Definitions

  • the invention relates to a platform for receiving and elevating the elements constituting the attachment of a shoe of a user to a snow gliding board.
  • a ski binding is composed of two elements cooperating with the front and the rear of the shoe. These elements, namely the stop and the heel, are usually arranged on both sides, and equidistant from a point called "middle of shoe" determined on the ski. Depending on the size of the shoe, it is necessary to make adjustments in the longitudinal position of the stop and the heel.
  • EP 1,310,276 a device for interconnecting a fastening element and a board for gliding on snow and for adjusting the longitudinal position of the fastening element to ensure an adjustment of the two fasteners according to the shoe size of the boot. 'user.
  • the device comprises three plates arranged on each other and able to move relative to each other. The device is inserted into a housing formed on the upper face of the gliding board.
  • the main problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a raising platform, to further have fixing elements that are easily adjustable along the longitudinal axis of the snow slide board.
  • a second problem is that of using a platform for separating the left and right supports, in order to transmit the forces applied by the user on the board and to transmit the forces generated more directly at the level of the left edge or the right edge.
  • a third problem is that of developing a device for mounting the fasteners on a board that is longitudinally adjustable and that allows to choose a particular unclamping at the level of the pad area.
  • the invention therefore relates to a raising platform equipped with at least one fastening element, and which is intended to be mounted on the upper face of a snow gliding board.
  • the raising platform is characterized in that it has at least one recess formed on its upper face, and in that the fastening element is mounted on a plate having hooks under its lower face, said hooks cooperating reversibly with openings made on a wafer, so as to allow the positioning of the plate and the fixing element at different predetermined longitudinal levels, the wafer being itself mounted on the raising platform above the recess or recesses, so that the hooks are housed in the recess or recesses.
  • the adapted platform and fastening assembly thus comprises several parts cooperating with one another and proving particularly advantageous for facilitating the operations of adjusting the position of the binding, in particular for skis employed on the rental market.
  • This set with platform also allows a very easy adjustment of the general position of the stop and heel, with a large amplitude, without the need to drill on the platform.
  • This positioning is performed without mechanical play in a longitudinal direction or a vertical direction.
  • the wafer may have side edges bent downwards. These lateral edges can then enter the recess or recesses made on the upper face of the platform. These lateral edges may also penetrate into a groove formed on the upper face of the platform, at the outer periphery of the recess or recesses.
  • the plate may also have side edges bent down. These lateral edges can penetrate into a groove formed on the upper face of the platform at the outer periphery of the recess or recesses.
  • the plate may favorably present two rows of openings, each of these two rows corresponding to a recess area of the platform.
  • the platform may be formed of two mechanically separated longitudinal parts. Locking of the plate on the wafer can be done by means of being housed between the two longitudinal parts of the platform, to thereby avoid any new piercing of the platform and / or board .
  • the plate may optionally have a central groove embedded between the two longitudinal parts of the platform.
  • the wafer may have means ensuring its attachment to the platform.
  • the plate may have means ensuring its attachment to the platform and snowboard snow.
  • a snowboarding board of the conventional type such as an alpine ski (1), comprises a front zone with a spatula, a rear zone with a raised heel, a central zone called a skate zone (2), an outer face (3) and a lower face forming the sliding sole (4) delimited on either side by the two side edges (6).
  • a platform (7) of elevation of the elements of the binding that is to say the front stop (8) and the heel, is positioned at the pad area (2).
  • a first type of one-piece platform (7) can be used (see Figures 1 and 2 ).
  • the platform (7) receives two plates (9 and 11) which are firmly fixed by appropriate screwings, using the holes (12) drilled for this purpose in the plates (9 and 11).
  • the front plate (9) which will accommodate the front plate receiving the stop (8) has a shorter length than the rear plate (11) which will accommodate the rear plate receiving the heel.
  • the platform (7) has two recesses (14 and 16) formed on its upper face (17).
  • the front recess (14) is formed in front of the platform (7) and is intended to receive the front plate (9).
  • the rear recess (14) is formed at the rear of the platform (7) and is intended to receive the rear plate (11).
  • the front recess (14) thus has a length slightly greater than the length of the front plate (9) and the rear recess (16) has a length very slightly greater than the length of the rear plate (11).
  • the width of the two recesses (14 and 16) is similar to the width of the platform (7).
  • the total width of the recesses (14 and 16) may be reduced in the case of the one-piece platform (7).
  • a second type of platform in two longitudinal parts (18 and 19) separated mechanically can also be provided.
  • These two-part platforms may be similar to those described in the documents FR-2,827,184 , FR-2,831,453 and FR-2,831,829 .
  • the two front and rear recesses (14 and 16) are formed both in the two longitudinal parts (18 and 19) in thus creating four half-recesses (14a and 14b).
  • the width of the two recesses (14, 14a, 14b and 16) is provided in the two longitudinal portions (18 and 19) so as to leave two lateral ribs (21 and 22) at the free edges of each of the two longitudinal portions ( 18 and 19).
