Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft wässrige Pflanzenschutzformulierungen in Form von Suspensionen, enthaltend Polymere auf Basis von Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und sogenannten Makromonomeren. Die Suspensionen zeigen eine hohe Kompatibilität und Suspensibilität der Komponenten (Pestizide, Adjuvants, Dispergiermittel, Elektrolyte etc.). Insbesondere eignet sich die Erfindung für Suspensionskonzentrate. Die Suspensionskonzentrate zeigen eine hohe Lagerstabilität.

Pflanzenschutzformulierungen in Form von Suspensionen
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Pflanzenschutzformulierungen in Form von Suspensionen, enthaltend Polymere auf Basis von Acrylamidopropylmethylen- sulfonsäure (AMPS) und sogenannten Makromonomeren. Durch die Zugabe der Polymere wird eine hohe Suspensibilität der einzelnen Komponenten (Pestizide, Adjuvants etc) erreicht.
Bei Pflanzenschutzformulierungen in Form von Suspensionen beobachtet man oft, dass die Suspensibilität, d.h. die Schwebefähigkeit, der einzelnen Komponenten (Pestizide, Adjuvants etc.) nur ungenügend gegeben ist. Insbesondere beobachtet man diesen Mangel bei Suspensionskonzentraten, die oft nur eine ungenügende Lagerstabilität zeigen. Beim Verdünnen von Suspensionskonzentraten auf die gewünschte Spritzkonzentration beobachtet man zudem häufig, dass es zu einer Gelbildung, Phasentrennung, Kristallisation oder Sedimentation der einzelnen Komponenten kommt. Eingeschränkte Formulierungsvielfalt, Effizienzverlust der Wirksubstanzen, Verstopfungsgefahr für Filter- und Düsensysteme und ein hoher Reinigungsaufwand sind die Folge davon.
Einer der Gründe für die obengenannten Probleme liegt darin, dass die einzelnen Komponenten meist schlecht kompatibel miteinander sind, was sich bei hohen Konzentrationen besonders stark bemerkbar macht. So sind z.B. Pestizide mit überwiegend hydrophoben Gruppen in Wasser kaum löslich und mit weiteren Pestiziden oder Adjuvants, Dispergiermitteln und Elektrolyten schlecht kompatibel.
Überraschend wurde nun gefunden, dass wässrige Pflanzenschutzformulierungen in Form von Suspensionen, die mindestens ein Polymer auf Basis von Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und sogenannten Makromonomeren enthalten, eine hohe Kompatibilität der Komponenten
(Pestizide, Adjuvants, Dispergiermittel, Elektrolyte etc.) untereinander und eine hohe Suspensibilität (Schwebefähigkeit) der Komponenten zeigen. Außerdem zeigen Suspensionskonzentrate eine hohe Lagerstabilität.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind demnach wässrige Pflanzenschutzformulierungen in Form von Suspensionen, enthaltend mindestens ein Polymer, herstellbar durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder deren Salzen; B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, enthaltend i) eine zur Polymerisation befähigte Endgruppe, die im
Reaktionsmedium zumindest teilweise löslich ist, ii) einen hydrophoben Teil, der Wasserstoff oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten, linearen oder verzweigten, aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen oder aromatischen (C1-C100)-
Kohlenwasserstoffrest darstellt, und iii) gegebenenfalls einen hydrophilen Teil, der auf Polyalkylenoxiden basiert; und C) optional einem oder mehreren weiteren mindestens einfach oder mehrfach olefinisch ungesättigten Sauerstoff-, Stickstoff-, Schwefel-, Phosphor-,
Chlor- und/oder Fluor-haltigen Comonomeren.
Bevorzugt enthalten die Makromonomeren B) einen hydrophilen Teil, der auf Polyalkoxiden, bevorzugt Polyethylenoxiden und /oder Polypropylenoxiden, basiert.
Als Salze der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) eignen sich bevorzugt die Lithium-, Natrium-, Kalium-, Magnesium-, Calcium-, Ammonium-, Monoalkylammonium-, Dialkylammonium-, T alkylammonium- oder Tetraalkyl- ammonium-Salze, wobei die Alkylsubstituenten der Ammoniumionen unabhängig voneinander (Cι-C22)-Alkylreste darstellen, die mit 0 bis 3 Hydroxyalkylgruppen besetzt sein können, deren Alkylkettenlänge in einem Bereich von C2 bis C-10 variieren kann. Ebenfalls geeignet sind ein bis dreifach ethoxylierte Ammoniumverbindungen mit unterschiedlichem Ethoxylierungsgrad. Als Salze besonders bevorzugt sind die Natrium- und Ammoniumsalze.
Der Neutralisationsgrad der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) beträgt bevorzugt 70 bis 100 Mol-%.
Bevorzugt handelt es sich beim Comonomeren A) um die Natrium- und/oder
Ammoniumsalze der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS).
Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den Makromonomeren B) um solche der Formel (1)

R3 für Wasserstoff oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten linearen oder verzweigten aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen oder aromatischen (CrC-ioo)- Kohlenwasserstoffrest, bevorzugt (Cι-C30)-Kohlenwasserstoffrest, steht.
R1 steht besonders bevorzugt für einen Acryl- oder Methacrylrest.
R2 und R4 stehen besonders bevorzugt für einen C2-oder C3-Alkylen-Rest. x und z stehen besonders bevorzugt unabhängig voneinander für eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt mit x+z größer oder gleich 1. Insbesondere bevorzugt gilt
5 < x+z < 50.
