  • the second part 200 can have a part which is not intended to go into the opening in the first part, and it is also conceivable for that portion of the second part which is to go into the said opening to be made of a flexible material, for example a spring, which can therefore adapt to any shape of the first part.
  • Another way of achieving the holding-together of the piece of jewellery is to make the cross-sectional radius of the second part 200 such in relation to the inner radius of the opening in the first end 110 of the first part that said holding-together interaction is achieved by friction.
  • Other ways of bringing about friction are, for example, to provide the second part, or at least part of it, with a geometrical shape which differs from that of the first part, for example a larger or smaller circle radius, or for a portion of the second part to have a shape which differs in another way.
  • the outer part 200 having, at that end which the heel of the first part will come into contact with, a slit or a groove in the outer part in to which slit or groove the heel or stop arrangement will be received.
  • a slit or groove could then be shaped so as to hold the heel in some way, for example by virtue of the slit or groove having a diameter which is slightly smaller than that of the heel, or by part of the slit or groove having a part which is at an "angle" with the rest of the slit or groove.

Claims (7)

  1. Bijou à fixer à une partie de corps percée, comprenant une première partie (100) avec une première forme géométrique principale, laquelle première partie possède une première extrémité (110) et une seconde extrémité (120), lesdites deux extrémités se faisant face l'une l'autre et étant à une distance (A) l'une par rapport à l'autre, où au moins la première extrémité (110) possède une ouverture, lequel bijou comprend aussi une seconde partie (200) avec une première extrémité (202) et une seconde extrémité (204) et une seconde forme géométrique principale, où la seconde partie possède, dans la direction allant vers sa première extrémité (202), une première portion (210) qui est conçue de telle sorte qu'au moins une partie de cette première portion puisse être disposée dans l'ouverture dans la première extrémité (110) de la première partie, dans lequel bijou la première partie (100) et la seconde partie (200) sont maintenues solidarisées afin de former un bijou raccordé du fait de l'interaction entre la première partie et la seconde partie, interaction pendant laquelle la première partie (100) et la seconde partie (200) restent deux parties mutuellement séparées, et où la première portion de la seconde partie peut s'étendre essentiellement librement dans l'ouverture de la première extrémité ouverte (110) de la première partie, caractérisé en ce que le bijou possède un dispositif d'arrêt (220) de manière à empêcher le bijou de sortir de la partie de corps percée, ledit dispositif d'arrêt comprenant une portion d'arrêt (220) de la seconde partie (200), ladite portion d'arrêt (220) comprenant la seconde extrémité (204) de la seconde partie, la forme de la portion d'arrêt s'écartant de la forme géométrique principale de la seconde partie.
  2. Bijou selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la distance entre les deux extrémités (110,120) de la première partie le long de la première partie (100) est supérieure à la distance la plus courte entre lesdites deux extrémités, ladite interaction entre la première partie et la seconde partie étant réalisée en vertu du fait que ladite seconde forme géométrique est, ou peut être constituée afin d'être, essentiellement la même que la forme géométrique de la première partie (100).
  3. Bijou selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la distance entre les deux extrémités (110,120) de la première partie le long de la première partie (100) est supérieure à la distance la plus courte entre lesdites deux extrémités, ladite interaction entre la première partie et la seconde partie étant en partie réalisée en vertu du fait que, dans une position finale, la portion d'arrêt (220) de la seconde partie vient en contact avec la seconde extrémité (120) de la première partie.
  4. Bijou selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite interaction est réalisée par friction entre la première partie (100) et la première portion (210) de la seconde partie (200).
  5. Boucle d'oreille comprenant une première partie (100), laquelle première partie possède une première forme géométrique, et une première extrémité (110) et une seconde extrémité (120), lesquelles extrémités se font face l'une l'autre avec une distance (A) entre les deux extrémités, et où au moins la première extrémité (110) possède une ouverture, laquelle boucle d'oreille comprend aussi une seconde partie (200) avec une seconde forme géométrique principale, où la seconde partie comporte une première portion (210) qui est conçue d'une manière telle que une partie de cette première portion puisse être disposée dans la première extrémité (110) de la première partie, laquelle seconde partie (200) comporte aussi un dispositif d'arrêt (220) pour empêcher la boucle d'oreille de s'écarter d'une oreille, caractérisé en ce que
    - la première portion (210) de la seconde partie est conçue d'une manière telle qu'elle puisse s'étendre librement dans l'ouverture de la première extrémité ouverte (110) de la première partie,
    - les extrémités (110,120) de la première partie sont disposées de sorte que, quand un mouvement de la seconde partie a lieu, le dispositif d'arrêt (220) puisse venir en contact avec la seconde extrémité (120) de la première partie, de manière à empêcher la boucle d'oreille de sortir de la partie de corps percée,
    - le dispositif d'arrêt comprend une portion d'arrêt (220) de la seconde partie (200), ladite portion d'arrêt (220) comprenant la seconde extrémité (204) de la seconde partie, la forme de la portion d'arrêt (220) s'écartant de la forme géométrique principale de la seconde partie.
  6. Boucle d'oreille selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle la première partie (100) comprend un tube creux auquel a été donnée la configuration désirée.
  7. Boucle d'oreille selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans laquelle la seconde partie (200) comprend une partie de fil métallique auquel a été donnée la configuration désirée, le dispositif d'arrêt (220) de la seconde partie consistant en une portion de la partie de fil métallique qui est recourbée à un angle qui diffère de la direction d'extension de la partie de fil métallique (200).
