ou déloger les chevilles usées.
- Dispositif destiné à renouveler les moyens de réception du matériel de fixation des voies sur les traverses des voies ferrées selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif destiné à enlever les chevilles présente un dispositif d'appui (11) saisissant les traverses par-dessous au niveau de leur parties dépassant de chaque côté la structure portante et contrebalançant le moment d'inclinaison provoqué par l'action des outils destinés à prédécouper, expulser et/ou déloger les éléments en question.
- Dispositif destiné à renouveler les moyens de réception du matériel de fixation des voies sur les traverses des voies ferrées selon au moins une des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif destiné à enlever les chevilles présente un dispositif de collecte (12) saisissant les traverses au niveau de la structure d'appui dépassant les éléments de part et d'autre, ce dispositif de collecte étant destiné à recueillir les chevilles usées éjectées .
- Dispositif destiné à renouveler les moyens de réception du matériel de fixation des voies sur les traverses des voies ferrées selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif destiné à insérer les chevilles neuves est composé d'au moins un portique, pouvant être déplacé sur les rails de roulement et surplombant les traverses de la voie ferrée devant être traitées perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal des rails de roulement et d'au moins une tirefonneuse montée sur ce portique, celle-ci pouvant basculer autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du portique ainsi que pouvant basculer autour d'un axe perpendiculaire au plan à peu près horizontal constitué par le dispositif d'appui.