R3 steht besonders bevorzugt für einen aliphatischen (C4-C22)-Alkyl- oder
Alkenylrest, bevorzugt (C10- C22)-Alkyl- oder Alkenyirest; einen Phenylrest; einen (Cι-C22)-Alkylphenylrest, bevorzugt (CrCgVAlkylphenylrest, besonders bevorzugt (C-ι-C4)-Alkylphenylrest, insbesondere bevorzugt sec-Butyl- oder n-Butyl-Alkylphenylrest; einen Poly((Cι-C22)alkyl)phenylrest, bevorzugt Poly((Cι-C9)alkyl)phenylrest, besonders bevorzugt Poly((Cι-C )alkyl)phenylrest, insbesondere bevorzugt
Poly((sec-Butyl)phenylrest, ganz besonders bevorzugt Tris(sec-Butyl)phenylrest oder Tris(n-Butyl)phenylrest; oder
einen Polystyrylphenylrest [d.h. Poly(phenylethyl)phenylrest], besonders bevorzugt Tristyrylphenylrest [d.h. Tris(phenylethyl)phenylrest].
Insbesondere bevorzugt als Reste R3 sind 2,4,6-Tris(1-phenyIethyl)-phenylreste und 2,4,6-Tris(sec-butyl)-phenylreste.
Die Herstellung der Makromonomeren B) erfolgt bevorzugt durch Umsetzung reaktiver Derivate ungesättigter Carbonsäuren, bevorzugt der Methacryl- oder Acrylsäure, mit den entsprechenden Hydroxylgruppen-haltigen, gegebenenfalls alkoxylierten, Alkyl- oder Arylresten. Auch die ringöffnende Addition an die jeweiligen Carbonsäureglycidylester ist möglich.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten die Polymere noch weitere olefinisch ungesättigte Sauerstoff-, Stickstoff-, Schwefel-, Phosphor-, Chlor- und/oder Fluor-haltige Comonomere C).
Bevorzugt als Comonomere C) sind olefinisch ungesättigte Säuren oder deren Salze, bevorzugt mit ein- und zweiwertigen Gegenionen, besonders bevorzugt Styroisulfonsäure, Vinylsulfonsäure, Vinylphosphonsäure, Allylsulfonsäure, Methallylsulfonsäure, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure und/oder Maleinsäure bzw. Maleinsäureanhydrid, Fumarsäure, Crotonsäure, Itaconsäure oder Seneciosäure bzw. deren Salze. Bevorzugte Gegenionen sind Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Al3+, NH4 +, Monoalkylammonium-, Dialkylammonium-, Dialkylammonium-, Trialkylammonium- und Tetraalkylammonium-Ionen, worin die Substituenten der Amine unabhängig voneinander (Cι-C22)-AIkylreste darstellen, die mit 0 bis 3 Hydroxyalkylgruppen besetzt sein können, deren Alkylkettenlänge im Bereich C2 bis C-10 variieren kann. Zusätzlich können auch ein bis dreifach ethoxylierte Ammoniumverbindungen mit unterschiedlichem Ethoxylierungsgrad, sowie entsprechende Säureanhydride (auch gemischte) eingesetzt werden. Der Neutralisationsgrad der optionalen olefinisch ungesättigten Säuren C) kann 0 % bis 100 %, bevorzugt 70 und 100 Mol % betragen.
Weiterhin geeignet als Comonomere C) sind Ester ungesättigter Carbonsäuren, bevorzugt Acryl- und Methacrylsäure, Styroisulfonsäure, Maleinsäure,
Fumarsäure, Crotonsäure und Seneciosäure, mit aliphatischen, aromatischen oder cycloaliphatischen Alkoholen mit einer Kohlenstoffzahl von 1 bis 30. Ebenfalls geeignete Comonomere C) sind offenkettige und cyclische N-Vinylamide (N-Vinyllactame) mit einer Ringgröße von 4 bis 9 Atomen, bevorzugt N-Vinylformamid (NVF), N-Vinylmethylformamid, N-Vinyl-methylacetamid (VIMA), N-Vinylacetamid, N-Vinylpyrrolidon (NVP), N-Vinylcaprolactam; Amide der Acryl- und der Methacrylsäure, besonders bevorzugt Acrylamid, N.N-Dimethylacrylamid, N,N-Diethylacrylamid, N,N-Diisopropylacrylamid; alkoxylierte Acryl- und Methacrylamide, bevorzugt Hydroxymethylmethacrylamid, Hydroxyethylmethacrylamid und Hydroxypropylmethacrylamid.
Ebenfalls geeignet sind Bernsteinsäuremono-[2-(methacryloyloxy)-ethylester]; N,N-Dimethylaminomethacrylat; Diethylamino-methylmethacrylat; Acryl- und Methacrylamidoglykolsäure; [2-(Methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammoniumchlorid (MAPTAC) und [(2-Acryolyloxy)ethyl)]trimethylammoniumchlortid (APTAC); 2-Vinylpyridin; 4-Vinylpyridin; Vinylacetat; Methacrylsäureglycidylester; Acrylnitril; Vinylchlorid; Vinylidenchlorid; Tetrafluorethylen; Diallyldimethyldimethylammoniumchlorid (DADMAC); Stearylacrylat; Laurylmethacrylat; und/oder Tetrafluorethylen. Auch geeignet sind Methylen bisacryl- und -methacrylamid; Ester ungesättigter Mono- und Polycarbonsäuren mit Polyolen, z.B. Diacrylate oder Triacrylate wie Butandiol- und Ethylenglykoldiacrylat bzw. -methacrylat und Trimethylolpropantriacrylat; Allylverbindungen, z.B. Allyl(meth)acrylat, Triallylcyanurat, Maleinsäurediallylester, Polyallylester, Tetraallyloxyethan, Triallylamin, Tetraallylethylendiamin, Allylester der Phosphorsäure; und/oder Vinylphosphonsäurederivate.