  • the plates (9 and 11) can be placed on the platform (7, 18 and 19) during operations quite different from the assembly of the plate, and for example as soon as they leave the manufacturing plant skiing (1). Mounting of the elements of the binding through the characteristic plates is then performed either by the fmal user or by the operator of a rental ski park.
  • each of these plates (9 and 11) comprises two rows of housing or openings (23 and 24) of substantially rectangular shape formed in the thickness of the metal plate forming the plates (9 and 11). These openings (23 and 24) are distributed on either side of the median longitudinal plane of the wafer (9 and 11) in the central part of the latter. Another implantation could be possible, since the hooks located in the plate are located according to the complementary configuration.
  • screws (13a) will ensure the attachment of this plate (9) to each of the two longitudinal portions (18 and 19), through the holes (12) drilled for this purpose (see Figure 7 ).
  • These screws (13a) have a length less than the thickness of the platform (18 and 19).
  • Such a fastening allows unblocking before the ski (1).
  • screws (13b) will ensure the fastening of this plate (9) to each of the two longitudinal portions (18 and 19) (see Figure 8 ).
  • These screws (13b) have a longer length and are thus anchored both in the platform (18 and 19) and in the ski (1).
  • the plate (9) has a central groove (25) provided between the two rows of openings (23 and 24). This central groove (25) will fit flush between the two longitudinal portions (18, 19) of the platform.
  • the securing screw (not shown) of the plate (9) is positioned at the bottom of the central groove (25).
  • the plate (9 and 11) comprises on each side folded portions (26) coming into contact with the platform (7), and more precisely coming into and resting on the bottom of the recess (14 and 16). .
  • the central portion of the plate (9 and 11) is found substantially at the same level as the upper face (17) of the platform (1), thus allowing the introduction of a hook in the openings characteristics (23 and 24).
  • each of these plates (9 and 11) receives, on its upper face, a plate (27 and 28).
  • Each plate (27 and 28) comprises two rows of hooks (29 and 31) made by cutting and stamping and oriented under the lower face of the plate (27 and 28).
  • the plate (27) for receiving the stop is located at the front, has two sets of hooks (29 and 31) while the plate (28) for receiving the heel, is located at the rear, and comprises four sets of hooks (not visible).
  • this number may vary depending on the size and the mechanical stresses that it is desired to support the device.
  • the plate (27 and 28) comprises on each side folded portions (32) coming into contact with the upper face (17) of the platform (7), and more precisely coming into, and leaning at the bottom of , the recess (14 and 16).
  • Two grooves can be made on the upper face (17) of the platform (7, 18 and 19), on the outer periphery of the recess or recesses (14, 14a, 14b and 16) and are hollowed out in the two lateral ribs (21 and 22).
  • the downwardly curved side edges (32) of the plate (27 and 28) will penetrate the two grooves.
  • the plate (27 and 28) will rest on the plate (9 and 11).
  • the folded portions (32) of the plate (27 and 28) will cover the folded portions of the wafer (9 and 11).
  • the central portion of the plate (27 and 28) is substantially slightly raised with respect to the upper face (17) of the platform (7, 18 and 19), thus allowing a maintenance of the height for the elements of the binding and thus for the shoe of the skier.
  • the hooks (29 and 31) of the plates (27 and 28) cooperate reversibly with the plate (9 and 11) penetrating each respectively in the openings (23 and 24).
  • the hooks (29 and 31) and the openings (23 and 24) may have conformations similar to those described in the document FR-2,833,850 . Thanks to the presence of the folded portions (26) of the plate (9 and 11), the hooks (29 and 31) pass through the openings (23 and 24) are housed in the recess or recesses (14, 14a, 14b and 16). ) of the platform (7).
  • Locking the plate (27 and 28) on the wafer (9 and 11) is effected by a screw (not shown) passing through two corresponding threads.
  • a first thread (33) is made through the plate (27 and 28) on its median longitudinal axis and a second thread (34) is formed in the plate (9 and 11) on its median longitudinal axis.
  • the longitudinal locking of the plate (27 and 28) relative to the plate (9 and 11) requires only one screw. In the case of using a platform in two longitudinal parts (18 and 19), the locking screw will be housed in the central central area between the two parts (see Figure 5 ).
  • the latter thus has a plurality of second threads (34) regularly spaced according to the spacing between each of the openings (23 and 24) of the plate (9 and 11) and each of the corresponding hooks (29 and 31) of the plate (27 and 28).
  • Additional tappings (36) are provided in the illustrated form at the four corners on each platen (27 and 28). These threads (36) are intended to accommodate the mounting screws of the stop (8) and the heel on the plate (27 and 28). In practice, the threads (33 and 34) for locking the plate (27 and 28) on the plate (9 and 11), and the threads (36) for mounting the fixing on the plate (27 and 28) are different. , to avoid any risk of confusion, when adjusting the position of the binding.
  • the plate (27 and 28) and the wafer (9 and 11) are covered by several elements (37) made for example of plastic material, and which ensures a rollover of the assembly.
  • the upper face of these cowling elements (37) serves as a support for the establishment of the stop (8) and complementary members.
  • These cowling elements (37) notably make it possible to avoid any intrusion of snow which could disturb the operation of the plate (9 and 11) and the plate (27 and 28).
