Claims (12)
- Presseneinheit für die Trennung von aus einem Bogen ausgestanzten Nutzen, die eine Pressenschiene (4) einschliesst, die mit zumindest zwei parallelen Stangen (2) verbunden ist, die mittels eines Verbindungsorgans (3) durch eine horizontale obere Halterung (1) zwischen zwei Endpositionen verschiebbar montiert ist, wobei zwischen der Halterung (1) und der Pressenschiene (4) elastische Mittel (8) angeordnet sind, um ständig danach zu streben, die Pressenschiene (4) in ihrer von der horizontalen oberen Halterung (1) am weitesten entfernten Stellung zu halten, welche durch mit den Stangen (2) verbundene Anschläge (9) festgelegt ist, wobei das Verbindungsorgan (3) eine Anlagefläche (3f) gegen die obere Fläche der horizontalen oberen Halterung (1) umfasst, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest zwei elastische Klauen (3a), die bezüglich der Längsachse eines Durchgangs (3d) symmetrisch angeordnet sind, wobei diese Klauen (3a) zwei jeweilige Durchgänge (1b) der horizontalen oberen Halterung (1) durchsetzen und jeweils eine Anlagefläche (3b) gegen die untere Fläche der horizontalen oberen Halterung (1) aufweisen.
- Presseneinheit gemäss Anspruch 1, bei welcher die Anlagefläche (3f) des Verbindungsorgans gegen die obere Fläche der horizontalen oberen Halterung (1) einem elastisch zusammendrückbaren Ausgleichselement zugeordnet ist, welches dazu bestimmt ist, die Variationen der Dicke der oberen Halterung (1) auszugleichen.
- Presseneinheit gemäss einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die Verbindungsmittel (3) ferner zwei Laschen (3g) umfassen, von denen jede von einer Öffnung durchsetzt ist, um eine Befestigungsschraube in die obere Halterung (1) zu führen.
- Presseneinheit gemäss Anspruch 1, bei welcher die Verbindungsmittel (3) vier elastische Klauen (3a) aufweisen, die bezüglich der Längsachse der Pressenschiene (4) und der Längsachse des Durchgangs (3d) symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
- Presseneinheit gemäss einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die Verbindungsorgane (3) aus einem steifen Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
- Presseneinheit gemäss einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, die steife Befestigungsmittel (5, 7) zwischen der Pressenschiene (4) und den Stangen (2) umfasst, wobei diese in den jeweiligen Verbindungsorganen (3) mit einem Grad an Winkelfreiheit montiert sind, der sich in einer Ebene befindet, welche die Achsen der Stangen (2) und die Längsachse der Pressenschiene (4) enthält.
- Presseneinheit gemäss Anspruch 6, bei welcher das Verbindungsorgan (3) einen Durchgang (3d) mit länglichem Schnitt umfasst, dessen Breite dem Durchmesser einer der parallelen Stangen (2) entspricht und deren grosse Achse parallel zur Längsachse der Pressenschiene (4) ausgerichtet ist, um eine der parallelen Stangen (2) mit einem Grad an Winkelfreiheit gleitbar zu montieren.
- Presseneinheit gemäss einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, bei welcher einer der mit den parallelen Stangen (2) verbundenen Anschläge eine Mutter (9) ist, die auf einen Gewindeabschnitt (2e) der jeweiligen Stangen geschraubt ist, wobei jedes der Verbindungsorgane (3) eine Öffnung (10) umfasst, deren eine Abmessung zumindest dem Abstand zwischen zwei parallelen Seitenflächen der Mutter (9) entspricht, damit diese nur in einer bestimmten Winkelstellung in die Öffnung (10) eindringen kann, um es zu ermöglichen, dass jegliche Veränderung der Ausgangsstellung der Mutter (9) detektiert wird.
- Presseneinheit gemäss einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, bei welcher die Pressenschiene (4) einen rechteckigen Hohlabschnitt mit einer Längsöffnung (4a) aufweist, die längs einer ihrer Flächen angeordnet ist, wobei die Befestigungsmittel zwischen der Pressenschiene (4) und den Stangen (2) eine Mutter (5) umfassen, die mit einem Gewinde (2a) des unteren Endes der jeweiligen Stangen (2) in Eingriff steht, und wobei der Abstand zwischen zwei parallelen Flächen im Wesentlichen der Breite des Innenraums der Pressenschiene (4) entspricht, wobei die Ränder der Längsöffnung (4a) zwischen der Mutter (5) und einem Gegenverriegelungsorgan (7) verriegelt sind, welches mittels eines mit der Stange (2) verbundenen Anschlags (2d) zurückgehalten wird.
- Presseneinheit gemäss Anspruch 8, bei welcher die Mutter (9) mit Mitteln zum Erhöhen der Reibungskraft bei einer Drehung auf dem Gewindeteil (2e) der Gleitstange (2) versehen ist.
- Presseneinheit gemäss Anspruch 9, bei welcher das Gegenverriegelungsorgan (7) zwei parallele Vorsprünge (7b) aufweist, von denen jeder mit einer der Seitenflächen der Pressenschiene (4) in Eingriff steht.
- Presseneinheit gemäss einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher das Verbindungsorgan (3) eine ringförmige Aufnahme (3e) aufweist, die zur Längsachse des Durchgangs (3d) mit länglichem Schnitt konzentrisch verläuft, um ein Ende einer schraubenförmigen Feder aufzunehmen, welche die elastischen Rückholmittel (8) bildet, um die Zentrierung und die Führung einer der Stangen (2) im Durchgang (3d) sicherzustellen.