Besonders bevorzugt für die Verwendung sind Polymere, herstellbar durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS), dem Natriumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder dem
Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure, bevorzugt dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS);
B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Ester gebildet aus Methacryl- oder Acrylsäure, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure, und Verbindungen der Formel (2)

Insbesondere geeignet als Makromonomere B) sind Ester gebildet aus Acryl- oder Methacrylsäure und Alkylethoxylaten ausgewählt aus der Gruppe (Cιo-Cι8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 8 EO-Einheiten (Genapol® C-080); Cn-Oxoalkoholpolyglykolether mit 8 EO-Einheiten (Genapol® UD-080);
(Ci2-Cι4)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether m 1 7 EO-Einheiten (Genapol® LA-070); (Ci2-Cι4)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether m 1 11 EO-Einheiten (Genapol® LA-110); (Ci6-Ci8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether m 1 8 EO-Einheiten (Genapol® T-080); (Ci6-Cι8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether m 1 15 EO-Einheiten (Genapol® T-150); (Ci6-Ci8)-FettalkohoIpolyglykolether m 1 11 EO-Einheiten (Genapol® T-110); (Ci6-Cι8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether m 1 20 EO-Einheiten (Genapol® T-200); (Ci6-Ci8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether m 1 25 EO-Einheiten (Genapol® T-250); (Cι8-C22)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether m 1 25 EO-Einheiten; iso-(Ci6-Cι8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 25 EO-Einheiten; und C22-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 25 EO-Einheiten (Mergital® B 25)
Hierbei stehen die EO-Einheiten für Ethylenoxid-Einheiten. Bei den Genapol®- Typen handelt es sich um Produkte der Firma Clariant, bei Mergital ® B25 um ein Produkt der Firma Cognis.
Ebenfalls besonders bevorzugt sind Polymere, herstellbar durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS), dem Natriumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure, bevorzugt dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS);
B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Ester gebildet aus Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure, und Verbindungen der Formel (3)
HO-(CH2-CH2- 0)x- R3 (3) worin x eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt 1 und 50, besonders bevorzugt 5 und 30, und
R3 einen Poly((Cι-C22)alkyl)-phenylrest, bevorzugt Tris(sec-butyl)- phenylrest, und Tris(n-butyl)-phenylrest, besonders bevorzugt
2,4,6-Tris(sec-butyl)-phenylrest, einen Tris(styryl)-phenylrest, bevorzugt
2,4,6-Tris(1-phenylethyl)-phenylrest, darstellt; und
C) optional einem oder mehreren Comonomeren ausgewählt aus Acrylamid, -Vinylformamid, N-Vinylmethylacetamid und Natriummethallylsulfonat, Hydroxyethylmethacrylat, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure,
Maleinsäureanhydrid, Methacrylamid, Vinylacetat, N-Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylphosphonsäure, Styrol, Styroisulfonsäure (Na-Salz), t-Butylacrylat, Methylmethacrylat, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure und/oder Methacrylamid.
Der Gewichtsanteil der Makromonomeren B) im Polymer kann zwischen 0,1 und 99,9 Gew.-% variieren. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Polymere hoch hydrophob modifiziert, d.h. der trägt der Anteil an Makromonomeren B) beträgt 50,1 bis 99,9 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 70 bis 95 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt
80 bis 94 Gew.-%. In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Polymere niedrig hydrophob modifiziert, d.h. der Anteil an Makromonomeren B) beträgt 0,1 bis 50 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5 bis 25 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 6 bis 20 Gew.-%.
Die Monomerenverteilung des Monomere A), B) und C) in den Polymeren kann alternierend, statistisch, gradientenartig oder blockartig (auch Multiblock) sein. Das zahlenmittlere Molekulargewicht der Polymere beträgt bevorzugt 1000 bis 20 000 000 g/mol, bevorzugt 20 000 bis 5 000 000 g/mol, insbesondere bevorzugt 50 000 bis 1 500 000 g/mol.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Polymere vernetzt, d.h. in das Polymer ist mindestens ein Vernetzer mit mindestens zwei Doppelbindungen einpolymerisiert. Bevorzugte Vernetzer sind Methylenbisacryl- und -methacrylamid; Ester ungesättigter Mono- oder Polycarbonsäuren mit Polyolen, bevorzugt Diacrylate und Triacrylate, z.B. Butandiol- und Ethylenglykoldiacrylat bzw. -methacrylat und Trimethylolpropantriacrylat, Allylverbindungen, bevorzugt Allyl(meth)acrylat, Triallylcyanurat, Maleinsäurediallylester, Polyallylester, Tetraallyloxyethan, Triallylamin, Tetraallylethylendiamin, Allylester der Phosphorsäure; und/oder Vinylphosphonsäurederivate.
Die Polymere können durch radikalische Copolymerisation, z.B. Fällungspolymerisation, Emulsionspolymerisation, Lösungspolymerisation oder Suspensions-polymerisation hergestellt. Besonders geeignet sind Polymere die durch Fällungspolymerisation, bevorzugt in tert.-Butanol, hergestellt wurden.
Mit Hilfe der Fällungspolymerisation in tert.-Butanol lässt sich im Vergleich zu anderen Lösungsmittel eine spezifische Partikelgrößenverteilung der Polymere erreichen. Die Größenverteilung der Polymerpartikel kann z.B. durch Laserbeugung oder Siebanalyse bestimmt werden. Repräsentativ für eine günstige Größenverteilung ist die folgende Korngrößenverteilung, wie sie durch Siebanalyse bestimmt wurde: 60,2 % kleiner 423 Mikrometer, 52,0 % kleiner
212 Mikrometer, 26,6 % kleiner 106 Mikrometer, 2,6 % kleiner 45 Mikrometer und 26,6 % größer 850 Mikrometer.
Die Polymerisationsreaktion kann im Temperaturbereich zwischen 0 und 150°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 100°C, sowohl bei Normaldruck als auch unter erhöhtem oder erniedrigtem Druck durchgeführt werden. Wie üblich kann die
Polymerisation auch in einer Schutzgasatmosphäre, vorzugsweise unter Stickstoff, ausgeführt werden.
