Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Führung und Trocknung einer laufenden Faserstoffbahn in Maschinen zur Herstellung und/oder Veredelung der Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere einer gestrichenen Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit wenigstens einem Blasluft (7) - beaufschlagten, kastenartig aufgebauten Düsenbalken (3), welcher eine Reihe von Düsenöffnungen (3b) aufweist, aus denen die Blasluft (7) in Richtung der Faserstoffbahn (1) austritt und dabei ein Druckpolster (6) ausbildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Vorrichtung (2) eine bogenförmige Bahnführungsfläche (5) bildet, wobei neben dem wenigstens einen Düsenbalken (3) ein Saugspalt (4) vorhanden ist und wobei die Breite (BD) des Düsenbalkens (3) zur Breite (BS) des Saugspaltes (4) in folgendem Verhältnis steht: 2 < BD/BS < 50. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
als Verhältnis der Breiten zwischen Düsenbalken (3) und Saugspalt (4) 3 < BD/BS < 10 gewählt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Düsenöffnungen (3b) im Düsenbalken (3) in einem Winkel ϕ zwischen 10° und 80 °, insbesondere 30° und 60° zu Mitte des Düsenbalkens (3) hin geneigt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Austrittsgeschwindigkeit der Blasluft (7) aus den Düsenöffnungen (3b) 30 bis 80 m/s beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zur kontaktlosen Trocknung der Faserstoffbahn (1) die Blaslufttemperatur auf bis zu 450°C einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Düsenöffnungen (3b) kreisförmig, elliptisch, polygonartig oder schlitzförmig ausbildbar sind.
