Claims (7)
- Station de séparation des poses d'une presse à découper, comprenant un berceau supérieur (2) pour un dispositif de séparation des poses et des barres de pinces (23) pour le transport des feuilles en travail (4), caractérisée en ce que ce berceau supérieur (2) comporte des moyens (2a) pour le montage amovible, alternativement d'un dispositif de séparation des poses et d'un dispositif de réception des feuilles pleines (1) et en ce qu'elle comporte au moins une came (24) pour l'ouverture des pinces (23a) desdites barres de pinces (23), montée de manière amovible.
- Station de séparation des poses selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle un organe éjecteur (3) des feuilles (4), s'étendant parallèlement aux bords avants desdites feuilles (4), est articulé autour d'un axe transversal (6) audit dispositif de réception (1) des feuilles pleines (4) qui comporte au moins un ressort (8a, 8b) pour appliquer au moins un élément (7a, 7b), solidaire dudit organe de réception (3) des feuilles (4) contre au moins une came (9a, 9b) solidaire d'au moins un levier d'entraínement (21a, 21b) dont le déplacement est commandé par le mouvement dudit berceau supérieur (2).
- Station de séparation des poses selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ledit levier d'entraínement (21a, 21b) est pressé par au moins un ressort de rappel (12a, 12b) contre au moins une surface de butée (22a, 22b) fixe par rapport audit berceau supérieur (2).
- Station de séparation des poses selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle ledit levier d'entraínement (21a, 21b) présente au moins un élément de liaison (16a, 16b) à un organe de commande manuel (15) de mise hors service.
- Station de séparation des poses selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle ledit ressort de rappel (12a, 12b) dudit levier d'entraínement (21a, 21b) est un ressort de traction dont une extrémité est solidaire dudit levier d'entraínement (21a, 21b) et dont l'autre extrémité est solidaire d'au moins un organe (13a, 13b) monté pivotant sur le même axe (10a, 10b) que ledit levier d'entraínement (21a, 21b), cet organe (13a, 13b) étant relié par au moins un bras de transmission (16a, 16b) à une manivelle (15) dont le déplacement angulaire sous l'action dudit ressort de traction (12a, 12b) est limité par des butées (19a, 19b, 20a, 20b).
- Station de séparation des poses selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit dispositif de réception (1) des feuilles pleines (4) comporte des moyens (25) pour presser les feuilles pleines (4) contre une pile de stockage au fur et à mesure de leur arrivée à la station de séparation/réception.
- Station de séparation des poses selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans laquelle les extrémités respectives de ladite barre de pinces (23) sont en prise avec deux rails de guidage (26) disposés latéralement, respectivement de part et d'autre dudit dispositif de réception (1) des feuilles pleines (4), au moins une came (24) pour l'ouverture desdites pinces (23a) étant disposée dans la trajectoire d'un palpeur de came solidaire d'une des mâchoires desdites pinces (23a) et des moyens (29-34) pour déplacer un desdits rails de guidage (26) pour permettre l'enlèvement de ladite came (24) pour l'ouverture desdites pinces (23a) lors du remplacement du dispositif de réception des feuilles pleines par le dispositif de séparation des poses.
