Description

La présente invention a pour objet un vêtement de protection du buste pour la pratique d'activités sportives, et notamment pour la pratique de la course à pied.
La course à pied (running) est une activité impliquant une importante dépense énergétique et émission de transpiration pendant l'effort, notamment au niveau du buste, et est généralement pratiquée avec un simple tee-shirt.
Lorsque cette activité est pratiquée par basse température, de l'ordre de 0 à 10 °C, ou par temps de pluie, une protection supplémentaire est néanmoins nécessaire vis à vis du froid et/ou de l'eau.
Pour résoudre ce problème, il existe deux types de vêtements différents.
Tout d'abord l'utilisateur peut revêtir un vêtement isolant, tel qu'en polaire légère, vêtement avec membrane coupe-vent, etc.. De tels vêtements ont pour but essentiel de fournir une isolation thermique, et éventuellement une certaine respirabilité, c'est à dire une évacuation de la transpiration. Ils ne sont cependant pas étanches et ne peuvent donc offrir une protection contre la pluie.
Il existe également des vêtements de protection spécifique contre la pluie qui sont soit complètement étanches (tissu enduit), soit dits "respiro-étanches" (avec une membrane dite respiro-étanche c'est à dire étanche à l'eau mais laissant passer la vapeur d'eau). Du fait de l'importante dépense énergétique se produisant lors de la pratique du sport, ces vêtements de protection deviennent rapidement inconfortables du fait de la condensation produite, même les membranes dites respiro-étanches n'étant pas suffisamment respirantes pour évacuer toute l'humidité produite.
Il a été également proposé une veste pour courir comportant des parties dorsales et frontales en matériau aéré, les manches, épaules et côtés de la veste étant en matériau étanche. Les manches sont amovibles de façon à pouvoir les enlever lorsqu'il ne pleut pas. Dans ce cas la veste se transforme en un gilet permettant une meilleure respirabilité.
L'inconvénient d'une telle veste est qu'une fois transformée en gilet, celui-ci conserve des parties étanches dans des zones où la transpiration est importante et notamment les épaules et les côtés du gilet. Il en résulte une ventilation insuffisante et le gilet est peu confortable à porter par temps sec.
Par ailleurs dans cette veste connue la partie supérieure du dos, située entre les épaules, comporte des parties non étanches, de sorte que, par temps de pluie, l'eau peut s'infiltrer dans cette zone particulièrement exposée à la pluie.
Le but de la présente invention est de remédier à ces inconvénients et notamment de fournir un nouveau concept de vêtement, qui soit très agréable à porter pour la course à pied, aussi bien par temps froid que par temps de pluie.
Ce but est atteint dans le vêtement selon l'invention par le fait qu'il est constitué d'un gilet sans manches, couvrant le torse et en un matériau isolant thermiquement et aéré, c'est à dire perméable à l'air, et d'une veste courte à manches, de type boléro, couvrant uniquement la partie supérieure du torse et en un matériau résistant à la pénétration d'eau et/ou étanche.
Ainsi le gilet ne comporte plus de parties étanches pouvant gêner sa respirabilité et le boléro est quant à lui parfaitement étanche ou résistant à la pénétration d'eau, et couvre tout le dessus des épaules et du torse. Il offre ainsi une bien meilleure protection contre la pluie et ne crée pas de zone de faiblesse ou l'eau pourrait s'infiltrer.
De toute façon l'invention sera mieux comprise et d'autres caractéristiques de celle-ci seront mises en évidence à l'aide de la description qui suit en référence au dessin schématique annexé en illustrant à titre d'exemples non limitatifs un mode de réalisation préféré et dans lequel :
  • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective de ¾ avant du vêtement de protection selon l'invention,
  • la figure 2 est une vue similaire à la figure 1 en ¾ arrière,
  • la figure 3 est une vue en perspective du vêtement avant assemblage,
  • la figure 4 est une vue de dos du gilet,
  • la figure 5 est une vue en coupe partielle selon W de la figure 1.
Ainsi que le montre notamment la figure 1, le vêtement de protection 10 selon l'invention est constitué d'un gilet sans manche 20, couvrant le torse et d'une veste courte 30 à manches longues de type boléro. Selon le cas, les manches de la veste courte 30 pourraient également être courtes ou mi-longues.
Comme le montrent les figures 3 et 4, le gilet 20 est constitué de deux matériaux différents.
Il comporte sur sa majeure partie avant et arrière un tissu 21 isolant thermiquement pour la gamme de températures de 0 à 10°C considérée, mais aéré c'est à dire perméable à l'air.
Il peut s'agir d'un matériau tel que polyester, ou polyamide, ou mélange, extensible contrecollé avec un jersey.
En fonction du matériau le constituant, le rôle du jersey peut être de capter l'humidité provenant du tee-shirt ou maillot 2 porté en dessous et de l'évacuer vers l'extérieur. La double couche polyester extensible/jersey apporte la liberté de mouvement souhaitée, et tout en étant perméable à l'air, fournit un effet coupe-vent suffisant pour éviter tout refroidissement excessif.
Bien entendu les matériaux constituant cette première zone du gilet peuvent être différents en fonction de la zone de température pour laquelle l'isolation thermique est souhaitée et/ou la résistance au vent/ventilation souhaitée.