Zur Auslösung der Polymerisation können energiereiche elektromagnetische Strahlen oder die üblichen chemischen Polymerisationsinitiatoren herangezogen werden, z.B. organische Peroxide, wie Benzoylperoxid, tert.-Butylhydroperoxid, Methylethylketonperoxid, Cumolhydroperoxid, Azoverbindungen, wie z.B. Azobisisobutyronitril, Azobisdimethylvalerionitril, sowie anorganische Peroxiverbindungen, wie z.B. (NH4)2S2θ8, K2S208 oder H202, gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit Reduktionsmitteln, wie z.B. Natriumhydrogensulfit und Eisen(ll)- sulfat, oder Redoxsystemen, welche als reduzierende Komponente eine aliphatische oder aromatische Sulfonsäure, wie z.B. Benzolsulfonsäure, Toluolsulfonsäure oder Derivate dieser Säuren, wie z.B. Mannichaddukte aus Sulfinsäure, Aldehyden und Aminoverbindungen, enthalten.
Die Polymere sind gut wasserlöslich und thermostabil. Durch Wahl der Monomere, der Monomerenverteiiung und des Vernetzungsgrades kann insbesondere das Adsorptionsverhalten der Polymere gegenüber den wasserunlöslichen Aktivsubstanzen eingestellt werden. Darüber hinaus können so die rheologischen Eigenschaften der Suspensionen eingestellt werden.
Überraschend wurde gefunden, dass sich der Einsatz der Polymere besonders vorteilhaft bei Suspensionskonzentraten auswirkt. Bei Suspensionskonzentraten handelt es sich um stark konzentrierte Suspensionen, die bei der Ausbringung mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Spritzkonzentration verdünnt werden. Der Verdünnungsfaktor liegt dabei bevorzugt im Bereich 10 bis 1000, besonders bevorzugt 20 bis 200. Durch den Einsatz der Polymere werden die Kompatibilität und die Suspensibilität der Komponenten trotz der hohen Konzentrationen deutlich gesteigert. Des weiteren wird die Gelbildung, Phasentrennung, Kristallisation
und/oder Sedimentation der einzelnen Komponenten beim Verdünnen stark zurückgedrängt. Überdies wird die Lagerstabilität der Suspensionskonzentrate erhöht.
Der Wasseranteil der Suspensionskonzentrate beträgt, bezogen auf die fertigen Konzentrate, bevorzugt 10 bis 50 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 45 Gew.-%, insbesondere bevorzugt 25 bis 45 Gew.-%.
Der Anteil an Polymeren in den Suspensionskonzentraten beträgt, bezogen auf die fertigen Konzentrate, bevorzugt 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt
0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere bevorzugt 0,01 bis 2,5 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,025 bis 2,5 Gew.-%.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten die Suspensionen/Suspensions- Konzentrate zusätzlich noch mindestens ein Dispergiermittel.
Überraschend wurde dabei gefunden, dass zwischen den Dispergiermitteln und den Polymeren ein synergistischer Effekt auftritt, dar sich darin äußert, dass bei Anwesenheit der Dispergiermittel schon eine geringe Menge an Polymeren ausreicht um die Suspensibilität deutlich zu erhöhen. Der Anteil der Dispergiermittel beträgt, bezogen auf die fertigen
Suspensionskonzentrate, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 10 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,5 bis 5 Gew.-%, und der Anteil der Polymere beträgt, bezogen auf die fertigen Suspensionskonzentrate, bevorzugt 0,01 bis 2,5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,025 bis 1 Gew.-%. Als Dispergiermittel eignen sich alle gebräuchlichen Dispergiermittel.
Bevorzugt sind Phosphorsäureester und deren Salze (z.B. Kalium-, Natrium- oder Triethanolaminsalze) von Fettalkoholen und deren Alkoxylaten, bevorzugt Poly(arylalkyl)phenolpolyethylenglykolphosphorsäureester und Tristyrylpolyglykoletherphosphate; Carbomethoxycellulose; Methylcellulose; Stärke; Alginate; sulfonierte Naphthalin-Formaldehyd-Kondensate; Lignosulfonate; Polyvinylpyrrolidon und/oder Polyvinylalkohol.
Die Suspensionen/Suspensionskonzentrate enthalten definitionsgemäß mindestens ein Pestizid. Als Pestizide kommen bevorzugt Herbizide, Insektizide, Fungizide, Akarizide, Bakterizide, Molluskide, Nematizide und/oder Rodentizide in Betracht.
Der Anteil an Pestiziden beträgt, bezogen auf die fertigen Suspensionskonzentrate, bevorzugt 10 - 90 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 30 bis 60 Gew.-%, insbesondere bevorzugt 40 bis 50 Gew.-%.
