  • the compressed air encourages drying of the nozzles of dispensing valves 12 and also, as a result of the leaktight seal in the chamber defined by container 27 and bottom wall 21 of group of dispensing nozzles 11, contributes to expelling any residual wash water in container 27 for final collection in collection tank 45.
  • the device according to this invention can also be used in a different manner, for example in the case of special applications in which the type of colouring agents, or the fluid products used in the machine, makes it desirable to keep the dispensing nozzles moist.
  • pressurised water is delivered to conditioning nozzles 31, and most of this collects in container 27 and is evacuated through outlet opening 30a.
  • the wash cycle for the dispensing nozzles is concluded with this single operation.
  • the conditioning equipment described above makes it possible to achieve washing and if necessary subsequent drying of the colouring agent dispensing nozzles - or, as an alternative, to keep them moist - effectively and quickly, partly due to the construction of a leaktight closed chamber or space beneath group of dispensing nozzles 11 within which all the operations for conditioning of the nozzles are performed and completed.

Claims (13)

  1. Équipement d'entretien destiné à une tête de distribution (10) d'une machine de distribution d'agent colorant, dans lequel ladite tête de distribution (10) comporte un groupe de buses de distribution (11), ledit équipement d'entretien comprenant :
    - un corps de support (16) conçu, à l'utilisation, pour être monté de façon sélectivement mobile sur la machine de distribution d'agent colorant entre une position d'attente distante de ladite tête de distribution (10), de manière à laisser libre l'espace situé en dessous dudit groupe de buses de distribution (11), et une position de travail placée en alignement sensiblement vertical par rapport à ladite tête de distribution (10), ledit corps de support (16) comprenant un récipient ou coupelle définissant une zone d'entretien,
    - au moins une buse d'entretien (31) montée sur ledit corps de support (16),
    - des moyens d'alimentation (33, 38, 39) destinés à amener au moins un fluide d'entretien à ladite buse d'entretien (31) pour être dirigé dans ladite zone d'entretien, et
    - des moyens de récupération (27, 30) destinés à récupérer ledit fluide d'entretien sortant de ladite buse d'entretien (31) pendant les opérations d'entretien, lesdits moyens de récupération (27, 30) comprenant une ouverture de sortie (30a) située au même niveau ou en dessous du niveau de ladite buse d'entretien (31), caractérisés en ce que l'équipement d'entretien comprend en outre des guides (17) pour guider ledit corps de support (16) depuis ladite position d'attente vers ladite position de travail, lesdits guides (17) comprenant des moyens d'élévation (20) pour élever ledit corps de support (16) vers ladite tête de distribution (10) afin d'amener automatiquement ledit corps de support (16) en contact étanche avec ladite tête de distribution (10) à la fin de sa course allant de ladite position d'attente à ladite position de travail.
  2. Matériel d'entretien selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit récipient ou coupelle a une paroi latérale (27), et une paroi de fond (29) qui est sensiblement inclinée par rapport au plan horizontal en cours d'utilisation.
  3. Équipement d'entretien selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture de sortie (30a) est située à proximité de ladite paroi de fond (29) dans la zone qui, en cours d'utilisation, se trouve au niveau inférieur.
  4. Équipement d'entretien selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture de sortie (30a) est pratiquée dans la paroi latérale (27) dudit récipient.
  5. Équipement d'entretien selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'élévations (20) comprennent une partie en rampe (20), de sorte que ledit corps de support (16) s'élève et, à la fin de sa course, présente une paroi supérieure en contact hermétique avec ladite tête de distribution (10).
  6. Équipement d'entretien selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites buses d'entretien (31) sont en nombre égal à celui desdites buses de distribution (11), chacune étant installée directement en vis-à-vis de l'une correspondante desdites buses de distribution (11) lorsqu'elles se trouvent dans ladite position de travail.
  7. Machine de distribution d'agent colorant comprenant un équipement d'entretien selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens d'eau sous pression pour l'alimentation en eau sous pression communiquant avec ladite au moins une buse d'entretien (31), et pouvant être activés de manière sélective pour fournir de l'eau pulvérisée à l'une correspondante desdites buses de distribution (11).
  8. Machine de distribution d'agent colorant selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens d'alimentation en air comprimé pour fournir de l'air comprimé communiquant avec ladite au moins une buse d'entretien (31), et pouvant être activés de manière sélective pour fournir de l'air comprimé à l'une correspondante desdites buses de distribution (11).
  9. Machine de distribution d'agent colorant selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend structure modulaire contenant des moyens d'alimentation.
  10. Machine de distribution d'agent colorant selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que ladite structure modulaire comprend aussi des moyens de récupération des fluides usés communiquant avec ladite ouverture de sortie (30a).
  11. Procédé d'entretien d'une tête de distribution dans une machine de distribution d'agent colorant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à :
    - amener ledit corps de support (16) à se déplacer vers ladite tête de distribution (10) pour définir une chambre fermée sensiblement hermétique en dessous desdites buses de distribution (11),
    - activer lesdits moyens d'alimentation en eau sous pression communiquant avec ladite au moins une buse d'entretien (31) pour envoyer un jet d'eau pulvérisée vers l'une correspondante desdites buses de distribution (11) de la machine de distribution.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps de support (16) s'éloigne de ladite tête de distribution (10) uniquement lorsque les produits fluides sont distribués de manière sélective, de manière à maintenir une atmosphère humide au sein de la chambre sensiblement fermée située en dessous de ladite tête de distribution (10).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape postérieure à l'activation des moyens d'alimentation en eau, dans laquelle lesdits moyens d'alimentation en air comprimé communiquant avec ladite au moins une buse d'entretien (31) sont activés pour envoyer un jet d'air comprimé vers la buse de distribution correspondante (11) de la machine de distribution et pour favoriser l'écoulement de l'eau résiduelle, fournie à l'étape précédente, vers ladite ouverture de sortie (30a).
