Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a guiding device for the winding of hydraulic hoses on a drum, particularly in the supply of hydraulic apparatus of drilling machines.
  • milling tools known as strawberries are known. They comprise a frame suspended at the end of lifting means, this frame being provided at its lower end with two wheels driven by hydraulic motors and provided with teeth distributed on two drums with horizontal axes.
  • These hydraulic motors are powered by a hydraulic fluid which is conveyed from the surface by means of flexible hoses, also called hydraulic hoses.
  • flexible hoses also called hydraulic hoses.
  • To supply the hydraulic controls it is necessary to route a large number of hydraulic hoses over a length of up to a hundred meters. To ensure both the guiding of these hoses and the winding on the drum located on the surface, a hose guiding device is used.
  • the guide device described in this patent comprises transverse pieces spaced longitudinally along the entire length of the guide, for receiving flexible pipes oriented perpendicular to the cross pieces. These transverse pieces rest at each of their ends on a holding spacer. On the edges of the guide are end pieces having the same shape as the holding struts.
  • the connection of the holding struts and the end pieces is obtained by means of two traction cables on which these parts are threaded.
  • the articulated connection is obtained in that it is expected that the holding struts and the end pieces have profiled guide shapes on the two opposite faces.
  • the holding struts are placed in layers directly above one another.
  • the traction cables located on both sides of the guiding device serve only to maintain a constant tension in the guide and are not used to carry the frame. Indeed, it is suspended by means of the traction cable 14.
  • the present invention aims to provide a guide device for winding flexible hoses on a drum, which is simple, compact and inexpensive to manufacture, able to overcome the drawbacks mentioned above, in particular with regard to the problem of winding.
  • the guiding device comprises transverse pieces spaced periodically along the length of the guiding device, intended to receive at least two hydraulic hoses oriented perpendicular to the transverse parts, said device being characterized in that it comprises at least one carrier hose having substantially the same diameter as said hydraulic hoses, and in that said at least one carrier hose comprises at least one carrier cable surrounded by a coating means, and has a fixing means in its ends.
  • the guide device is of such a configuration that it is not necessary to have either end pieces or holding struts. There are fewer parts to manufacture and assemble.
  • hydraulic hoses and carriers have the same diameter, thus, during the winding on the drum, two layers of hoses find support relative to each other, at each of the hoses and especially without risk crushing.
  • the transverse parts comprise securing means with the fastening means of the carrier hose.
  • the terminal blocks are the transverse pieces located at the ends of the guide device.
  • the ends of the carrier hoses are provided with an attachment appendix fitting into an area of the crosspiece.
  • a jaw-shaped piece is then screwed to the block to secure the fastening appendage of the carrier hose with the terminal block.
  • the carrier hose is composed of a plurality of carrier flexible portions.
  • Each portion of carrier hose is secured to either a junction block if the carrier hose portion is at one end of the guide device, or to a transverse piece of force recovery having securing means.
  • These force recovery parts are composed of two hoses with passages for the hoses and jaws for securing the means for fixing the portions of flexible hoses.
  • the tooling for the realization of very deep diaphragm walls represented on the figure 1 comprises a tracked vehicle 10 equipped with a bracket 12 on which is suspended a milling frame 14.
  • Two pairs of horizontal axis milling wheels 16 driven by hydraulic motors are arranged at the lower end of the milling frame 14 . These milling wheels have teeth distributed peripherally and for digging.
  • a hydraulic pump 18 is also installed on this part of the frame 14, above the milling wheels. This pump makes it possible to suck the particles cut by the cutters and to evacuate them to the surface via the discharge pipe 20.
  • hydraulic hoses 22 which convey the fluid from the surface to the various hydraulic devices.
  • these hydraulic hoses 22 have substantially the same geometric shape and the same dimensions, therefore, in particular, the same diameter.
  • the hoses are wound upstream on a drum 13 attached to the vehicle 10.
  • the hydraulic hoses are grouped and held together on a guide support 24 as shown in FIG. figure 2 .
  • a guide device for eight hydraulic hoses 22 In this representation, the hydraulic hoses 22 are held aligned parallel and with a substantially identical spacing between two adjacent hoses.
  • this guiding device 24 comprises a carrier hose 26 serving, on the one hand, to maintain a constant tension in the guide device 24 and, on the other hand, to carry the milling frame 14.
  • This carrier hose 26 has substantially the same shape and dimensions as the hydraulic hoses 22.
