Description

The invention relates to a filter bag with fragrance element according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.

When vacuuming a problem of odor is basically given by the in the course of the suction process in a filter bag separated dust. The suction air passing through the filter bag walls after the dust has been deposited is as a rule loaded with unpleasant odors.

From EP 0 860 138 A1 it is known to attach a fragrance element to the outside of a filter bag. However, this filter element is still not satisfactory.

Based on the aforementioned prior art, the object of the invention is to provide a rationally producible and also effective fragrance element.

So is one on the exhaust side of a filter bag, with the

Dust element is arranged dust filter bags passing through the filter bag walls, compressed air is arranged, wherein the fragrance element is mounted on the outside of the filter bag and the exhaust air is removed stripping over the filter bag outside. According to this embodiment of the present invention, the unpleasant odor odor is masked by scenting, wherein the advantageous arrangement of the scent element on the outside of the filter bag initially filtering the compressed air passing through the filter bag walls. Here, a blower motor is arranged in the suction direction behind the filter bag, which sucks the dust-laden suction air flow through the filter bag. The exhaust air passing out of the filter bag passes over the outside of the filter bag and absorbs fragrances from a perfume oil or the like. The scent element is therefore arranged according to the invention at a location in the suction air duct, which is arranged in the flow direction behind the odorous areas, such as the collecting space in the filter bag. For example, it may be provided that the fragrance element is mounted on the outside of the filter bag wall. Alternatively, it is further proposed that the fragrance element is mounted on a support plate of the filter bag and the exhaust air is drawn over the retaining plate. Here, the filter bag through an opening in the holding plate of the, Dust loading through filter bag walls. The filter bag is preferably located in a, a capsule forming, the filter bag enclosing a filter chamber receptacle, wherein the chamber inner wall is spaced from the filter bag walls. The odor-laden exhaust air emerging from the filter bag is drawn off through the intermediate space formed thereby and passed over the holding plate, in the region of which a contacting of the scent element arranged there takes place. The solution according to the invention proves to be particularly advantageous in a combination in which adsorbent is introduced loosely in the filter bag. In this regard, reference is made to DE 100 30 958 A1. Thus, as preferred, the adsorbent may be present in loose form in the dust filter bag, more preferably activated carbon powder having a particle size fraction between 0.15 and 0.25 or an adsorbent of activated carbon fibers having a fiber diameter of 0.01 to 0.1 mm and a Fiber length is provided to 10 to 100 mm. In addition, the adsorbent can be contained in its own, air-permeable envelope within the filter bag, which air-permeable envelope, for example, is a nonwoven fabric. The type and amount of activated carbon serving as adsorbent and the type and amount of the fragrance components in the fragrance element are coordinated. This results in the advantageous effect that the activated carbon during the downtime, ie when not using the vacuum cleaner adsorbs the unpleasant odor of the dust in the filter bag and reduces the initially possibly too much exiting fragrance of the fragrance element. As the degree of filling in the filter bag increases, the activated carbon is coated with dust and only absorbs the dust odor. During sucking, the odor of the newly absorbed dust, which is not adsorbed by the activated carbon, is pleasantly covered by the fragrance of the fragrance element. In order to ensures that initially scented too strong, the dust odor in the filter bag adsorbed over its useful life and the dust odor is masked during suction, which ensures a uniformly pleasant and discreet scented exhaust air over the entire useful life of the filter bag. In addition, the handling is significantly improved by the fact that the fragrance element is a plastic injection molded part with embedded therein fragrance ingredients. Thus, it is proposed that the fragrance element preferably consists of polyethylene or ethylene-vinyl acetate, wherein in the injection process about 2 to 20% perfume oil are introduced. As further handling technology advantageous proves to be a total weight, which is between 2 and 8 g, wherein the surface, in particular the effective, to be swept by the exhaust surface of the fragrance element is about 10 to 100 cm 2 . The distribution of the fragrance components, in particular the perfume in the fragrance element is homogeneous. In addition, the escape of the fragrance oil from the fragrance element is possible only by diffusion. Furthermore, the perfume oil introduced is preferably composed of low-solvent and moreover thermally stable so that a brief heating to 150 to 250 ° C is possible. The fragrance element may be attached to the filter bag, for example. On the outside of the filter bag wall or on the plate not destructively removably mounted, so for example. By gluing. Such a fragrance element includes a quantity of fragrance oil which is adapted to the usual service life of a filter bag. In this case, this fixed arrangement proves to be advantageous because in a pending filter bag change both disposed in this adsorbent and the attached fragrance element are disposed of and renewed when inserting a new filter bag, both the elements for scenting and for odor adsorption. Alternatively, however, it can also be provided that the fragrance element is sliding or clip-retained on the retaining plate. Thus fragrance elements, preferably in the form of a plastic injection molded part, which have a predetermined service life, which the usual service life of a filter bag exceeds have. Such sliding or clip-retained fragrance elements are exchanged at predetermined intervals.

