Claims (14)
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung für ein- oder zweiflügelige Fahrzeugtüren, insbesondere Schwenkschiebetüren für Schienenfahrzeuge, die sich an der vertikalen Längsseite mindestens einer Schließkante befindet und mindestens einen horizontal angeordneten federbelasteten Drehriegel (12) aufweist, der mit einem beweglichen Verriegelungselement (13) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenseite des Türblattes (1a, 1b) oder der Tür (1) mindestens ein Eingriffselement (9), in einem definierten Abstand zur Türinnenseite, angeordnet ist und gegenüberliegend zu dieser an der Innenseite des Türrahmens der federbelastete Drehriegel (12) horizontal angeordnet ist, wobei der Drehriegel (12) eine halbkreis- oder klauenförmige Ausnehmung (12d) und einen die Ausnehmung (12d) seitlich überragenden Verriegelungsabschnitt (12b) besitzt, und das Verriegelungselement (13) an der Innenseite des Türrahmens beweglich geführt ist und mit mindestens einer in vertikaler Richtung bewegbaren Stange (14,16) verbunden ist, und während Schließbewegung der Türblätter (1a, 1b) oder der Tür (1) das Eingriffselement (9) in Eingriff mit der Ausnehmung (12d) des Drehriegels (12) gelangt und durch die Andrückbewegung des Türblattes (1a, 1b) oder der Tür (1) der Drehriegel (12) mit seinem Verriegelungsabschnitt (12b) in Richtung Mitte der Türöffnung schwenkt und eine parallel zum Türblatt (1,1a, 1b ) verlaufende Position einnimmt und in dieser durch eine in vertikaler Richtung ausgelöste Bewegung des Verriegelungselementes (13) arretiert ist.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehriegel (12) in einer Halterung (11) gelagert ist, die an der Innenseite des Türrahmens befestigt ist.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehriegel (12) auf einer vertikalen Antriebswelle (8, 8a, 8b) gelagert ist.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement als Bügel (13) ausgebildet ist, der an seinem gebogenen Abschnitt (13a) in einer an der Innenseite des Türrahmens befestigten Halterung (11, 15) drehbar auf einer horizontal angeordneten Welle (13b) gelagert ist, wobei die Öffnung des Bügels (13) in Richtung Türblatt (1,1a, 1b) zeigt, und einer der Schenkel (13c) des Bügels (13) eine in Richtung zur Öffnung des Bügels (13) gerichtete Abwinkelung (13d) besitzt, an der eine Rolle (13f) drehbar auf einer horizontal angeordneten Welle (13e) gelagert ist, und mindestens der obere Schenkel (13c) mit einer in vertikaler Richtung bewegbaren Stange (14) in Verbindung steht, und an dem Bügel (13) eine mit der Halterung (11) verbundene Zugfeder (13i) befestigt ist.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Anordnung einer Mehrfachverriegelung die einzelnen Bügel (13) über an den Schenkeln (13c, 13h) angelenkte, vertikal ausgerichtete Stangen (14,16) beweglich miteinander verbunden sind.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung des Drehriegels (12) in Uhrzeigerrichtung durch einen Anschlag (11c) begrenzt ist.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem auf der vertikalen Antriebswelle (8a, 8b) gelagerten Drehriegel (12) eine Zugfeder (13'i) befestigt ist, die mit der Halterung (15) verbunden ist.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das an der Tür angeordnete Eingriffselement als Rolle (9) ausgebildet ist die in einer vertikalen Führung einer Halterung (9a) angeordnet ist.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Betätigung der in vertikaler Richtung bewegbaren Stange (14) an dem Gehäuse des Antriebsmotors (6a) eine Segmentplatte (18) befestigt ist, die infolge der Reaktionskraft des Antriebes eine Drehbewegung ausführt, die durch zwei Anschläge (19, 20) begrenzt ist, und an der Segmentplatte (18) eine Zugstange (20) angelenkt ist, die die Drehbewegung auf einen federbelasteten Schwenkhebel (21) überträgt, der mit einer Welle (22) starr verbunden ist, an der ein Hebel (23) befestigt ist, der mit mindestens einer horizontal angeordneten Koppelstange (24, 25) in Verbindung steht, die an einer im oberen Bereich des Wagenkastens (Türrahmens) angeordneten Schwenkplatte (26, 27) angelenkt ist, die mit der Stange (14) verbunden ist.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Anordnung einer zweiflügeligen Tür an dem Hebel (23) zwei Koppelstangen (24, 25) angelenkt sind, die über jeweils eine Schwenkplatte (26, 27) mit der zugehörigen Stange (14) verbunden sind.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschläge (19, 20), die Zugstange (20), und der Schwenkhebel (21) auf einer Platte (17) oder einem Trägerelement montiert sind.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur manuellen Notentriegelung mindestens ein Zugmittel (32) an einem ersten federbelasteten Schwenkhebel (33) angreift, der über einen zweiten Hebel (34) mit einem dritten Hebel (36) verbunden ist, wobei der dritte Hebel (36) auf der axialen Welle (36a) eines federbelasteten Drehmagneten (37) befestigt ist und Langlöcher (36c) besitzt, in denen ein Bolzen (35) verschiebbar gelagert ist, der bei einer Zugbeanspruchung des Zugmittels (32) mit einem auf einer Welle (22) schwenkbar gelagerten vierten Hebel (21) in Eingriff gelangt und diesen bewegt, wobei der vierte Hebel (21) über mindestens eine horizontal angeordnete Koppelstange (24, 25) und Umlenkeinheit (26, 27) mit einer in vertikaler Richtung bewegbaren Verriegelungsstange (14) in Wirkungsverbindung steht und an dem vierten Hebel (21) eine Stange (20) angreift, über die zeitweise eine die Ver- und Entriegelung der Türblätter (1, 1a, 1b) bewirkende Kraftkomponente einleitbar ist.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Funktionselemente für die Notentriegelung, der erste Hebel (33) und der dritte Hebel (36) und der für die Verriegelung/Entriegelung zuständige vierte Hebel (21) als Schwenkhebel ausgebildet sind, die auf einer horizontal angeordneten Platte (17) oder einem Trägerelement gelagert sind.
- Ver- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Entkopplung der Notentriegelung der Hebel (36) in an einer vertikal nach unten gerichteten, die Drehhachse bildende Welle (36a) starr befestigt und die Welle (36a) mit einem federbelasteten Drehmagnet (37) verbunden ist, wobei im spannungsbeaufschlagten Zustand des Drehmagneten (37) der dritte Hebel (36) entgegen der Uhrzeigerrichtung bewegbar ist und dadurch der Bolzen (35) außer Eingriff mit der klauenförmigen Ausnehmung (21a) des vierten Hebels (21) gelangt.
