Claims (8)

  1. Embrayage pour une sélection de vitesse lente et une recherche de duite destiné à un métier à tisser, du type comprenant un stator (1) fixé sur le métier et une bride (2) solidaire d'un arbre entraîné, muni de dentures chanfreinées plates opposées (1a, 2b), entre lesquels un disque (3) est situé avec possibilité de rotation pour être solidaire d'un arbre d'entraînement (A), muni d'une denture chanfreinée plate correspondante (3b, 3a), pouvant exécuter une translation depuis une position d'accouplement avec ledit stator (1) à une position d'accouplement avec ladite bride (2), ledit disque pouvant être déplacé sous l'action d'une force magnétique développée par un électroaimant (E) solidaire dudit stator (1), caractérisé en ce que, au niveau de la denture (1a) dudit stator (1), une surface circonférentielle plate (1a') est prévue, de manière à définir, avec une zone aplatie (3a') dans la denture correspondante (3a) dudit disque (3) au moins une paire de surfaces d'accouplement plates (1a', 3a") prévues pour venir en contact lorsque l'électroaimant (E) est excité.
  2. Embrayage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite surface circonférentielle plate (1a') consiste en une partie plate/aplanie de la denture (1a) du stator (1).
  3. Embrayage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite zone aplanie est obtenue en tant que découpe de la denture (1a) du stator (1) par usinage mécanique.
  4. Embrayage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite surface circonférentielle plate consiste en une surface plate d'une bague métallique appliquée.
  5. Embrayage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite surface circonférentielle plate (1a') au niveau de la denture (1a) du stator (1) est capable de s'accoupler avec la nervure aplanie (3a") de la denture (3a) dudit disque (3).
  6. Procédé de fabrication pour un embrayage destiné à la sélection d'une vitesse lente et à la recherche de duite pour un métier à tisser, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    fournir un embrayage du type comprenant un stator (1) solidaire du métier et une bride (2) solidaire d'un arbre entraîné, muni de dentures chanfreinées plates opposées, entre lesquels un disque (3) est situé avec possibilité de rotation pour être solidaire d'un arbre d'entraînement (A) et muni d'une denture chanfreinée plate correspondante, pouvant exécuter une translation depuis une position d'accouplement avec ledit stator (1) à une position d'accouplement avec ladite bride (2), ledit disque pouvant être déplacé sous l'action d'une force magnétique développée par un électroaimant (E) solidaire dudit stator (1),
    dans lequel, en outre, ladite denture chanfreinée plate a été obtenue par usinage classique,
    caractérisé par les étapes consistant à :
    obtenir une paire de surfaces d'accouplement au niveau de ladite denture par dépouille d'au moins une partie d'au moins l'une desdites dentures par usinage mécanique, lesdites surfaces d'accouplement étant des surfaces circonférentielles plates.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel :
    la denture dudit disque (3) est au moins partiellement dépouillée par usinage mécanique, et
    la denture dudit stator est partiellement enlevée par usinage mécanique, en produisant en même temps une rainure de logement dans laquelle une bague métallique est ensuite appliquée, laquelle est capable de représenter l'une desdites surfaces d'accouplement.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel lesdites surfaces d'accouplement sont meulées en même temps que d'autres surfaces de butée (1b', 3b') du disque et du stator, radialement opposées aux dentures par rapport à l'électroaimant (E).
