Der erfindungsgemäße Steinkorb 1 besteht aus einem auch im befüllten Zustand im
wesentlichen formstabilen Metall- oder Kunststoffgitter bzw. -geflecht, das vor
Witterungseinflüssen geschützt sein kann (z.B. durch Verzinken, Lackieren,
Kunststoffbeschichten, etc.). Die Gitter- bzw. Maschenweiten hängen von der jeweils
verwendeten Steinfüllung ab. Der Steinkorb 1 hat vorzugsweise die Form eines
Parallelepipeds, was ein Aufeinandersetzen der Steinkörbe 1 und das Aneinanderreihen
erleichtert. Allerdings sind auch andere Formen denkbar.
Weiterhin weist der Steinkorb 1 Mittel 2 zum Transportieren des Steinkorbes 1 auf, die als
Hebebügel, Öse, Haken, etc, ausgebildet sein können und mit dem Steinkorb 1 fest verbunden
sind. Zur Versteifung kann der Steinkorb 1, wie in Fig. 1a dargestellt, auch Querstreben
zwischen zwei Seitenwänden aufweisen.The
Der Steinkorb 1 kann, wie in Fig. 1a und b dargestellt, oben offen sein, ebenso ist auch eine
oben geschlossene Version möglich. Zur besonderen optischen Gestaltung von mit
Steinkörben 1 erstellten Böschungen etc. ist es möglich, daß der Steinkorb 1 an einer Seite
offen ist, so daß an dieser (Sicht-)seite keines der den Steinkorb 1 bildenden Flächenelemente
3 sichtbar ist. Hierbei ist es zweckmäßig, daß die sichtbaren Steine 4 form- oder
kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.The
Durch den erfindungsgemäßen Steinkorb 1 entfällt das mühsame Befüllen der Steinkörbe 1 an
der Baustelle. Nach dem Anliefern und Versetzen durch eine Person mittels eines Hebegerätes
ist die Natursteinmauer fertig. Gegebenenfalls kann auch eine Bepflanzung des Steinkorbes 1
schon bei seiner Befüllung erfolgen.The
Durch eine zentrale Befüllung der Steinkörbe 1 ist es möglich, auch verschiedene
Gesteinssorten zu einer Wand zu kombinieren, was auf einer Baustelle nur mit erheblichem

Boden bildenden Flächenelement 2a, vier die Seitenwände bildenden Flächenelementen 3b,

Steinkorbes 1 werden zunächst zwei der die Seitenwände bildenden Flächenelemente 3b mit
ihrem u-förmig umgebogenen Ende um die Randstäbe des den Boden bildenden
Flächenelementes 3a formschlüssig angeordnet (Fig. 2a). Anschließend werden die beiden
anderen der die Seitenwände bildenden Flächenelemente 3c mit ihren z-förmig umgebogenen
Enden über den den vorletzten Stab und unter den Randstab des den Boden bildenden
Flächenelementes 3a verlaufend angeordnet und aufgestellt, wobei diese Flächenelemente 3c
in ebenfalls u-förmige Enden an den benachbarten Kanten der Flächenelemente 3b eingreifen
(Fig. 2b). Die u-förmigen Enden werden dann zusammengedrückt, womit ein nach oben
offener Korb entsteht. Auf diesen wird dann das die Oberseite bildende Flächenelement
aufgelegt und beispielsweise mittels Klammern kraftschlüssig mit den die Seitenwände
