Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zum Modellieren von Fliesen oder Platten, die eine sichtbare oder obere Oberfläche und eine Verlegefläche oder untere Oberfläche haben, zu vorgegebenen, nicht flachen Ausbildungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Phasen enthält:
    - Schneiden wenigstens einer Rille (2) in die sichtbare oder obere Oberfläche (1a) bis auf einer Tiefe der Fliese oder Platte, welche nur einen Teil der Fliese oder Platte betrifft;
    - Befestigen eines dünnen und flexiblen provisorischen Halteelementes (3) an der sichtbaren oder oberen Oberfläche (1a);
    - Einarbeiten von wenigstens einer Aussparung (4), welche, ausgehend von der Verlegefläche oder unteren Oberfläche (1b) die gesamte Stärke des Körpers der Fliese oder Platte (1) betrifft, und zwar in einer Position entsprechend der Rille (2), aber nicht das Halteelement (3); wobei die Aussparung (4) den Körper der Fliese oder Platte (1) in wenigstens zwei, vollkommen voneinander getrennte Teile teilt;
    - Nähern der wenigstens zwei Teile der Fliese oder Platte (1) durch Umbiegen des dünnen und flexiblen provisorischen Halteelementes (3), welche die durch die Aussparung (4) getrennten wenigstens zwei Teile der Fliese oder Platte (1) zusammenhält, so dass die Fliese oder Platte (1) in eine nicht flache vorgegebene Form gebracht wird.
  2. Verfahren zum Modellieren von Fliesen oder Platten nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Phasen enthält:
    - Schneiden einer Anzahl der wenigstens einen Rille (2) in die obere Oberfläche (1a) bis auf eine Tiefe der Fliese oder Platte, welche nur einen Teil der Fliese oder Platte betrifft;
    - Befestigen eines dünnen und flexiblen provisorischen Halteelementes (3) an der oberen Oberfläche (1a);
    - Einarbeiten einer Anzahl der wenigstens einer Aussparung (4), welche, ausgehend von der Verlegefläche oder unteren Oberfläche (1b) die gesamte Stärke des Körpers der Fliese oder Platte (1) betrifft, und zwar in einer Position entsprechend der Anzahl der wenigstens einen Rille (2), aber nicht das Halteelement (3); wobei die Anzahl der wenigstens einen Aussparung (4) den Körper der Fliese oder Platte (1) in eine Anzahl von vollkommen voneinander getrennten Teilen teilt;
    - Nähern der Anzahl von Teilen der Fliese oder Platte (1) durch Umbiegen des dünnen und flexiblen provisorischen Halteelementes (3), welche die durch die Aussparung (4) getrennte Anzahl von Teilen der Fliese oder Platte (1) zusammenhält, so dass die Fliese oder Platte (1) in eine nicht flache vorgegebene Form gebracht wird.
  3. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (3) entfernbar ist.
  4. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (3) selbstklebend ist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede einzelne Aussparung der Anzahl von Aussparungen (4) mit wenigstens einem V-förmigen Schneidwerkzeug hergestellt ist, welches Schneidwerkzeug in der Fliese oder Platte (1) einen Schnitt erzeugt, der durch zwei zu einer entsprechenden, in der oberen Oberfläche (1a) vorhandenen Rille (2) konvergierende Seiten abgegrenzt ist.
