Claims (9)
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1), insbesondere zum direkten Einspritzen von Brennstoff in den Brennraum einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einer Ventilnadel (3), die mit einer Ventilsitzfläche (6) zu einem Dichtsitz zusammenwirkt, und mit einem an der Ventilnadel (3) angreifenden Anker (20), wobei der Anker (20) an der Ventilnadel (3) axial beweglich ist und von einem aus einem Elastomer bestehenden Dämpfungselement (32) gedämpft wird, wobei das Dämpfungselement (32) auf einem mit der Ventilnadel (3) kraftschlüssig verbundenen Flansch (31) aufliegt, und wobei
zwischen dem Anker (20) und dem Dämpfungselement (32) ein Zwischenring (33) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anker (20) durch den Zwischenring (33) verdrehsicher auf der Ventilnadel (3) gelagert ist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenring (33) mehrkantig ausgeführt ist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Kanten (34) des Zwischenrings (33) gleich der Anzahl von Brennstoffkanälen (30a) in dem Anker (20) ist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Kanten (34) sechs beträgt. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mehrkantige Zwischenring (33) zumindest teilweise in einer Ausnehmung (35) in einer abströmseitigen Stirnseite (36) des Ankers (20) angeordnet ist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mehrkantige Zwischenring (33) mit seinen durch die Kanten (34) gebildeten Ecken (38) in die durch die Ausnehmung (35) angeschnittenen Brennstoffkanäle (30a) eingreift. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die angeschnittenen Brennstoffkanäle (30a) mit Eckpunkten (37) an den Kanten (34) des Zwischenrings (33) anliegen. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenring (33) mit dem Anker (20) über zumindest eine Schweißstelle (39) verbunden ist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenring (33) mittels Haftreibung auf dem Dämpfungselement (32) verdrehsicher gehalten wird.
