Abstract

Another object of the present invention is to propose a trash that, under extreme safety conditions, does not need to be deposited, and whose structure will prevent any deposit or concealment of objects especially explosive, while remaining in place.

Another object of the present invention is to propose a bin whose structure makes it possible to evolve from one mode of use to the other, without the need for removal or complex modification, adaptation made from security keys traditionally used in this field, such as for example so-called triangular locks.

The present invention relates to a trash can, in particular intended to be installed on the public domain. Naturally, she will be able to find its application in any other private place, receiving from the public by example.

In the traditional way, the bin has at least one outer container 1, 4 having at least one opening 2 for the jet of detritus.

In the representations illustrated in the figures, this opening 2 is provided in particular in the upper part, as well usually in this type of material.

According to the main feature of the invention, said container external device is also constituted in particular of an outer container 1, a interior container 4, able to cooperate with each other, as well as first 10 relative locking means containers 1, 4.

More particularly, the outer container 1 exhibits least one front opening 3. More precisely, this container 1 is presented in the form of an enclosure, in particular here of frustoconical shape, whose small base is directed downwards, and whose great base is directed towards the high.

The front opening 3 consists of a recess in the wall of the enclosure here globally on the half of said truncated cone, as the show figures 3 and 4.

That being so, according to the feature of the present invention, the inner container 4 of said outer container is placed inside the container outside 1, coaxially to the latter.

It is also, as shown in the figures, a inverted truncated cone, whose small base is provided at the bottom and the large base at the top.

As for the outer container 1, the inner container 4 has at least one front opening 5, and an upper opening, no marked in the figures, in coincidence with said opening 2 for the jet of detritus.

In an advantageous embodiment, in opposition with the front opening 5, the wall of the inner container 4 has at least one window 21. Here on the embodiment shown in the figures, there exists two windows 21. These windows may be, but not necessary, equipped with explosion-proof glazing.

According to the invention, the shape and dimensions of the container 4 and / or outside 1 are provided so that they are pivotable according to their longitudinal axis. Thanks to this pivoting, it is possible to authorize a positioning relative to inner and outer containers 4 and 4 to use said container external in either a first mode said closed, or second mode said open.

In the figures, the pivoting is provided along a vertical axis. However, it could be considered a variant with a honrizontal axis.

In closed mode, it must be understood that the outer container will have a side wall on its entire periphery, a side wall that will be therefore equipped with said windows 20, 21 above.

Thus, thanks to the fact that the walls of said outer containers 1 and / or interior 4 are perforated, and thanks to the fact that each container outer 1 and inner 4 are able to cooperate together, said windows 20, 21 will display the contents of the bin regardless of the position of the observer, in open mode or in closed mode.

This is particularly illustrated in Figures 5 and 8 for the closed mode, and FIGS. 6, 7 and 10 for the open mode.

With regard to the rotational displacement of outside containers 1 and / or inside 4, this is done here using volumes of revolution of neighboring dimensions, one interlocking in the other, and using a pivot 13, for example at the small base of the container interior 4, as well as maintaining in rotation the opposite of the large bases, as shown particularly in Figure 1. In the case of this figure, the outer container 1 is fixed, and the inner container 4 is movable in rotation in the vertical main direction inside said container outside 1.

Thanks to the front openings 3 of the outer container 1, and the front opening 5 of the inner container 4, it is possible to define a container with a corresponding front opening by coincide said front openings 3 and 5. In contrast, that is to say in putting in opposition said front openings 3 and 5, we will then obtain an outer container whose wall will be continuous, as illustrated in FIGS. and 8.

However, in this latter position, that is, in closed, the windows 20 of the first outer container 1, here at the back, and the windows 21 of the second inner container 4, placed at the front, allow a complete visualization of the interior of the container thus formed.

In order to allow stable positions, the bin is equipped first locking means 10 of said container 1 and / or 4 pivoting, either in closed mode, or in open mode.

It should also be noted that the inner container 4, here pivoting, is provided with a retractable operating handle 19, particularly illustrated in Figures 3 and 4. This handle 19 allows to enter rotation the inner container 4, and comes to be retracted, at the end of the rotation, to completely close the container, as shown in Figure 4.

However, as said before, the trash presents a inner container 7; 8 detachable, and more specifically, the latter presents to the minus an opening in correspondence with the opening 2 of the container external for the garbage jet. This opening will be placed at the level of openings of the outer 1 and inner 4 containers.

According to a first variant, said inner container 7 is present in the form of a removable internal container 7 rigid, coaxial said outer 1 and inner 4 containers of the outer container 1, 4.

Such a rigid internal container will find its application in normal use, in closed mode, for example as shown in figure 5.

The relative pivoting arrangements of the inner containers 4 and 1 will advantageously facilitate the emptying, such as illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10, of the inner container 7.

In a second variant embodiment, said container internal is in the form of a bag 8, flexible, mounted on a hoop removable 9, the bag and the hoop being coaxial with said outer containers 1 and 4 of the outer container 1, 4. Such a structure is particularly illustrated in Figure 1 and 7.

We can use such a flexible bag 8, for example transparent, in the case of the simple Vigipirate plan, in a mode of operation open.

That being so, of course, to allow the interposition and the support of said inner container, according to the rigid variant 7 or flexible 8, said inner container 4 has a mounting bracket 6 adapted, as illustrated particularly in FIGS. 1, 8 or 10.

Moreover, in order to immobilize or even condemn said container internal 7; 8 in said outer container 1, 4, the trash can will present second locking means 11, in particular consisting of at least one key lock, such as in particular illustrated in Figure 1.

According to the invention, said inner container 4 presents the second locking means of said removable internal container 8, when the trash is used in open mode. Such means could be provided for the rigid container, but these appear superfluous given the operation in closed mode already locked.

According to another characteristic of the present invention, the mobile inner container 4 will advantageously have a bottom 12 slope downwards and front, opening side, in order not to not leave litter or other indoors open, while facilitating cleaning. This is particularly illustrated in FIGS. 10.

In this case, the bottom of the rigid inner container 7 will be adapted to allow the inner container 4 to be pivoted freely, in particular when the emptying operation as described above.

Such an inclined bottom will allow, in open mode, to prevent any deposit of objects, trash or other, especially when the trash is out simple Vigipirate plan service.

Naturally, other implementations of this invention, within the reach of those skilled in the art, could have been envisaged without however, outside the scope of this application.

In particular, it will be possible advantageously to provide a support vertical 14, to fix the trash can to the wall and / or the ground, able to receive the outer container 1, 4.

In addition, in the upper part, said vertical support 14 may be equipped with a housing 15, provided with a removable opening 16, comprising a locking device, for setting up a dispenser 17 of plastic bags for canine excrement, or receptacle 18 for used batteries, as shown particularly in Figure 1.

Claims (10)
