Claims (15)

  1. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion pour bandes de traction (4) d'éléments de construction pneumatiques qui sont composés d'un corps creux cylindrique et étanche aux gaz (1) doté de deux capuchons (5) ainsi que d'une barre de pression (2) entre deux éléments de jointure (3) et de bandes de traction (4) qui sont fixées aux extrémités de la barre de pression (2), caractérisé en ce que
    - il est prévu des moyens pour installer au moins deux bandes de traction (4) de manière ce qu'un point d'intersection justement de ces bandes de traction (4) soit supprimé mais que les lignes d'action des forces de traction continuent à se couper mutuellement sensiblement au même point d'intersection (7).
  2. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon la revendication 1 du brevet, caractérisé en ce qu'il est conformé de manière à ce que les bandes de traction (4) soient placées sensiblement les unes auprès des autres dans un plan dans l'élément de raccordement et d'inversion.
  3. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon la revendication 1 du brevet, caractérisé en ce qu'il est conformé de manière à ce que les bandes de traction (4) soient placées sensiblement les unes sur les autres dans plusieurs plans dans l'élément de raccordement et d'inversion.
  4. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon la revendication 1 du brevet, caractérisé en ce qu'il est courbé de manière à être en contact à fleur avec la forme cylindrique du corps creux (1).

  8. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon la revendication 7 du brevet, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué par un procédé de façonnage sans copeaux.
  9. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon les revendications 5 ou 6 du brevet, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé sous forme de corps creux (15).
  10. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon les revendications 5 ou 6 du brevet, caractérisé en ce qu'il est composé de deux pièces sensiblement identiques (22, 23),
    - les pièces (22, 23) présentant au moins deux cuvettes (27) d'un côté,
    - les pièces (22, 23) présentant par cuvette (27) une sortie (28) de forme conique qui s'étend depuis la cuvette (27) jusqu'au côté opposé,
    - des ancrages en forme de calottes sphériques qui s'ajustent à fleur dans les cuvettes (27) étant fixés aux extrémités des bandes de traction (4),
    - les bandes de traction (4) étant tirées depuis les cuvettes (27) à travers les sorties (28) et les ancrages (26) étant en contact glissant dans les cuvettes (27), ce qui contrecarre la formation de couples de flexion aux points de fixation des bandes de traction (4) sous sollicitation de traction,
    - les pièces (22, 23) étant assemblées par un raccordement à vis pouvant être sollicité par traction (25) de manière à ce que les cuvettes (27) soient superposées et que les pièces (22, 23) forment l'une avec l'autre un élément de raccordement et d'inversion.
  11. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon une des revendications 7 à 10 du brevet, caractérisé en ce qu'il est divisé en deux moitiés (30) fonctionnelles sensiblement identiques le long de la ligne médiane (31) parallèle à la barre de pression (2), chacune des moitiés fonctionnelles (30) inversant au moins une bande de traction (4) et étant installée sur la barre de pression (2).
  12. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon la revendication 11 du brevet, caractérisé en ce que les deux moitiés fonctionnelles (30) sont fixées à une plaque (8) de manière à ce former un intervalle pour la barre de pression (2) et qu'une deuxième place (14) peut être fixée comme couvercle, de sorte que la barre de pression (2) est entourée.
  13. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon la revendication 11 du brevet, caractérisé en ce que, entre les deux moitiés fonctionnelles (30), est insérée une pièce usinée pouvant être sollicitée par pression et qui peut relier deux éléments (20) d'une barre de pression (2).
  14. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon la revendication 11 du brevet, caractérisé en ce qu'une des pièces (2, 30) comporte une protubérance en forme de peigne (17) et que l'autre comporte une rainure adaptée (16) et que les moitiés fonctionnelles (30) sont ainsi fixées par insertion de la protubérance (17) dans la rainure (16) et positionnement sur la barre de pression (2).
  15. Elément de raccordement et d'inversion selon une des revendications 7 ou 10 du brevet, caractérisé en ce qu'il est composé d'un matériau pouvant être sollicité par pression et peut être installé entre deux éléments (20) d'une barre de pression (2).