Die Erfindung ist insbesondere vorteilhaft für Suspensionen/
Suspensionskonzentrate, die in Wasser schwerlösliche, hydrophobe Pestizide enthalten. Solche Pestizide neigen besonders stark zur Agglomeration. Schwerlöslich sind Pestizide deren Wasserlöslichkeit kleiner 10 Gramm/Liter, bevorzugt kleiner 1 Gramm/Liter, ist. Leichtlöslich sind Pestizide deren Wasserlöslichkeit bevorzugt größer
100 Gramm/Liter, besonders bevorzugt größer 500 Gramm/Liter, insbesondere bevorzugt größer 800 Gramm/Liter ist.
Als schwerlösliche Pestizide bevorzugt sind solche aus der Klasse der Azole, z.B. Propiconazol (1 -[2-(2,4-dichlor-phenyl)-4-propyl-1 ,3-dioxolan-2-yl-methyl-1 H-1 ,2,4- Triazol und Tebuconazol ((RS)-1 -p-chlorphenyl-4,4-dimethyl-3-(1 H-1 ,2,4-triazol-1 - ylmethyl)-pentan-3-ol), der Sulfonate, z.B. Ethofumesat und Benfuresat, der Anilide, z.B. Propanil, der Phenylharnstoffderivate, z.B. Monuron, Diuron (N'-(3,4- Dichlorophenyl)-N,N-Dimethylhamstoff) und Amitrol, der Triazine, z.B. Simazin und Atrazin (6-Chloro-N-ethyl-N,-(1-Methylethyl)-1 ,3,5-Triazin-2,4-Diamin), der Tetrazine, z.B. Clofentezin (3,6-bis(2-Chlorphenyl)-1,2,4,5-Tetrazin, der Propionsäurederivate, z.B. Dalapon, der Carbamate, z.B. Pyrazolinate, Tebuconazole, Hexaconazole, Phenmedipham (3-
[(Methoxycarbonyl)amino]phenyl (3-Methylphenyl)carbamat)und Desmedipham, der Thiocarbamate, der Alkylenbis(dithiocarbamate), z.B. Maneb ([1 ,2- Ethandiylbis-[carbamodithiato] (2-)]Mangan), Mancozeb ([[1 ,2- Ethandiylbis[carbamodithiato]](2-)]Mangan und [[1 ,2-Ethandiylbis- [carbamodithiato]](2-)]Zink, Carbaryl (1-Naphthylmethylcarbamat), Azoxystrobin (Methyl(E)-2-[[6-(2-Cyanophenoxy)-4-pyrimidinyl]oxy]-a-(Methoxymethylen)-
benzylacetat), Linuron, Trifluralin, Metsulfuron-Methyl(2-[[[[(4-Methoxy-6-Methyl- 1 ,3,5-Triazin-2-yl)amino]carbonyl]amino]-sulfonyl]benzoat), Triasulfuron (2-(2- Chloroethoxy)-N-[[(4-methoxy-6-Methyl-1,3,5-Triazin-2-yl)aminol- carbonyl]benzylsulfonamid), Tribenuron-Methyl (Methyl 2-[[[[(4-Methoxy-6-Methyl- 1 ,3,5-Triazin-2-yl)-Methylamino]carbonyl]amino]sulfonyl]benzoat) und Chlorsulfon (2-Chloro-N-[[(4-Methoxy-6-Methyl-1 ,3,5-Triazin-2-yl)amino]carbonyl]- benzylsulfonamid), der Halophthalonitrile, z.B. Chlorothalonil (2,4,5,6-Tetrachloro- 1,3-Dicyanobenzyl, Kupferhydroxid und Difluorobenzuron (N-[[(4-chlorophenyl)amino]carbonyl]-2,6-difluorobenzamid)) zu nennen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten die Suspensionen/ Suspensionskonzentrate Mischungen aus mindestens einem schwerlöslichen Pestizid und mindestens einem leichtlöslichen Pestizid, bevorzugt ausgewählt aus Glyphosat, Sulphosat und Glufosinat. Durch die Anwesenheit der Cpolymere werden die schwerlöslichen und die leichtlöslichen Pestizide miteinander kompatibel.
Als Hilfsstoffe/Zusatzstoffe können die Suspensionen/Suspensionskonzentrate unter anderem oberflächenaktive Stoffe (Adjuvants), feste Trägerstoffe, Schauminhibitoren, Verdicker, Frostschutzmittel, Verdunstungshemmer, Konservierungsmittel, Antigelmittel und Neutralisationsmittel enthalten.
Der Anteil an oberflächenaktiven Stoffen beträgt, bezogen auf die fertigen Suspensionskonzentrate, bevorzugt 10 bis 50 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 20 bis 40 Gew.-%.
Als oberflächenaktive Stoffe eignen sich bevorzugt Anlagerungsprodukte von 2 bis 30 Mol Ethylenoxid und/oder 0 bis 5 Mol Propylenoxid an lineare Fettalkohole mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen, an Fettsäuren mit 12 bis 22 C-Atomen, an Mono-, Di- und/oder Trialkylphenole mit 8 bis 15 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe, an (C8-Cι8)- Alkylamine; sekundäre Etheraminen und alkoxylierte sekundäre Etheraminderivate; (Ci2-Cι8)-Fettsäuremono- und -diester von Anlagerungsprodukten von 1 bis 30 Mol Ethylenoxid an Glycerin; Glycerinmono- und -diester und Sorbitan-/Sorbitolmono- und diester von gesättigten und
ungesättigten Fettsäuren mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen und deren Ethylenoxidanlagerungsprodukte; Anlagerungsprodukte von 15 bis 60 Mol Ethylenoxid an Rizinusöl und/oder gehärtetes Rizinusöl; Polyol- und insbesondere Polyglycerinester, z.B. Polyglycerinpolyricinoleat und Polyglycerinpoly-12- hydroxystearat; Carbonsäureamide, z.B. Decancarbonsäure-dimethyl-amid; hochmolekulare Siliconverbindungen, z.B. Dimethylpolysiloxane mit einem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht von 10.000 bis 50.000 g/mol. Weiterhin geeignet sind anionische Tenside, z.B. Alkali- und Ammoniumsalze von linearen oder verzweigten Alkyl(en)sulfaten mit 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, (Ci2-Ci8)-AlkylsuIfonsäuren und (Ci2-Ci8)-Alkylarylsulfonsäuren;
Bis(phenolsulfonsäure)ether und deren Alkali- oder Ammoniumsalze, Isethionate, bevorzugt Cocoylisethionat; Naphthalinsulfonsäure und/oder Sulphosuccinate.
