Claims (6)
- Beweglicher, heißen Gasen ausgesetzter Verschlußkörper eines Ventiles, insbesondere eines Gaswechselventils eines Verbrennungsmotors, mit einem an einen Ventilsitzring anlegbaren Dichtungsbereich, bei demzumindest ein den heißen Gasen am stärksten ausgesetzter oberflächenbereich des Verschlußkörpers bis direkt an den Dichtungsbereich dieses Verschlußkörpers aus jeweils wenigstens einem ersten und einem zweiten Material (1 bzw. 2) besteht unddas zweite (2) das erste (1) Material nach außen wärmeleitend überdeckt und gegenüber dem ersten Material (1) eine höhere Wärmeleitfähigkeit besitzt,
- Verschlußkörper nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch, gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Material (2) sich unter Ausschluß des Dichtungsbereiches, in dem der Verschlußkörper den Ventilsitzring kontaktiert, über den Dichtungsbereich hinaus erstreckt. - Verschlußkörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Material (2) eine Dicke bis zu 5 mm einnimmt. - Verschlußkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Material (2) eine Dicke zwischen 0,1 und 1 mm besitzt. - Verschlußkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Material (2) auf dem ersten Material (1) aufplattiert oder durch Beschichten aufgebracht ist. - Verschlußkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Material (2) mit mindestens einer korrosionsschützenden Schicht überzogen ist.
