Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de corps moulés en plastique à plusieurs constituants, par moulage par injection, au moins un constituant étant fabriqué à l'aide d'un formulateur dans le moule. L'invention vise à fabriquer des éléments à plusieurs constituants contenant des noyaux ou des couches de tissus et non-tissés de fibres. A cet effet, on fait intervenir une machine à plaque modèle à double face présentant deux zones de travail (A, B). Selon l'invention, le matériau de fibres est modelé sous forme d'ébauche dans la zone de travail (A), dans une cavité outil, et une ébauche modelée au préalable est simultanément enrobée de plastique par injection dans la zone de travail (B) ou du plastique est pulvérisé sur ladite ébauche. Ensuite, la plaque modèle à double face est tournée autour d'un axe axial de manière que l'ébauche est transportée de la zone de travail (A) vers la zone de travail (B), le corps moulé fini est prélevé, et le cycle de fabrication recommence à zéro. Le dispositif selon l'invention peut éventuellement comporter une deuxième unité de moulage par injection (I) servant à injecter un additif tel qu'un durcisseur, liant ou similaire dans la cavité, lors du modelage de l'ébauche.
