  4. Fume extractor according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sensor device (4, 6) comprises a sensor for measuring the air humidity and/or the temperature for the control device (5).
  5. Fume extractor according to one of claims 1 to 4, comprising a connection for air feed and/or air discharge.
  6. Fume extractor according to one of claims 1 to 5, comprising an air humidifier and/or water separator for dehumidifying the air.
  7. Fume extractor according to one of claims 1 to 6, comprising a heating unit and/or a cooling unit for heating or cooling the delivered air.
  8. Fume extractor according to one of claims 1 to 7, comprising an acoustic and/or optical warning device in order to issue a warning signal after exceeding of a predetermined target value controlled by the control device (5).