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist zunächst mit Bezug zu Fig.1 ein Grundgerät 1 eines Staubsaugers mit einem Staubsaugergehäuse 2 und einer hieran klappbeweglich gehalterten Filterkammer 3 zur Aufnahme eines Filterbeutels 4.1 and 2, a base unit 1 of a vacuum cleaner with a vacuum cleaner housing 2 and a filter chamber 3 supported thereon in a movable manner for receiving a filter bag 4 are shown and described.

The blower motor 5, which is arranged in the base housing 2 and is shown schematically, sucks in the dust-laden air via a suction channel 6 arranged in the base unit 1. This suction channel 6 is connected to a filling opening 8 formed on a holding plate 9 of the filter bag 4.

The filter bag 4 is dust-laden in the usual way by the incoming air flow (arrow a), after which the air flow, the filter bag walls 10 passing through between filter bag wall 10 and chamber inner wall 11 is guided under deflection in an approximately opposite direction to the direction of entry (see arrow b). This dust-free and sucked by the fan motor 5 air is subtracted both on the filter bag walls 10 and on the support plate 9, which is used to that this exhaust air (arrow b) sweeps over a arranged on the support plate 9 fragrance element 12 and in this case Scented element entrains 12 embedded fragrance ingredients.

The fragrance element 10 is produced as a plastic injection-molded part with fragrance constituents incorporated therein, polyethylene or ethylene-vinyl acetate preferably being used with regard to the plastic material. The fragrance content in the fragrance element 12 is about 2 to 20%, wherein perfume oil is preferably further introduced as the fragrance component, this with a homogeneous distribution within the fragrance element 12. The exit of the fragrance oil or the fragrance ingredients is exclusively by diffusion.

In addition, adsorbent 13 in the form of activated carbon powder or activated carbon fibers is introduced into filter bag 4, with the type and amount of activated carbon and the type and amount of fragrance components stored in fragrance element 12 being matched to one another. The activated carbon adsorbs the unpleasant odor during the downtime of the vacuum cleaner in the filter bag 4 separated dust and the newly inserted in the filter bag, if necessary, initially too strong exiting fragrance of the fragrance element 12. With increasing degree of filling in the filter bag 4, the coal is coated with dust and takes up only the dust odor. During the sucking, the odor of the newly sucked-up dust, which is not adsorbed by the activated carbon, is pleasantly covered by the fragrance of the fragrance element 12, thus ensuring that the scent of the fragrance in the filter bag 4 is not adsorbed over the period of use and the odor of the dust during the drying process Sucking is covered. It is thus ensured a uniformly pleasant and subtly scented exhaust air (arrow b) over the entire useful life of the filter bag 4.

As can be seen in the illustrations according to FIGS. 2 to 4, the scent element 12 can be on the outside, ie. H. glued to the filter chamber surface facing away from the holding plate 9 with this or welded depending on the choice of material of the holding plate 9, whereby a steady change of adsorbent 13 and fragrance element 12 is ensured in the cycle of change of the filter bag 4.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, however, a reversible attachment of the fragrance element 12 on the support plate 9 is conceivable, for example., As shown in Fig. 5, by a sliding holder, including the fragrance element 12, for example. In the same longitudinal extent in a is inserted through formed on the support plate 9 rails 14 recording.

Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6, a clip holder is also conceivable, for which locking elements 15 provided with latching lugs 15 are mounted on the holding plate 9, which initially deflect resiliently when the plate-shaped scent element 12 is pressed into the formed receptacle and finally a rear grip for holding the scent element 12 shapes.
