Claims (22)
- Vorrichtung zum Erfassen der Temperatur im Innern eines. Bratguts, Backguts oder dergleichen, wobei die Vorrichtung einem Ofen, insbesondere Bratofen oder Backofen zugeordnet ist und Folgendes aufweist:dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (16) außerhalb eines beheizten oder beheizbaren Raumes (20) des Ofens angeordnet ist.eine elektrische Buchse, die am Ofen angebracht oder anbringbar ist,einen elektrischen Stecker, der in der Buchse lösbar befestigbar und anschließbar ist,einen langgestreckten Sensor, der in das Bratgut eindringbar ist, undeine elektrische Leitung, die zwischen dem Sensor und dem Stecker geschaltet ist,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (16) neben einer Öffnung (18) des beheizten oder beheizbaren Raumes (20) angebracht oder anbringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (16) in einem Rahmen (22) angebracht oder anbringbar ist, der die Öffnung (18) des beheizten oder beheizbaren Raumes (20) zumindest teilweise umschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (16) in einer Ausnehmung, Bohrung, Ausstanzung, Prägung oder dergleichen angebracht oder anbringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (16) mit einer Verarbeitungseinrichtung gekoppelt oder koppelbar ist, die zum Weiterverarbeiten temperaturabhängiger Signale vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erfasste Temperaturwert zum Steuern und/oder Regeln der Temperatur des beheizten Raumes (20) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stecker (14) als Winkelstecker ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Leitung (12) als Litze ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (10) mit einer Niederspannung beaufschlagt oder beaufschlagbar ist.
- Ofen, insbesondere Bratofen oder Backofen, mit einer Vorrichtung zum Erfassen der Temperatur im Innern eines Bratguts, Backguts oder dergleichen, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes aufweist:dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (16) am Ofen außerhalb,eines beheizten oder beheizbaren Raumes (20) angeordnet ist.eine elektrische Buchse, die am Ofen angebracht oder anbringbar ist,einen elektrischen Stecker, der in der Buchse lösbar befestigbar und anschließbar ist,einen langgestreckten Sensor, der in das Bratgut eindringbar ist, undeine elektrische Leitung, die zwischen dem Sensor und dem Stecker geschaltet ist,
- Ofen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (16) neben einer Öffnung des beheizten oder beheizbaren Raumes (20) angebracht oder anbringbar ist.
- Ofen nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ofen einen Rahmen (22) aufweist, an dem die Buchse (16) angebracht oder anbringbar ist.
- Ofen nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (22) eine Öffnung (18) des beheizten oder beheizbaren Raumes zumindest teilweise umschließt.
- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ofen eine Ausnehmung, Bohrung oder Ausstanzung, Prägung oder dergleichen aufweist, die zur Aufnahme der Buchse (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ofen eine Verarbeitungseinrichtung aufweist, die mit der Buchse (16) gekoppelt ist.
- Ofen nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitungseinrichtung zum Weiterverarbeiten temperaturabhängiger Signale vorgesehen ist.
- Ofen nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitungseinrichtung eine Temperaturanzeigeeinrichtung aufweist.
- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitungseinrichtung eine Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung zum Einstellen der Temperatur im beheizbaren Raum aufweist.
- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stecker (14) als Winkelstecker ausgebildet ist.
- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Leitung (12) als Litze ausgebildet ist.
- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (10) mit einer Niederspannung beaufschlagt oder beaufschlagbar ist.
- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ofen eine Mehrzahl von Vorrichtungen zur Erfassung der Temperatur im Innern eines Bratguts, Backguts oder dergleichen aufweist.
