Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen gelöteten Kondensator für eine Kraftfahrzeugklimaanlage nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 , wie er z.B. in der
Gelötete Kondensatoren für Kraftfahrzeugklimaanlagen bestehen aus einem Kondensatometz und beiderseits des Netzes angeordneten Sammelrohren, die einen Kältemitteleinlass und einen Kältemittelauslass für eine Kältemittelzufluss- und eine Kältemittelabflussleitung aufweisen. Um den Kondensator im Fahrzeug zu befestigen, sind an den Sammelrohren oder auch an den Seitenpartien des Kondensators (zwischen den Sammelrohren) Halteelemente befestigt, z. B. in Form von Halteblechen mit Ösen oder Haltezapfen zur Abstützung in einem zugeordneten fahrzeugseitigen Lager - bekannt durch das Gebrauchsmuster

Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Kondensator der eingangs genannten Art, d. h. mit unterschiedlichen Haltern zu vereinfachen, die Herstellung zu erleichtern und die Kosten zu reduzieren.It is an object of the present invention, a capacitor of the type mentioned, d. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 gelöst. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die am Kondensator befestigten Halteelemente so gestaltet sind, dass sie zwei unterschiedliche Funktionen ausüben können, nämlich erstens die der Abstützung oder Aufhängung des Kondensators und zweitens die der Halterung einer Kältemittelleitung. Damit wird der Vorteil erreicht, dass die Zahl der Teile, insbesondere der Halteteile verringert und die Herstellung vereinfacht wird. Damit reduzieren sich auch die Kosten des Kondensators. Beispielsweise benötigt der erfindungsgemäße Kondensator statt - wie beim Stand der Technik - eines Haltelementes und eines Rohrhalters, die beide am Kondensator verlötet werden, nur noch ein erfindungsgemäßes Kombinationshalteelement, welche beide Funktionen gleichzeitig ausübt.This object is solved by the features of claim 1. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen. So ist die Kältemittelleitung form- und stoffschlüssig mit dem Halter verbunden. Insbesondere sind in dem Halter Aussparungen vorgesehen, welche dem Profil der Kältemittelleitung angepasst sind und diese formschlüssig aufnehmen und halten können. Der erfindungsgemäße Halter und die Kältemittelleitung können somit für den Lötprozess ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel vorfixiert werden, sodass der gesamte Kondensator mit Haltern und Kältemittelleitung in einem Schuss gelötet werden kann. Vorteilhafterweise liegt die Kältemittelleitung innen, d. h. benachbart zum Sammelrohr, während der Befestigungsteil des Halters außen angeordnet ist, z. B. in Form einer Befestigungsöffnung. Damit wird der Vorteil erreicht, dass beide Funktionen sich gegenseitig nicht beeinträchtigen.Advantageous embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims. Sämtliche Teile des Kondensators, also Netz, bestehend aus Flachrohren und Wellrippen, Sammelrohr 2, Halter 4 und Kältemittelleitung 2 bestehen aus Aluminiumwerkstoffen und werden derart vorgefertigt und vorfixiert, dass sie im Wesentlichen ohne zusätzliche Löthilfsmittel in einem nicht dargestellten Lötofen gelötet werden können. - Condenser according to claim 1, characterised in that the retainers (4, 9) and the refrigerant line (6, 11) are joined to one another positively and by adhesive force.
- Condenser according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the retainer (4, 9) has a mounting hole (5, 10), the refrigerant line (6, 11) being located between the header (2, 8) and the mounting hole (5, 10).
- Condenser according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that the refrigerant line (6, 11) is arranged parallel to the header (2, 8).
- Condenser according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that all components of the condenser including the retainers (4, 9) and the refrigerant lines (6, 11) can be brazed in one operation.
