Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a soldered capacitor for an automotive air conditioning system according to the preamble of claim 1 - known by the utility model DE 295 09 565 U1 of the Applicant.
Soldered capacitors for motor vehicle air conditioners consist of a Condenser network and collecting pipes arranged on both sides of the network a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet for a refrigerant inflow and a refrigerant outflow line. To the capacitor to be mounted in the vehicle are at the headers or even at the side parts of the condenser (between the headers) holding elements attached, z. B. in the form of retaining plates with eyelets or retaining pin for support in an associated vehicle-mounted bearing. Mostly the condenser is placed in front of a coolant radiator of the vehicle and directly attached to this. The refrigerant lines of the condenser, made of aluminum tube are attached to the condenser, what are called tube holders are provided, which also with the capacitor soldered or otherwise attached to this. It acts it is the retaining elements for supporting or suspending the capacitor and the pipe holders for fixing the refrigerant pipes respectively separate components that are manufactured individually and on separate Positions are arranged on the capacitor. For example, such is one Arrangement of holding elements and pipe holders from the earlier application with the file number EP 03290190.2, wherein the capacitor is soldered "in one shot" with the holders and tube holders. By DE 196 45 502 A1 was a capacitor with holders for support known, which are attached to the network of the capacitor by riveting.
By the utility model DE 295 09 565 U1 the Applicant was a soldered heat exchanger in the form of a capacitor known in which the holder for supporting or suspending the capacitor form and cohesively connected to the headers. This is also a soldering in one operation and without additional soldering aids possible.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a capacitor of the initially mentioned type, d. H. with different holders to simplify the manufacture facilitate and reduce costs.
This object is solved by the features of claim 1. According to the invention it is envisaged that the retaining elements attached to the capacitor are designed so that they have two different functions First, that of the support or suspension of the Condenser and second, the holder of a refrigerant pipe. In order to the advantage is achieved that the number of parts, especially the holding parts reduced and the production is simplified. This also reduces the cost of the capacitor. For example, the invention requires Capacitor instead - as in the prior art - a holding element and a tube holder, both of which are soldered to the capacitor, only an inventive combination retaining element, which both functions exercises simultaneously.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims. So the refrigerant pipe is positive and cohesive with the holder connected. In particular, recesses are provided in the holder, which are adapted to the profile of the refrigerant line and this form-fitting can record and hold. The holder according to the invention and The refrigerant line can thus for the soldering process without additional Aids are prefixed, so that the entire capacitor with holders and refrigerant line can be soldered in one shot. advantageously, is the refrigerant piping inside, d. H. adjacent to the manifold, while the attachment part of the holder is arranged outside, z. In Shape of a mounting hole. This achieves the advantage that both Functions do not interfere with each other.
