Claims (12)

  1. Outil de rectification pour aiguiser des pièces, en particulier des outils, comportant un entraînement en oscillation (12) dont l'arbre mené (14) est entraîné en oscillation autour de son axe longitudinal (18), et sur lequel est prévu un support (20) pour la fixation d'un élément de travail (24), l'élément de travail (24) étant réalisé sous la forme d'une plaque de meulage avec une surface de meulage (33, 33) plane qui est maintenue par le support (20) dans un plan approximativement perpendiculaire à l'arbre mené (18), le support (20) comportant un segment de retenue (26) fixe et une partie de serrage (22, 22a) amovible entre lesquels l'élément de travail (24) peut être serré à une extrémité au moyen d'au moins un élément de serrage (36, 40), caractérisé en ce que la partie de serrage (22, 22a) présente une surface extérieure (44) qui est conçue comme surface de guidage pour s'appliquer contre une surface d'une pièce (50), afin de régler un angle α prédéfini entre la surface de la pièce (50) et la surface de meulage (32).
  2. Outil de rectification selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'angle d'aiguisage α, prédéfini par l'angle α entre la surface extérieure (44) de la partie de serrage (20, 22a) et la surface de meulage (32), se situe entre 10° et 40°, et est de préférence égal à environ 15°.
  3. Outil de rectification selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel différents angles d'aiguisage α sont réglables.
  4. Outil de rectification selon la revendication 3, comportant plusieurs parties de serrage (22, 22a) interchangeables qui sont conçues pour différents angles d'aiguisage α.
  5. Outil de rectification selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la partie de serrage est conçue pour le réglage de l'angle d'aiguisage α.
  6. Outil de rectification selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la surface extérieure (44) de la partie de serrage (22, 22a) se termine en un arc de cercle (48) vers sa surface intérieure (46) tournée vers l'élément de travail (24).
  7. Outil de rectification selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le centre de l'arc de cercle (48) se situe dans une ouverture de fixation (42) du support (20) pour la liaison avec l'arbre mené (14) de l'entraînement en oscillation (12).
  8. Outil de rectification selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque de meulage (24) présente une surface de meulage (32, 33) sur ses surfaces extérieures.
  9. Outil de rectification selon la revendication 8, dans lequel les deux surfaces de meulage (32, 33) dépassent vers l'extérieur par rapport au segment de retenue (26) fixe et par rapport à la partie de serrage (22, 22a).
  10. Outil de meulage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de travail (24) présente au moins une surface de meulage (32, 33) de grain diamant D126 ou un revêtement en alliage dur équivalent.
  11. Outil de rectification selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie de serrage (22, 22a) présente des renfoncements (34, 38) dans lesquels des vis (36, 40) sont reçues fraisées pour la fixation sur le segment de retenue (26).
  12. Support (20) pour un outil de rectification selon la revendication 1 avec un élément de travail (24) pour aiguiser des pièces, en particulier des outils, le support (20) présentant une ouverture de fixation (42) pour la fixation sur un arbre mené (14) d'un entraînement en oscillation (12), au moyen duquel l'arbre mené (14) peut être entraîné en oscillation autour de son axe longitudinal (18), l'élément de travail (24) étant réalisé sous la forme d'une plaque de meulage avec une surface de meulage (32, 33) plane qui est retenue par le support (20) dans un plan approximativement perpendiculaire à un axe longitudinal de l'ouverture de fixation (42), le support (20) présentant un segment de retenue (26) fixe et une partie de serrage (22, 22a) amovible entre lesquels l'élément de travail (24) peut être serré à une extrémité au moyen d'au moins un élément de serrage (36, 40), la partie de serrage (22, 22a) présentant une surface extérieure (44) qui est conçue comme surface de guidage pour s'appliquer contre une surface d'une pièce (50) afin de régler un angle α prédéfini entre la surface de la pièce (50) et la surface de meulage (32).