Als feste Trägerstoffe eignen sich bevorzugt Tone, natürliche und synthetische Bentonite, Silikagele, Ca- und Mg-Silikate, Titandioxid, AI-, Ca- oder Mg-Carbonat, Ammonium-, Natrium-, Kalium-, Calcium- oder Bariumsulfat, Kohle, Stärke, modifizierte Stärke, Cellulose oder Cellulosederivate, sowie deren Mischungen.
Als Schauminhibitoren bevorzugt sind Fettsäurealkylesteralkoxylate; Organopolysiloxane und deren Gemische mit mikrofeiner, gegebenenfalls signierter Kieselsäure; Paraffine; Wachse und Mikrokristallinwachse und deren Gemische mit signierter Kieselsäure. Vorteilhaft sind auch Gemische verschiedener Schauminhibitoren, z.B. solche aus Silikonöl, Paraffinöl und/oder oder Wachsen. Vorzugsweise sind die Schauminhibitoren an eine granuläre, in Wasser lösliche oder dispergierbare Trägersubstanz gebunden.
Als Verdickungsmittel werden bevorzugt gehärtetes Rizinusöl; Salze von langkettigen Fettsäuren, bevorzugt in Mengen von bis 5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,5 bis 2 Gew.-%, z.B. Natrium-. Kalium-, Aluminium-, Magnesium- und Titan-Stearate oder die Natrium und/oder Kalium-Salze der
Behensäure; Polysaccharide, insbesondere Xanthan-Gum, Guar-Guar, Agar-Agar, Alginate und Tylosen; Carboxymethylcellulose und Hydroxyethylcellulose;
höhermolekulare Polyethylenglycolmono- und diester von Fettsäuren; Polyacrylate; Polyvinylalkohol und/oder Polyvinylpyrrolidon eingesetzt.
Als Konservierungsmittel eignen sich beispielsweise Phenoxyethanol, Formaldehydlösung, Parabene, Pentandiol oder Sorbinsäure.
Die Suspensionskonzentrate sind üblicherweise auf einen pH-Wert im Bereich 2 bis 12, bevorzugt 3 bis 8, besonders bevorzugt 6.5 bis 7.5 eingestellt.
Durch den Einsatz der Polymere erhält der Anwender weitgehende Freiheit bei der Wahl seiner. Komponenten. Die Suspensionen zeigen eine hohe Kompatibilität der Komponenten untereinander (Pestizide, Adjuvants, Dispergiermittel, Elektrolyte etc.) und eine hohe Suspensibilität (Schwebefähigkeit) der Komponenten. Die Suspensionskonzentrate zeigen beim Verdünnen eine deutlich verminderte Tendenz zur die Gelbildung, Phasentrennung, Kristallisation und/oder Sedimentation. Zudem zeigen die Suspensionskonzentrate eine deutlich erhöhte Lagerstabilität.
Die Suspensibilität der Suspensionen ist bevorzugt größer 85 %, besonders bevorzugt größer 95 %, insbesondere bevorzugt größer 95 %.
Die Suspensibilität (Schwebefähigkeit) ist dabei definiert als der prozentuale
Gewichtsanteil der suspendierten Stoffe an der Gesamtmenge aller Stoffe.
Die Suspensibilität (Schwebefähigkeit) kann nach der CIPAC-Methode MT161
(SC) bestimmt werden.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch die Verwendung von Polymeren, herstellbar durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder deren Salzen;
B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, enthaltend i) eine zur Polymerisation befähigte Endgruppe, die im
Reaktionsmedium zumindest teilweise löslich ist, ii) einen hydrophoben Teil, der Wasserstoff oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten, linearen oder verzweigten, aliphatischen,
cycloaliphatischen oder aromatischen (C1-C100)- Kohlenwasserstoffrest darstellt, und iii) gegebenenfalls einen hydrophilen Teil, der auf Polyalkylenoxiden basiert; und C) optional einem oder mehreren weiteren mindestens einfach oder mehrfach olefinisch ungesättigten Sauerstoff-, Stickstoff-, Schwefel-, Phosphor-, Chlor- und/oder Fluor-haltigen Comonomeren, zur Erhöhung der Suspensibilität von Pflanzenschutzformulierungen, die in Form von Suspensionen vorliegen.
Bei den Suspensionen handelt es sich bevorzugt um Suspensionskonzentrate.
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen den Gegenstand der Erfindung näher erläutern, ohne ihn jedoch darauf einzuschränken.
Beispiel 1 :
Herstellung von Polymer 1 :
In einem 1 I Quickfitkolben der mit Rührer, Innenthermometer, Gaseinleitrohre für Stickstoff und Ammoniakgas sowie Rückflusskühler versehen war wurden 500 g Toluol vorgelegt. Des weiteren wurden 3,0 g 2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropan- sulfonsäure (AMPS) vorgelegt und mit der äquivalenten Menge Ammoniak neutralisiert. Anschließend wurden 60,0 g Stearylacrylat und 30,0 g Isopropanol hinzugefügt. Der Kolbeninhalt wurde unter Rühren mit Stickstoff inertisiert und mittels Heizbad auf 70°C erwärmt. Nach Erreichen der Temperatur wurden 3,0 g AIBN als Initiator zugegeben und unter weiterem Stickstoffspülen auf 80°C erhitzt. Die Mischung wurde 4 h bei angegebener Temperatur unter Rückfluss gerührt. Nach beendeter Reaktion wurde das Produkt in einen Rotationsverdampfer überführt und das Lösemittel durch Vakuumdestillation bei ca. 50°C entfernt.