  • the flexible carrier 26 has substantially the same cylindrical shape and the same diameter as the hydraulic hoses 22 .
  • junction block 28 which is a transverse element to which the hydraulic hoses 22 and the carrier hose 26 are fixed.
  • the terminal blocks 28 make it possible to connect the hydraulic hoses 22 upstream to the source of fluid and downstream to the motors and to the hydraulic pump 18 (not shown here). They can also make it possible to connect two guiding devices between them, in particular when it is necessary to dig to a large depth. In practice, there is a terminal block 28 each thirty meters of hydraulic hose 22.
  • the junction block 28 is therefore a substantially rectangular piece having parallel and equidistant cylindrical holes 30 passing through it from one side to the other.
  • the ends of the hydraulic hoses 22 are leaktight in these holes 30 .
  • the carrier hose 26 is also fixed on the terminal block 28. According to the figure 3 , this hose comprises at its end a fastening means in the form of a cylindrical tip 32 having on its outer face a rib 34.
  • the cylindrical ends 32 of the flexible hoses 26 are secured to the fixing block 28 by two elongated pieces 36, 37 screwed onto the junction block 28 having half-cylindrical recesses and having the shape of a jaw 38.
  • the end of the jaw 38 fits in a form-in the rib 34 of the cylindrical tip 32.
  • the two elongated members 36, 37 are assembled such that the semi-cylindrical recesses of the two parts are in vis-à-vis.
  • the assembly thus formed has a length and a width substantially equal to those of the terminal block 28.
  • These elongated parts 36, 37 also secure the hydraulic hoses 22 .
  • the carrier hose 26 is composed of several portions of flexible carriers 26a, 26b .
  • the length of a portion of carrier hose 26a, 26b is about six meters.
  • the portions of flexible carriers 26a, 26b are secured to each other by means of force-absorbing elements 40 which are transverse parts comprising means for securing the fastening means of the carrier hoses.
  • force-absorbing elements 40 which are transverse parts comprising means for securing the fastening means of the carrier hoses.
  • the Figure 2 and the figure 3 show such a force-absorbing element 40. It is composed of two parts 40a, 40b screwed together. Each part is an elongated piece having semi-cylindrical recesses for the passage of the hydraulic hoses 22 and a recess for securing, by shape cooperation, two fastener tips 32 of two adjacent portions of flexible carriers 26a, 26b.
  • spacer bars 42 are placed longitudinally on the hoses. In practice, a spacer bar is placed every 50 meters.
  • FIGS. 3 and 4 show in more detail the structure of a carrier hose 26.
  • the latter comprises at its center a metal carrying cable 44 for supporting the traction forces occurring within the guiding device.
  • the carrying cable 44 is secured to the securing piece 32 constituting the fastening means of the flexible carrier 26. Specifically, the end of the support cable 44 is secured to a sleeve 46 which itself is screwed onto the end piece 32.
  • This carrying cable 26 is surrounded by a coating means consisting of spacers pipes 48 of plastic material and a flexible outer sheath 50 having the same diameter as the hydraulic hoses 22.
  • this coating allows the cable to remain centered in the carrier hose.
  • This outer sheath 50 is also secured to the attachment end 32. This comprises two concentric cylindrical pieces 52, 53 between which the end of the sheath 50 is force-fitted .
  • the outer sheath 50 is continuous at least between two absorbing elements 40 effort.
  • the Figure 5 represents another embodiment where the guiding device 24 comprises two flexible hoses 26 and nine hydraulic hoses 22.
  • the advantage of two hoses carriers lies in the fact that the tensile capacity of the device is doubled and secondly avoids the effects of warping that can result in a rotation of the device around a single central hose.
  • the carrier hose 26 is composed of only one piece. It may indeed be interesting, in some cases, that the carrier hose is not composed of a plurality of carrier flexible portions.
  • the flexible carrier 26 includes a plurality of support cables 44.
  • the holder comprises three flexible supporting cables 44, the sum of the sections equal to the section of a single cable, the traction capacity is substantially identical.
  • the flexibility of the carrier hose 26 is increased.
  • Another advantage lies in the fact that if one of the cables breaks, the remaining cables can resume traction efforts at least temporarily.
  • the maximum height of the guiding device 24 is substantially equal to the diameter of a hose, so that in the wound position, the hoses have a very compact structure. Conversely, it is possible to store a larger length of hose on a drum 13 than in the known case where the height of the guide device 24 is relatively large (presence of end pieces for example). In addition, the relative simplicity of the device provides the user with ease of use and maintenance.
