Claims (11)
- Kippventil zum Austragen von Schaum und anderen Medien aus einem unter Druck stehenden Behälter, miteinem Ventilteller (48) zur Verbindung mit dem Behälter,einem Ventilkörper (38) mit einer Halteöffnung, der in eine Öffnung in dem Ventilteller (48) eingesetzt und an einer von dem Ventilteller fortweisenden Seite eine Abdichtfläche (40) besitzt,einem in der Halteöffnung angeordneten Ventilelement (10), das einen rohrförmigen Abschnitt mit einem Abdichtflansch (24) an einem Ende und mindestens eine Eintrittsöffnung (36) in der Wandung besitzt,wobei in einer geschlossenen Position des Ventils der Abdichtflansch (24) an der Abdichtfläche (40) anliegt und einen Eintritt des auszutragenden Mediums in die Eintrittsöffnung (36) sperrt und in einer gekippten Position des Ventilelements (10) der Abdichtflansch (24) und die Abdichtfläche (40) unter Bildung eines Spalts voneinander entfernt sind und das auszutragende Medium durch den Spalt und die Eintrittsöffnung (36) austreten kann,
ein Sperrkörper (28) in dem rohrförmigen Abschnitt angeordnet ist und abhängig von dem Druck in dem Behälter die Eintrittsöffnung (36) freigibt oder mindestens teilweise verschließt, wobei mit fallendem Druck die Eintrittsöffnung (36) zunehmend freigegeben wird. - Kippventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sperrkörper als elastisches Membranelement (28) ausgebildet ist.
- Kippventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Membranelement einen im Querschnitt an das Ventilelement im Bereich der Eintrittsöffnung (36) angepaßten Verschlußbereich (32) und einen aus dem Ventilelement vorstehenden Haltebereich (34) besitzt.
- Kippventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltebereich (34) in eine Position vorgespannt ist, in der der Verschlußbereich (32) die Eintrittsöffnung (36) vollständig freigibt.
- Kippventil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußbereich (32) einen Grund und eine zylindrische Seitenwand aufweist und zu dem Haltebereich (34) hin geöffnet ist.
- Kippventil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilelement (10) eine das Membranelement (28) aufnehmende Kappe (20) besitzt.
- Kippventil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe den Haltebereich (34) des Membranelements (28) in der vorgespannten Position sichert und mindestens eine Durchbrechung (22) besitzt.
- Kippventil nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (20) den Abdichtflansch (24) mindestens teilweise umgreift und an diesem verrastet ist.
- Kippventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eintrittsöffnung (36) als Langloch ausgebildet und das Membranelement bei nahezu vollständig ausgetragenem Medium die Eintrittsöffnung (36) vollständig freigibt.
- Kippventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eintrittsöffnung (36) als Langloch ausgebildet ist und das Membranelement bei ungefähr vollständiger Druckbeaufschlagung die Eintrittsöffnung teilweise verschließt.
- Kippventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens vier gleichmäßig beabstandete Eintrittsöffnungen (36) vorgesehen sind.