Il peut également s'agir d'un matériau tel que connu sous la dénomination commerciale "Windstopper" qui empêche le vent de passer tout en étant "respirant", c'est à dire laissant passer la vapeur d'eau, et chaud. Il peut également s'agir d'un matériau dit "Windstopper" sans isolation thermique particulière.
Sur le dessus des épaules et le haut du dos le gilet 20 comporte de préférence une zone 22 en matériau dit tridimensionnel.
Ce matériau a pour fonction :
  • d'être très aéré lorsque le gilet est utilisé seul, ce qui permet de rester "frais" (conditions les plus chaudes),
  • de conserver une certaine épaisseur, et donc une isolation thermique évitant le refroidissement par les épaules quand le boléro est porté par dessus le gilet (conditions les plus froides),
  • d'éviter au matériau étanche du boléro de "coller", et donc une sensation d'humidité désagréable.
Le gilet 20 est dépourvu de manches et son rôle est donc uniquement de fournir une protection thermique du buste, par temps sec, sans gêner les mouvements des bras.
A l'avant le gilet 20 est muni d'une ouverture 23 fermée par des moyens de type fermeture à glissière, moyens auto-agrippants, etc.
Le gilet comporte également deux moyens d'accrochage 24 de type auto agrippants, bouton pression, etc. de chaque côté de son ouverture 23, dans la limite inférieure de sa zone 25 couvrant la poitrine. De préférence les moyens d'accrochage 24 ne sont pas en superposition avec les moyens de fermeture 23.
A l'arrière, le gilet 20 comporte à la partie basse du dos une poche 26 fermée par une fermeture 27 de type fermeture à glissière, fermeture auto-agrippante, boutons pressions, etc..
Dans le cas représenté, la poche a une forme sensiblement transversale mais peut bien évidemment avoir une toute autre forme.
Elle est destinée à recevoir et loger le boléro 30 lorsque celui-ci n'est pas utilisé, notamment par temps sec. La poche 2 pourrait également être disposée dans une autre zone du gilet et par exemple à l'avant.
Le boléro 30 est en un matériau résistant à l'eau et/ou étanche et très léger tel qu'un polyamide, un polyester tissé, un tissu recouvert d'une membrane respiro-étanche ou enduit. Ce boléro très léger, peu encombrant, peut être rangé très facilement dans la poche 26 sans gêner d'une quelconque façon les mouvements de l'utilisateur, ni sans créer de surpoids ou sensation gênante.
Ce boléro est en fait une veste très courte ne couvrant que les épaules, les bras et la poitrine de l'utilisateur et s'étendant donc du bas vers le haut depuis les épaules jusque sensiblement à la limite inférieure de la poitrine.
Il est muni à l'avant d'une ouverture 33 se fermant par des moyens de type fermeture à glissière, bouton pression, moyens auto-agrippants, etc.
Le gilet comporte également à l'avant, de part et d'autre de son ouverture 33, des moyens d'accrochage 34 complémentaires de ceux 24 du gilet 20.
A l'arrière, ainsi que le montre particulièrement la figure 5, aucun moyen d'accrochage du boléro 30 sur le gilet 20 n'est prévu, de sorte que le boléro ne gêne pas l'évacuation de l'humidité dans le haut du dos.
Ainsi qu'on le concevra aisément, le vêtement selon l'invention permet de concilier une bonne étanchéité sous la pluie puisque les épaules, bras et le haut du dos et de la poitrine, parties les plus exposées, sont complètement protégés, tout en offrant l'isolation thermique et la ventilation souhaitées par temps sec.
Bien entendu, la présente invention n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation décrits ci-avant à titre d'exemples non limitatifs mais en englobe tous les modes de réalisation similaires ou équivalents.

Claims (7)

  1. Vêtement de protection de la partie supérieure du corps caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un gilet (20) sans manche couvrant le torse et en un matériau isolant thermiquement et perméable à l'air, et d'une veste courte (30) à manches ou boléro couvrant uniquement la partie supérieure du torse, et en un matériau résistant à l'eau ou étanche.
  2. Vêtement de protection de la partie supérieure du corps selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boléro (30) s'étend du haut vers le bas depuis les épaules jusque sensiblement à la limite inférieure de la poitrine.
  3. Vêtement de protection de la partie supérieure du corps selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le boléro (30) est muni de moyens de fixation (34) à l'avant du gilet (20).
  4. Vêtement de protection de la partie supérieure du corps selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le gilet comporte une zone d'isolation thermique (22) renforcée au niveau des épaules.
  5. Vêtement de protection de la partie supérieure du corps selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'isolation thermique renforcée (22) est en un matériau tridimensionnel.
  6. Vêtement de protection de la partie supérieure du corps selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le gilet est en un matériau extensible tel que polyester contrecollé avec un jersey.
  7. Vêtement de protection de la partie supérieure du corps selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le gilet comporte à l'arrière une poche dorsale (26) apte à recevoir le boléro.
