Claims (13)
- Wärmetauscheranordnung für ein Heizgerät, insbesondere Fahrzeugheizgerät, umfassend einen in einer Gehäuseanordnung (18) gebildeten Mediumströmungsraum (37) zur Durchströmung mit thermisch zu behandelndem Medium, wobei an der Gehäuseanordnung wenigstens ein Anschlussstutzen (38) zum Anschluss einer Mediumführungsleitung vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlussstutzen (38) von der Gehäuseanordnung (18) getrennt ausgebildet ist und dass in der Gehäuseanordnung (18) eine Anschlussstutzenaufnahmeöffnung (42) gebildet ist, in welcher der Anschlussstutzen (38) mit einem Verbindungsbereich (44) aufgenommen und gehalten ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlussstutzen (38) in seinem Verbindungsbereich (44) einen ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (52) aufweist, in welchem der Anschlussstutzen (38) in einem ersten Halteabschnitt (56) der Anschlussstutzenaufnahmeöffnung (42) durch Klemmwirkung gehalten ist, und einen zweiten Verbindungsabschnitt (54) aufweist, in welchem der Anschlussstutzen (38) in einem zweiten Halteabschnitt (58) der Anschlussstutzenaufnahmeöffnung (42) durch Materialschluss gehalten ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlussstutzen (38) in seinem ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (52) sich in einer Anschlussstutzeneinführrichtung (R) verjüngend ausgebildet ist und dass die Anschlussstutzenaufnahmeöffnung (42) in ihrem ersten Halteabschnitt (56) sich in der Anschlussstutzeneinführrichtung (R) zu dem ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (52) komplementär verjüngend ausgebildet ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Verbindungsabschnitt (52) und der erste Halteabschnitt (56) sich konisch verjüngend ausgebildet sind. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Konuswinkel im Bereich von 4° bis 8°, vorzugsweise bei etwa 6°, liegt. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Verbindungsabschnitt (52) in einem weiter als der zweite Verbindungsabschnitt (54) in die Anschlussstutzenaufnahmeöffnung (42) einzuführenden Teil des Verbindungsbereichs (44) vorgesehen ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Verbindungsabschnitt (54) eine wenigstens bereichsweise in Abstand zu einer Innenoberfläche (68) der Anschlussstutzenaufnahmeöffnung (42) im zweiten Halteabschnitt (58) liegende Verbindungsoberfläche (66) aufweist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Innenoberfläche (68) der Anschlussstutzenaufnahmeöffnung (42) im zweiten Halteabschnitt (58) und der Verbindungsoberfläche (66) des zweiten Verbindungsabschnitts (54) ein ringartiges Volumen (70) zur Aufnahme von Verbindungsmaterial (72) gebildet ist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsoberfläche (66) des zweiten Verbindungsabschnitts (54) oder/und die Innenoberfläche (68) des zweiten Halteabschnitts (58) im Wesentlichen zylindrisch ausgebildet sind. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Verbindungsabschnitt (54) in seinem von dem ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (52) entfernten Endbereich eine mit der Innenoberfläche (68) des zweiten Halteabschnitts (58) der Anschlussstutzenaufnahmeöffnung (42) zusammenwirkende Zentrierformation (74) aufweist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zentrierformation (74) wenigstens einen bezüglich der Innenoberfläche (68) des zweiten Halteabschnitts (58) abstützbaren Zentriervorsprung (76) aufweist. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zentrierformation (74) wenigstens eine Verbindungsmaterialeinführöffnung bereitstellt. - Wärmetauscheranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die materialschlüssige Verbindung durch Verklebung gebildet ist.
