Abstract

L'objet de l'invention est une structure de revêtement de sol provisoire, bicouche, à déploiement rapide formé de plaques (1 à 6) de préférence rigides, en matériau approprié caractérisée en ce que lesdites plaques (1 à 6) sont disposées parallèlement entre elles et reliées entre elles en cascade par un élément de liaison articulée (B) en sorte qu'entre deux plaques et, d'autre part et de préférence dans une zone centrale de l'autre plaque, lesdits éléments définissant des axes d'articulation entre plaques parallèles à l'axe longitudinal ou transversal des plaques.

Description

STRUCTURE DE REVETEMENT DE SOL PROVISOIRE BICOUCHE A DEPLOIEMENT RAPIDE
La présente invention a trait à une structure de revêtement de sol provisoire bicouche à déploiement rapide.
Le but de l'invention est de proposer une structure constituée à partir de panneaux par exemple rectangulaires formés de plaques individuelles rigides en matière plastique ou composite, susceptible d'un déploiement aisé et rapide en sorte de constituer une surface ou une piste provisoire de stockage de produits ou de circulation d'engins.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet une structure de revêtement de sol provisoire, bicouche, à déploiement rapide formé de plaques de préférence rigides, en matériau approprié caractérisée en ce que lesdites plaques sont disposées parallèlement entre elles et sont reliées entre elles en cascade par un élément de liaison articulée en sorte qu'entre deux plaques consécutives ledit élément soit lié, d'une part, à un bord de l'une des plaques et, d'autre part et de préférence dans une zone centrale de l'autre plaque, lesdits éléments définissant des axes d'articulation entre plaques parallèles à l'axe longitudinal ou transversal des plaques.
Les figures 1 et 2 illustrent schématiquement un premier mode de réalisation .
Les plaques 1 à 6 sont par exemple rectangulaires, identiques et parallèles les unes aux autres.
La figure 1 représente la position de stockage de la structure et la figure 2 la position déployée au sol.
Les plaques 1 à 6 sont reliées par une bande souple B fixée successivement sur une demi-face de chaque plaque et de préférence sur toute sa longueur. Entre deux plaques consécutives, la bande B définit une zone de liaison articulée L formant charnière et reliant le bord d'une plaque à la partie centrale de la plaque suivante.
Les figures 3 à 5 illustrent le déploiement des plaques 1 à 6 de la figure 1 pour arriver à la double couche de revêtement de la figure 2, où les plaques sont superposées en quinconce et sont toutes alignées dans une même direction qui est parallèle par exemple à l'axe transversal de la bande B complètement déployée et prise en sandwich entre les deux couches de plaques, par ailleurs pratiquement jointives. Les figures 6 et 7 illustrent une autre variante dans laquelle l'élément de liaison articulée est une charnière C dont un élément est solidaire du bord d'une plaque 1 et dont l'autre élément est solidaire de la plaque associée 2, dans sa partie centrale.
La charnière C est unique et s'étend sur toute la largeur (ou longueur) de la plaque 2 ou est constituée de plusieurs éléments individuels alignés.
La figure 8 illustre une variante dans laquelle les plaques de la coυche inférieure (plaques impaires) sont décalées longitudinalement par rapport aux plaques (paires) de la couche supérieure. Dans ce cas, les éléments de liaison, par exemple, des charnières C, ne n'étendent pas sur toute la longueur des plaques mais seulement en regard des zones en recouvrement.
Ceci permet (figure 9) de positionner deux structures de revêtement côte à côte et jointives en ayant un recouvrement partiel d'une structure (N ° 1 ) par l'autre structure (N ° 2) . Ainsi il n'existe pas entre les structures 1 et 2 de zone de moindre résistance du fait du décalage de la couche supérieure de plaques par rapport à la couche inférieure, dans les deux directions définies par les axes longitudinal et transversal respectivement des plaques.
Un blocage mécanique réversible peut être prévu entre les deux structures 1 et 2, par exemple entre les plaques inférieures d'une structure et les plaques supérieures de la seconde structure, afin de garantir un bon positionnement des structures et une parfaite solidarisation entre elles.

R E V E N D I C A T I O N
1 . Structure de revêtement de sol provisoire, bicouche, à déploiement rapide formé de plaques (1 à 6) de préférence rigides, en matériau approprié caractérisée en ce que lesdites plaques (1 à 6) sont disposées parallèlement entre elles et reliées entre elles en cascade par un élément de liaison articulée (B) en sorte qu'entre deux plaques consécutives ledit élément (B) soit lié, d'une part, à un bord de l'une des plaques et, d'autre part et de préférence dans une zone centrale de l'autre plaque, lesdits éléments définissant des axes d'articulation entre plaques parallèles à l'axe longitudinal ou transversal des plaques..
