Claims (16)
- Leuchtdioden-Modul für einen Fahrzeugscheinwerfer, wobei das Leuchtdioden-Modul (1) einen Träger (10) für mehrere Leuchtdioden besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (10) mit mindestens einem Lichtlenkmittel (311) versehen ist, um das von den Leuchtdioden (21) emittierte Licht in vorgegebene Raumrichtungen zu lenken.
- Leuchtdioden-Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger eine axialsymmetrisch zu einer Längsachse (A-A) ausgebildete Mantelfläche (11) aufweist, wobei auf der Mantelfläche (11) des Trägers (10) die Leuchtdioden (21) und das mindestens eine Lichtlenkmittel (311) angeordnet sind.
- Leuchtdioden-Modul nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchtdioden (21) entlang mindestens eines Ringes angeordnet sind, dessen Ringachse parallel zur Längsachse (A-A) oder in der Längsachse (A-A) verläuft.
- Leuchtdioden-Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Lichtlenkmittel als lichtreflektierende Fläche (311) ausgebildet ist.
- Leuchtdioden-Modul nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine lichtreflektierende Fläche (311) den entlang des mindestens einen Ringes angeordneten Leuchtdioden (21) zugewandt ist.
- Leuchtdioden-Modul nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entlang des mindestens einen Ringes angeordneten Leuchtdioden (21) zwischen zwei lichtreflektierenden Flächen (311, 312) angeordnet sind.
- Leuchtdioden-Modul nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine lichtreflektierende Fläche (311) den Träger (10) ringförmig umgibt.
- Leuchtdioden-Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Lichtlenkmittel als Refraktorelement ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrzeugscheinwerfer, der folgende Eigenschaften aufweist:ein Leuchtdioden-Modul (1), das einen Träger (10) für mehrere Leuchtdioden besitzt,ein Reflektor (4) zum Reflektieren des von dem Leuchtdioden-Modul (1) emittierten Lichts,mindestens eine optische Linse (5) zur Abbildung des von dem Reflektor (4) reflektierten Lichts,
- Fahrzeugscheinwerfer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (10) eine axialsymmetrisch zu einer Längsachse (A-A) ausgebildete Mantelfläche (11) aufweist, wobei auf der Mantelfläche (11) des Trägers (10) die Leuchtdioden (21) und das mindestens eine Lichtlenkmittel (311) angeordnet sind.
- Fahrzeugscheinwerfer nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reflektor (4) axialsymmetrisch ausgebildet ist und die Längsachse des Trägers (A-A) des Leuchtdioden-Moduls (1) in der Symmetrieachse des Reflektors (4) angeordnet ist.
- Fahrzeugscheinwerfer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fahrzeugscheinwerfer eine Abschattungsvorrichtung (6) zur Erzeugung der Hell-Dunkel-Grenze des Abblendlichts aufweist.
- Fahrzeugscheinwerfer nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchtdioden (21) entlang mindestens eines Ringes angeordnet sind, dessen Ringachse parallel zur Längsachse (A-A) des Trägers (10) oder in dessen Längsachse (A-A) verläuft.
- Fahrzeugscheinwerfer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Lichtlenkmittel als lichtreflektierende Fläche (311) ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrzeugscheinwerfer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Lichtlenkmittel als Refraktorelement ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrzeugscheinwerfer nach den Ansprüchen 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entlang des mindestens einen Ringes angeordneten Leuchtdioden (21) zwischen zwei den Träger (10) ringförmig umgebenden, lichtreflektierenden Flächen (311, 312) angeordnet sind.
