Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen gelöteten Kondensator für eine Kraftfahrzeugklimaanlage nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 , wie er z.B. in der US 5.509.473 beschrieben wird.The invention relates to a brazed capacitor for a motor vehicle air conditioning system according to the preamble of claim 1, as for example in the US 5,509,473 is described.

Meistens wird der Kondensator vor einem Kühlmittelkühler des Fahrzeuges angeordnet und an diesem direkt befestigt. Die Kältemitteleitungen des Kondensators, die aus Aluminiumrohr bestehen, werden am Kondensator befestigt, wozu so genannte Rohrhalter vorgesehen sind, die ebenfalls mit dem Kondensator verlötet oder an diesem anderweitig befestigt sind. Dabei handelt es sich bei den Halteelementen zur Abstützung oder Aufhängung des Kondensators und den Rohrhaltem zur Befestigung der Kältemittelleitungen jeweils um separate Bauteile, die einzeln hergestellt werden und an getrennten Stellen am Kondensator angeordnet sind. Beispielsweise geht eine solche Anordnung von Haltelementen und Rohrhaltem aus der älteren Anmeldung mit dem Aktenzeichen EP 03290190.2 hervor, wobei der Kondensator "in einem Schuss" mit den Haltern und den Rohrhaltern gelötet wird.
