Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ausziehen von Socken, Strümpfen, Strumpfhosen oder ähnlichem, wie zum Beispiel von Kompressionsorthesen, auch Stützstrumpf oder -socke genannt, die aus einem elastischen Textilgewirk bestehen und zur Behandlung von Patienten mit Kreislauferkrankungen verschrieben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Stab (1) besteht, der einen Schaft (2) aufweist, der an seinem ersten Ende mit einem Handgriff (3) und an seinem zweiten Ende mit einem mondsichelförmigen Spatel (4) ausgestattet ist, dessen Querprofil von seiner Spitze (5) bis zu seinem Ende (6) hin abnimmt, wobei der besagte Schaft (2) mit dem Spatel (4) in der Nähe seines Endes (6) verbunden ist, und dadurch, dass der Spatel (4) eine Oberseite (7) hat, die von seiner Spitze (5) bis zum Schaft (2) konvex und vom Schaft (2) bis zum Ende (6) allgemein eben ist, und eine konkave Unterseite (8), um zwischen der Unterseite (8) und der Oberseite (7) des Spatels (4) vor dem Schaft (2) eine Verdickung (e) auszubilden, wobei damit eine Delle (9) auf der Oberseite (7) des Spatels (4) ausgebildet wird, so dass mit der Spitze (5) des Spatels (4), wenn sie zwischen Socke und Wade eines Patienten geführt wird, diese Socke durch eine senkrechte Bewegung nach unten in Kombination mit einer Einwärts- oder Auswärtsdrehung des Spatels (4) vom Fuß gezogen wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite (7) des Spatels (4) eine Aushöhlung (10) aufweist, die sich von seiner Spitze (5) bis zu seiner Delle (9) erstreckt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil der Aushöhlung (10) die Form eines Kreisbogens hat, dessen Mantellinie von der Spitze (5) bis zur Delle (9) des Spatels abnimmt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spatel (4) mit dem Schaft (2) derart verbunden ist, dass die Achse des Schafts (2) mit einer Geraden (d), die durch die Spitze (5) des Spatels (4) und den Befestigungspunkt des Schafts (2) am Spatel (4) verläuft, einen Winkel von 90° bis 180° bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spatel (4) mit dem Schaft (2) einen Winkel von 157° bildet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (2) in der Nähe seines mit dem Spatel (4) verbundenen Endes in einem geeigneten Winkel gekrümmt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (2) in einem Sackloch (11) eingesetzt ist, das auf der Oberseite (7) des Spatels (4) in der Nähe seines Endes (6) eingearbeitet wurde.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (2) vom Handgriff bis zum Spatel (4) eine Länge von 51 cm hat.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spatel (4) eine Länge von 225 mm und eine maximale Breite von 45 mm hat.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (2) von einem ersten hohlen Teil gebildet wird, von dem ein Ende mit dem Spatel (4) verbunden ist und in dem ein zweiter Teil gleitet, der mit dem Handgriff (3) ausgestattet ist, wobei der erste hohle Teil Mittel zum Feststellen des zweiten Teils aufweist, um die Größe des Stabs (2) in Abhängigkeit vom Körperbau des Patienten einzustellen.
