Abstract

The invention relates to an electromotive adjustment device for adjustable components of a slatted frame, said device being fitted with at least two drive trains having output elements which are connected to the respective component to be adjusted, either directly or using a coupling means, in such a way that the components to be adjusted can be adjusted either individually and/or together. The aim of the invention is to design one such device in such a way that the number of cost-intensive components can be reduced in order to reduce costs. According to the invention, the drive trains are driven by a drive motor downstream of which a rotational speed reducing mechanism (12, 13) provided with a worm wheel is arranged. The drive motor is connected to at least one coupling element (14, 15) in a positively locking and/or force locking manner. Said coupling elements (14, 15) can be switched by electromagnets (18, 19). The inventive electromotive adjustment device is especially suitable for a slatted frame.

Die bislang in der Praxis eingesetzten elektromotorischen Verstelleinrichtungen der in Rede stehenden Art sind mit zwei Antriebsmotoren ausgerüstet, an denen jeweils ein Schneckentrieb angeschlossen ist. Über die Schneckentriebe werden Spindeln angetrieben, auf denen Spindelmuttern aufgesetzt sind, die gegen Drehung gesichert sind. Diese Spindelmuttern bilden das Abtriebsglied jedes Antriebszuges, welcher aus dem Schneckentrieb, der Spindel und der Spindelmutter besteht. Üblicherweise wird mit den sog. Doppelantrieben das Kopf- und das Fußteil eines Lattenrostes verstellt. Derartige elektromotorische Verstelleinrichtungen haben sich in der Praxis bestens bewährt. Da sie jedoch als Massenprodukte anzusehen sind, sollten sie besonders kostengünstig herstellbar sein, d.h. sie sollten konstruktiv einfach aufgebaut sein.   5. Electromotive adjusting device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the coupling element is a moveable conical gear which can be made to optionally engage with one or more conical gears by at least one switching element.
  6. Electromotive adjusting device according to one or more of the preceding Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that each coupling element (14, 15) is composed of a magnetic material, for example metal, a sintered material, or a material produced using a casting process.
