Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'éviter que des dépôts de chambre de combustion ne provoquent des problèmes de démarrage dans un moteur à combustion interne, consistant à faire fonctionner le moteur à l'aide d'une composition de combustible contenant un combustible normalement liquide et un détergent contenant de l'azote comprenant une polyétheramine; un produit de réaction de Mannich d'un phénol substitué par un hydrocarbyle, an aldéhyde et une amine; ou un mélange de ceux-ci. Ce procédé est efficace dans la prévention des problèmes de démarrage pour des moteurs à étincelles et à frottement réduit dotés de plusieurs soupapes.
