Claims (14)

  1. Montagevorrichtung (1), die dazu vorgesehen ist, um mit dem Kopf (8) einer Stange (6), die als ein Halteelement für ein Konstruktionselement dient, verbunden zu werden, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Basis (5) aufweist, die eine Länge und eine Breite hat und vorgesehen ist, um an eine Trägerstruktur angelegt zu werden, wobei die Basis (5) mindestens ein Loch (4, 4a) zum Hindurchführen einer Befestigungseinrichtung zum Befestigen der Vorrichtung (1) an der Trägerstruktur aufweist, wobei die Basis (5) ferner zwei Flügel (2) aufweist, wobei jeder Flügel (2) an einem Mittelabschnitt einer jeweiligen Längsseite der Basis (5) angeordnet ist und jeder Flügel (2) mit Klemmverbindungseinrichtungen (2a) versehen ist, die dazu vorgesehen sind, um mit komplementären Einrichtungen (7), die an dem Kopf (8) der Stange (6) vorgesehen sind, zusammenzuwirken,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Loch ein Langloch (4, 4a) ist, und
    dadurch, dass an einem zentralen Abschnitt der Basis (5) ein Halteanschlag (3) und eine flexible Zunge (3a) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Halteanschlag (3) und die flexible Zunge (3a) dazu vorgesehen sind, um zwischen sich einen Teil des Kopfes (8) der Stange (6) aufzunehmen, und
    dadurch, dass die flexible Zunge (3a) einen sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Basis (5) erstreckenden ersten Abschnitt und einen zweiten Abschnitt aufweist, der um 90° bezüglich des ersten Abschnitts gebogen ist und zum Halteanschlag (3) hin gerichtet ist.
  2. Montagevorrichtung (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Verbindungseinrichtungen (2a) dazu vorgesehen sind, um ein Halten des Kopfes (8) der Stange (6) in Richtung der Breite der Basis (5) der Vorrichtung (1) zu verwirklichen.
  3. Montagevorrichtung (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Verbindungseinrichtungen durch das gebogene freie Ende (2a) jedes sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht bezüglich der Basis (5) erstreckenden Flügels (2) verwirklicht sind und die gebogenen freien Enden (2a) der Flügel (2) zueinander hin gerichtet sind.
  4. Montagevorrichtung (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei mit zunehmender Entfernung des Flügels (2) von der Basis (5) die innere Fläche jedes Flügels (2) der Vorrichtung (1) sich nach außen weitet.
  5. Montagevorrichtung (1) nach einem der (zwei) vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die äußere Fläche jedes Flügels (2) der Vorrichtung (1) mindestens eine Verstärkungsrippe (11) aufweist.
  6. Montagevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens zwei Langlöcher (4, 4a) vorgesehen sind, wobei ein erstes Langloch (4a) sich in Richtung der Breite der Basis (5) erstreckt und ein zweites Langloch (4) sich in Richtung der Länge der Basis (5) erstreckt.
  7. Montagevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Halteanschlag (3) und die flexible Zunge (3a) dazu vorgesehen sind, um ein Halten des Kopfs (8) der Stange (6) in Richtung der Länge der Basis (5) der Vorrichtung zu verwirklichen.
  8. Montagevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die flexible Zunge (3a) eine zu dem Halteanschlag (3) hin gerichtete elastische Rückstellposition hat.
  9. Montagevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Abschnitt der flexiblen Zunge (3a) und der Halteanschlag (3) mindestens eine Verstärkungsrippe (9, 9a) an ihren einander nicht zugewandten Flächen aufweisen.
  10. Montagevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Basis in Form einer Platte (5) ist.
  11. Halteelement und Montagevorrichtung (1), wobei die Montagevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche ist und das Halteelement in Form einer Stange (6) mit einem Kopf (8) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (8) des Halteelements mit der Montagevorrichtung (1) verbunden ist, wobei der Kopf (8) Klemmverbindungseinrichtungen (7) trägt, die komplementär zu den Verbindungseinrichtungen (2a) jedes Flügels (2) der Montagevorrichtung (1) sind.
  12. Halteelement und Montagevorrichtung (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die komplementären Klemmverbindungseinrichtungen (7) in Form einer jeweiligen Rille (7) gegenüber den von jedem Flügel (2) getragenen Klemmverbindungseinrichtungen (2a) sind.
  13. Halteelement und Montagevorrichtung (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Stange (6) ein Gewinde (10) aufweist, auf welches ein Einstellknopf geschraubt ist, wobei das Drehen des Einstellknopfs in Einschraubrichtung oder Ausschraubrichtung die sogenannte Arbeitslänge anpasst, die der Dicke des zu haltenden Konstruktionselements entspricht, das von dem Halteelement zwischen seinem Einstellknopf und dem Kopf der Stange eingeklemmt ist.
  14. Halteelement und Montagevorrichtung (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Einstellknopf aufweist: Klemmeinrichtungen zum Klemmeingriff mit einer Trägerstruktur auf der bezüglich der Montagevorrichtung (1) entgegengesetzten Seite.
