Diese verzinkten Rahmen sind im Innenbereich mittels Winkeln, rückseitig mit massiven, horizontal verlaufenden Formrohren und vorderseitig mit Hilfe von Diagonalversteifungen zu einem starren Stahlträgerskelett ausgeformt. Die Winkel werden außerdem als Auflager für die Gitterroste und als Aufnahme für die verstellbaren Riegelhalterungen verwendet. An der Vorderseite der Wegweiser sind Prismenwender konstruktiv angebracht. Die gesamte Konstruktion ist mit pulverbeschichtetem Aluminiumblech verkleidet. An der Frontseite sind weitere Verkleidungsbleche bzw. Großtafelelemente angebracht. Im Gehäuseinneren sind Antriebssteuerungen für die Prismenwender und Beleuchtungselemente installiert. Rückwärtig sind Riegelhalterungen positioniert und Aufnahmeprofile für einen massiven Montageträger verschraubt. - Method of mounting a sign gantry according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that footings (33) are placed on a carriageway (20) and the side columns (32) are erected on these footings, in that the maintenance housing (40), together with crossbeams (35) designed as maintenance walkways (42), is premounted away from the carriageway (20), and in that the maintenance housing (40) is finally mounted over the carriageway (20) by fastening the crossbeams (35) to the side columns (32).
