- the present invention relates to a guide device for the winding of hydraulic hoses on a drum, in particular, in the supply of hydraulic devices to drilling machines.

To feed hydraulic controls, it is necessary to route, on a length of up to a hundred meters, many hydraulic hoses. - La figure 4 est une vue en coupe longitudinale du moyen de fixation du flexible porteur sur un bloc de jonction ;
- La figure 5 est une vue de dessus du dispositif de guidage comportant deux flexibles porteurs.
Claims (15)
- Dispositif de guidage pour l'enroulement de flexibles hydrauliques sur un tambour, comprenant des pièces transversales espacées périodiquement sur la longueur du dispositif de guidage, destinées à recevoir au moins deux flexibles hydrauliques orientés perpendiculairement par rapport aux pièces transversales, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un flexible porteur ayant sensiblement le même diamètre que lesdits flexibles hydrauliques, et en ce que ledit au moins un flexible porteur comporte au moins un câble porteur entouré d'un moyen d'enrobage, et présente un moyen de fixation en ses extrémités.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines desdites pièces transversales comportent des moyens de solidarisation avec les moyens de fixation du flexible porteur.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines desdites pièces transversales comportent des moyens pour maintenir un écartement constant entre les différents flexibles.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines desdites pièces transversales comportant des moyens de solidarisation sont des blocs de jonction servant à connecter les flexibles hydrauliques à des organes hydrauliques externes.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit flexible porteur est composé d'une pluralité de portions de flexibles porteurs.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines desdites pièces transversales comportant des moyens de solidarisation sont des éléments de reprise d'effort qui comportent, sur chacune de leurs faces, des moyens de solidarisation des moyens de fixation de deux portions adjacentes de flexible porteur.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le câble porteur est solidarisé au moyen de fixation.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'enrobage comporte une gaine extérieure et des moyens d'entretoisement.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la gaine extérieure est reliée solidairement au moyen de fixation.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un unique flexible porteur.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pluralité de flexibles porteurs.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le flexible porteur comporte un seul câble porteur.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon la revendication 11 et l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le flexible porteur comporte une pluralité de câbles porteurs.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le flexible porteur comporte une pluralité de câbles porteurs.
- Dispositif de guidage, selon la revendication 11 et l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le flexible porteur comporte un seul câble porteur.
