Claims (5)

  1. Condenseur brasé pour un système de climatisation d'un véhicule automobile, comprenant un réseau se composant de tubes comportant des extrémités tubulaires et des ailettes et comprenant des tubes collecteurs disposés des deux côtés du réseau, tubes collecteurs qui logent les extrémités tubulaires et présentent des éléments de retenue fixés par complémentarité de forme et par complémentarité de matière et servant de support ou de suspension pour le condenseur, où les éléments de retenue (4, 9) sont configurés en outre comme des fixations pour une conduite de fluide frigorigène (6, 11) du condenseur (1),
    caractérisé en ce que les fixations (4) présentent un profilé en U comportant deux branches (4b, 4c) en U dans lesquelles des demi-profilés (7) sont usinés comme des évidements servant au logement et au brasage de la conduite de fluide frigorigène (6).
  2. Condenseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fixations (4, 9) et la conduite de fluide frigorigène (6, 11) sont reliés entre eux par complémentarité de forme et par complémentarité de matière.
  3. Condenseur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la fixation (4, 9) présente une ouverture de fixation (5, 10), où la conduite de fluide frigorigène (6, 11) est disposée entre le tube collecteur (2, 8) et l'ouverture de fixation (5, 10).
  4. Condenseur selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la conduite de fluide frigorigène (6, 11) est disposée parallèlement au tube collecteur (2, 8).
  5. Condenseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que toutes les pièces du condenseur, y compris les fixations (4, 9) et les conduites de fluide frigorigène (6, 11), peuvent être brasées en une seule opération d'usinage.