Herstellung von Polymer 2:
Wie unter 1 beschrieben, jedoch unter Verwendung von 60,0 g eines Esters, gebildet aus Acrylsäure und (C12-14)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 7 EO Einheiten (Genapol® LA-070) anstelle des Stearylacrylats.
Herstellung von Atrazin-Suspensionskonzentraten mit und ohne Polymer:
a) Suspensionskonzentrat mit Dispergiermittel und ohne Polymer

Die Suspensibilität der Suspension betrug 96 %. Bei der Suspensibilität handelte es sich um die totale Suspensibilität aller Komponenten, die nach der CIPAC- Methode MT 161 (SC) bestimmt wurde. Dieses Ergebnis belegt den synergistischen Effekt zwischen Polymer und Dispergiermittel. Man erkennt, dass bei Zugabe von nur 0,1 Gew.-% an Polymer die Suspensibilität stark anstieg.
d) Suspensionskonzentrat mit Polymer 2 und mit Dispergiermittel

Die Suspensibilität der Suspension betrug 98 %. Bei der Suspensibilität handelte es sich um die totale Suspensibilität aller Komponenten, die nach der CIPAC- Methode MT 161 (SC) bestimmt wurde. Dieses Ergebnis belegt den synergistischen Effekt zwischen Polymer und Dispergiermittel. Man erkennt, dass bei Zugabe von nur 0,1 Gew.-% an Polymer die Suspensibilität stark anstieg.

Claims
1. Wässrige Pflanzenschutzformulierung in Form einer Suspension, enthaltend mindestens ein Polymer, herstellbar durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder deren Salzen;
B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, enthaltend i) eine zur Polymerisation befähigte Endgruppe, die im Reaktionsmedium zumindest teilweise löslich ist, ii) einen hydrophoben Teil, der Wasserstoff oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten, linearen oder verzweigten, aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen oder aromatischen (C1-C100)- Kohlenwasserstoffrest darstellt, und iii) gegebenenfalls einen hydrophilen Teil, der auf Polyalkylenoxiden basiert; und
C) optional einem oder mehreren weiteren mindestens einfach oder mehrfach olefinisch ungesättigten Sauerstoff-, Stickstoff-, Schwefel-, Phosphor-, Chlor- und/oder Fluor-haltigen Comonomeren.
2. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich beim Comonomeren A) um die Natrium- und/oder Ammoniumsalze der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) handelt.
3. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Makromonomeren B) um solche gemäß Formel (1)
R1 _ Y_ (R2 _ 0)X (R4 - 0)Z - R3 (1 )
handelt, worin R1 für einen Vinyl-, Allyl-, Acryl-, Methacryl-, Senecioyl- oder
Crotonylrest; R2 und R4 unabhängig voneinander für (C2-C4)-Alkylen, x und z unabhängig voneinander für eine ganze Zahl zwischen 0 und 500, bevorzugt mit x+z größer oder gleich 1 ; Y für O, S, PH oder NH, bevorzugt O; und
R3 für Wasserstoff oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten linearen oder verzweigten aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen oder aromatischen
(Cι-Cιoo)-Kohlenwasserstoffrest, bevorzugt (C1-C30)-
Kohlenwasserstoffrest, steht.
4. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
R1 für einen Acryl- oder Methacryl-Rest;
R2 und R4 unabhängig voneinander für C2-Alkylen oder C3-Alkylen; x und z unabhängig voneinander für eine ganze Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt mit x + z größer oder gleich 1 ;
R3 für einen aliphatischen (C4-C22)-Alkyl- oder Alkenylrest, bevorzugt
(Cιo-C22)-Alkyl- oder Alkenylrest; einen Phenylrest; einen (Cι-C22)-Alkylphenylrest, bevorzugt (sec-Butyl)- oder (n-Butyl)- Alkylphenylrest; einen Poly((Cι-C22)alkyl)phenylrest, bevorzugt Tris(sec- butyl)phenylrest und Tris(n-Butyl)phenylrest; oder einen Polystyrylphenylrest, bevorzugt Tristyrylphenylrest, stehen.
5. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich beim Rest R3 um einen 2,4,6-Tris(sec-butyl)-phenylrest oder 2,4,6-Tris(1 -phenylethyl)-phenylrest handelt.
6. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymere herstellbar sind durch radikalische Copolymerisation von A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS), dem Natriumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure, bevorzugt dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS);
B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Ester gebildet aus Methacryl- oder Acrylsäure, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure, und Verbindungen der Formel (2)
HO-(CH2-CH2- 0)x - R3 (2)
worin x eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt 1 und 50, besonders bevorzugt 5 und 30, und
R3 einen (C o-C22)-Alkylrest darstellen; und
C) optional einem oder mehreren Comonomeren ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Acrylamid, Vinylformamid, N-Vinylmethylacetamid, Natriummethallylsulfonat, Hydroxyethylmethacrylat, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Maleinsäureanhydrid, Methacrylamid, Vinylacetat,
N-Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylphosphonsäure, Styrol, Styroisulfonsäure (Na-Salz), t-Butylacrylat und Methylmethacrylat.
7. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Makromonomeren B) um Ester gebildet aus Acryl- oder Methacrylsäure und Alkylethoxylaten ausgewählt aus der
Gruppe der (Cιo-Ciδ)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 8 EO-Einheiten;
Cn-Oxoalkoholpolyglykolether mit 8 EO-Einheiten, (Ci2-Cu)-Fettalkoholpoly- glykolether mit 7 EO-Einheiten, (Cι2-Ci4)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 11 EO- Einheiten, (Ci6-Ci8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 8 EO-Einheiten,
(Cι6-Ci8)-Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 15 EO-Einheiten, (Cι6-Cι8)-
Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 11 EO-Einheiten, (Cι6-Cι8)-
Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 20 EO-Einheiten, (Cι6-Cι8)-
Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 25 EO-Einheiten, (C18-C22)- Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 25 EO-Einheiten, iso-(Cι6-C-i8)-
Fettalkoholpolyglykolether mit 25 EO-Einheiten und/oder Q22-Fettalkohol- polyglykolether mit 25 EO-Einheiten handelt.
8. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymere herstellbar sind durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS), dem Natriumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder dem Ammoniumsalz der Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure, bevorzugt dem Ammoniumsaiz der Acryiamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS);
B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Ester gebildet aus Methacryl- oder Acrylsäure, bevorzugt Methacrylsäure, und Verbindungen der Formel (3)
HO-(CH -CH2- 0)x- R3 (3) worin x eine Zahl zwischen 0 und 50, bevorzugt 1 und 50, besonders bevorzugt 5 und 30, und R3 einen Poly((CrC22)alkyl)-phenylrest, bevorzugt Tris(sec-butyl)- phenylrest oder Tris(n-butyl)-phenylrest, besonders bevorzugt 2,4,6-
Tris(sec-butyl)-phenylrest, einen Tris(styryl)-phenylrest, bevorzugt 2,4,6-
Tris(1-phenylethyl)-phenylrest, darstellt; und C) optional einem oder mehreren Comonomeren ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Acrylamid, Vinylformamid, N-Vinylmethylacetamid,
Natriummethallylsulfonat, Hydroxyethylmethacrylat, Acrylsäure,
Methacrylsäure, Maleinsäureanhydrid, Methacrylamid, Vinylacetat,
N-Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylphosphonsäure, Styrol, Styroisulfonsäure (Na-Salz), t-Butylacrylat und Methylmethacrylat.
9. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil an Makromonomeren B) in den Polymeren 50,1 bis 99,9 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 70 bis 95 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 80 bis 94 Gew.-%, beträgt.
10. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil an Makromonomeren B) in den Polymeren 0,1 bis 50 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5 bis 25 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 6 bis 20 Gew.-%, beträgt.
11. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zahlenmittlere Molekulargewicht der Polymere
1000 bis 20 000 000 g/mol, bevorzugt 20 000 bis 5 000 000 g/mol, insbesondere bevorzugt 50 000 bis 1 500 000 g/mol, beträgt.
12. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymere vernetzt sind.
13. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Copolymerisation um eine Fällungspolymerisation, bevorzugt in tert.-Butanol, handelt.
14. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich dabei um ein Suspensionskonzentrat handelt.
15. Suspensionskonzentrat nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wassergehalt, bezogen auf die fertige Formulierung, 10 bis 50 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 10 bis 45 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 25 bis 45 Gew.-%, beträgt.
16. Suspensionskonzentrat nach Anspruch 14 und/oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil der Polymere, bezogen auf die fertige
Formulierung, 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0.01 bis 5 Gew.-%, beträgt.
17. Suspensionskonzentrat nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zusätzlich mindestens ein Dispergiermittel enthält.
18. Suspensionskonzentrat nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Dispergiermittel Phosphorsäureester und -salze von Fettalkoholen und Fettalkoholalkoxylaten, bevorzugt Poly(arylalkyl)phenolpolyethyienglykol- phosphorsäureester und Tristyrylpolyglykoletherphosphate; Carbomethoxycellulose; Methylcellulose; Stärke; Alginate; sulfonierte Naphthalin- Formaldehyd-Kondensate; Lignosulfonate; Polyvinylpyrrolidon und/oder Polyvinylalkohol enthält.
19. Suspensionskonzentrat nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es, bezogen auf das fertige Suspensionskonzentrat, 0,5 bis 10 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,5 bis 5 Gew.-%, an Dispergiermitteln und 0,01 bis 2,5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,025 bis 1 Gew.-%, an Polymeren enthält.
20. Suspensionskonzentrat nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil an Pestiziden, bezogen auf das fertige Suspensionskonzentrat, 10 - 90 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 30 bis 60 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 40 bis 50 Gew.-%, beträgt.
21. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein in Wasser schwerlösliches Pestizid enthält.
22. Pflanzenschutzformulierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
21 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein in Wasser schwerlösliches Pestizid und mindestens ein in Wasser leichtlösliches Pestizid enthält.
23. Verwendung von Polymeren, herstellbar durch radikalische Copolymerisation von
A) Acrylamidopropylmethylensulfonsäure (AMPS) und/oder deren Salzen;
B) einem oder mehreren Makromonomeren, enthaltend i) eine zur Polymerisation befähigte Endgruppe, die im
Reaktionsmedium zumindest teilweise löslich ist, ii) einen hydrophoben Teil, der Wasserstoff oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten, linearen oder verzweigten, aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen oder aromatischen (C1-C100)- Kohlenwasserstoffrest darstellt, und iii) gegebenenfalls einen hydrophilen Teil, der auf Polyalkylenoxiden basiert; und C) optional einem oder mehreren weiteren mindestens einfach oder mehrfach olefinisch ungesättigten Sauerstoff-, Stickstoff-, Schwefel-, Phosphor-, Chlor- und/oder Fluor-haltigen Comonomeren, zur Erhöhung der Suspensibilität von Pflanzenschutzformulierungen, die in Form von Suspensionen vorliegen.
24. Verwendung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Pflanzenschutzformulierungen um Suspensionskonzentrate handelt.
