Claims (10)

  1. Outil de pliage pour le pliage de pièces à usiner (4, 25), notamment des tôles, comprenant au moins une partie au moyen de laquelle une pliure peut être produite sur la pièce (4, 25) en sollicitant cette dernière par l'intermédiaire d'une contre-butée de ladite partie de l'outil, affectée à ladite pièce, le long d'une ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28) située côté outil, au moins une partie de l'outil de pliage présentant des segments de contre-butée (6, 7 ; 8 ; 8a ; 22, 23) pouvant être réglés les uns vis-à-vis des autres vers différentes positions fonctionnelles, dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28), caractérisé par le fait que des segments de contre-butée (6, 7 ; 8 ; 8a ; 22, 23), pouvant être réglés les uns vis-à-vis des autres vers différentes positions fonctionnelles dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28), se chevauchent réciproquement dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28), avec séparation mutuelle le long de ladite ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28).
  2. Outil de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les segments de contre-butée (6, 7 ; 8 ; 8a ; 22, 23) considérés, affectés à la pièce à usiner, peuvent être réglés en continu les uns vis-à-vis des autres dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28).
  3. Outil de pliage selon l'une des revendication précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que des segments de contre-butée (6, 7 ; 8 ; 8a ; 22, 23), affectés à la pièce à usiner, peuvent être réglés les uns vis-à-vis des autres, dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28), au moyen d'un dispositif de réglage (9).
  4. Outil de pliage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de réglage, destiné au réglage mutuel de segments de contre-butée (6, 7 ; 8 ; 8a ; 22, 23) affectés à la pièce à usiner, dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28), est commandé numériquement.
  5. Outil de pliage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que la commande numérique du dispositif de réglage destiné au réglage mutuel de segments de contre-butée (6, 7 ; 8 ; 8a ; 22, 23) affectés à la pièce à usiner, dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28), peut être intégrée dans une commande numérique d'une machine de pliage.
  6. Outil de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que des segments de contre-butée (6, 7 ; 8 ; 8a; 22, 23) affectés à la pièce à usiner, pouvant être réglés les uns vis-à-vis des autres dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28), sont guidés avec mobilité réciproque dans la direction du mouvement de réglage.
  7. Outil de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que des segments de contre-butée (6, 7; 8 ; 8a ; 22, 23) affectés à la pièce à usiner, pouvant être réglés les uns vis-à-vis des autres dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (14, 15, 16, 28), sont guidés les uns sur les autres avec mobilité réciproque dans la direction du mouvement de réglage.
  8. Outil de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant une partie revêtant la forme d'un serre-flan (21) et/ou une partie revêtant la forme d'une joue de pliage, la pièce à usiner (25) pouvant être sollicitée le long d'une ligne de sollicitation (28), au moyen du serre-flan (21) et/ou au moyen de la joue de pliage, et ledit serre-flan (21) et/ou ladite joue de pliage présentant une contre-butée affectée à la pièce et dotée de segments (22, 23) pouvant être réglés les uns vis-à-vis des autres vers différentes positions fonctionnelles, dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (28), caractérisé par le fait que les segments de contre-butée (22, 23) du serre-flan (21) et/ou de la joue de pliage, affectés à la pièce à usiner, se chevauchent réciproquement dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (28), avec séparation mutuelle le long de ladite ligne de sollicitation (28).
  9. Outil de pliage selon la revendication 8, le serre-flan (21) présentant des segments de contre-butée (22, 23) affectés à la pièce à usiner, qui peuvent être réglés les uns vis-à-vis des autres vers différentes positioris fonctionnelles, dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (28), et se chevauchent réciproquement dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (28), avec séparation mutuelle le long de ladite ligne de sollicitation (28), caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un segment de contre-butée (22) affecté à la pièce, situé à l'extérieur dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (28), est réalisé sous la forme d'un segment bordier muni d'une zone latérale débordante (24) saillant dans la direction de la ligne de sollicitation (28).
  10. Machine de pliage pour le pliage de pièces à usiner (4, 25), en particulier pour le pliage de tôles, caractérisée par un outil de pliage (3, 20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
